The location of this condo is amazing! Close to downtown and the bus stop for travel to La Lancha! It’s our second year and we love it! The host is responsive and flexible which is really appreciated after long days of travel!

Shane’s unit is such an absolutely lovely place to stay. The host is very communicative and the place is well stocked. The bed was very comfortably and the unit was quiet. If you like doing yoga on your own deck while the sun is rising this unit is perfect. The pool has plenty of chairs and umbrellas which makes it a wonderful and relaxing spot to read by. You are so close to town which boasts restaurants on the beach? Massage therapy spas and beautiful blue breaking waves. If you surf you are located right at the surf break. We absolutely loved every minute of our stay. Thank you Shane!

Beautiful view and grounds. Easy beach access to the surf with an area to leave surf board on site. Well equipped kitchen and entertainment area. Easy access to beachfront restaurants! We really enjoyed our stay.

Our stay was lovely from start to finish. The property and the condo were immaculate. The condo was well stocked and very comfortable. The pool at this property is amazing. This was our first time in Corral Del Risco…it was a funky little town…but restaurants cafes pharmacies etc. were conveniently located. I really appreciated the communication and quick responses from the property manager. It was a great holiday.

Loved it here!

The common property was amazing...nicest pool of anywhere we have ever stayed. Staff was great, all very friendly and good security. Location was terrific, close to restaurants and handy to take the bus to places in the area. Unit was as advertised and adequate for 2 people.

Quick Surf Trip

I have been coming to Punta Mita for the last 25 years to surf and I found this condo to be one of the best values. The location is prime and the unit is perfect for a couple. It was clean, quiet and the pool area was excellent. Check-in and out was easy and communication with host was timely

Everyone was friendly. Security staff (Antonio) was very helpful and friendly. The pool was very nice! Beach access was good. Waves were great!

Great views!

Great downtown location, you can walk to all the restaurants and beaches. The pool is welcoming, I had it basically all to myself the whole week! Quiet little condo that I would recommend. Nothing fancy but very practical.

Great Punta Mita location

This is a very well located condo. It is outside the "gates" but great location for the beach and the villages, literally just a few steps away to stores and restaurants. The unit is well equipped and is perfect for a single or couple with a pretty large bedroom. The complex has a nice pool and good security though you really don't need that in Punta Mita. TV is small, more for a desk than larger room but you really don't wan't to watch the tellie when youre here! The price per night is also very good, if not to low! Overall is good choice!

Could have been better

We are very familiar with the building and we love it. It was chaotic to check in since the security guard didn’t know we were coming. We had to wait 2 hours to clear the miscommunication. The unit didn’t offer any personal hygiene products, we always expect to have soap and shampoo provided.

Thanks for the review and we always appreciate comments (even the bad ones). There was an issue with the security check-in and I believe we were on the phone clearing up the issue within about 30 minutes. We continue to be available via phone for all clients on short notice. The unit always has bathroom soap and dish soap but does not provide shampoo. We will look into providing this amenity.

Great condo and complex.

Beautiful view! Pictures show it all. Condo large, comfortable. Bed comfy. Seating is nice in living area and lanai which is large. Fridge super cold for beverages. AC works fast and is the best we haveever used. Didnt need too often as fans were great too. Pool is large and clean. Great for kids too. Easy to get in if ability challenged. Grounds are beautiful and well kept. Ocean is close. Albeit numerous stairs so not ability accessible. So many birds. Fun to watch. Some surfers. Sand soft but there are many rocks so beach walking.is different for sure but enjoyable to be oceanside within minutes. Didnt swim in ocean but you can. Lots of eating places close. You can take bus here from the airport. Stops at the oxxo 3 min walk away. Was 40 pesos each. Runs every 10 min!! Very happy with this rental! Glitch checking in but Daniel answered our call immediately and we got the keys without issues.

We loved everything about it. It took us a few days to find the beach. We thought the beach was in front of the apartment and it was rocky. Finally we asked and someone told us it it was at the end of the town. Wish we had known at the beginning. We spent the week looking for Sandy beaches. Apartment was great! We would definitely come again.

The condo is perfect for a small family! Perfect location!!! The patio views don’t do justice in a pictures, so amazing and relaxing. surf our front, walk to all cafes and restaurants, nice market across the street to get food, snacks, beers, alcohol, sunscreen, etc. they have everything so you don’t have to drive down to PV to get supplies. It’s a little hidden gem, Definitely be back!!!

Punta De Mita is a small but happening surfing and ocean town located a short 1.25 hour bus ride or 45 minute taxi ride from the Puerto Vallarta airport. The town is quiet enough to allow you to melt away next to the pool, soak by the beach, get all the waves to yourself, or travel to the local islands and deep sea fish. It also boasts some amazing oceanfront restaurants and some incredible taco stands. The whale watching is not to be missed either and can be done daily.
