This condo is located just across the street from the beach. It is an easy stroll to the village area where there are many restaurants to choose from. There are also charming shops, the pier for watching the dolphins or just strolling. The Neptune pool is open Memorial Day to Labor Day and is an easy walk right by the Lighthouse.
The condo is located on the first floor with a walk out patio and has a partial view of the ocean. This unit was renovated 2022 and has many upgrades... quartz counter tops, separate icemaker, stainless fridge and stove, and a stylish and comfortable built-in eating area.
All furnishings are new, and the mattresses are very comfortable. Professionally decorated with comfort and style in mind!

Fantastic accommodations

Everything about this property was perfect! It was immaculate, beautifully decorated with every detail considered! This vacation home is also in the perfect location for visiting the beach and Pier Village. We were a bike ride or short walk from almost everything.

So cute and well furnished! We stayed here with my two kids and my mom, who has some accessibility limitations and this place was perfect for everyone in our group. The bunk beds were so great for the kids and the ground level access was great for my moms walker/cane. It’s walking distance to all the best spots on the island. The furniture was all in great condition and the kitchen was well appointed. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to friends and family.

Great stay

We LOVED this beautiful property. Beautiful decorated and very clean!! Under 200 steps to the beach. Walking distance to some great restaurants in town. Hope to return again soon!

Wonderful stay!

My 3 friends and I stayed at Melanie’s place and had the best time. The condo is beautifully decorated, spacious, and comfortable with everything you need. She even had beach chairs and an umbrella that you could take on your 2 minute walk to the beach across the street! It is in the best location - the beach, pier, lighthouse, restaurants, and shops are all within walking distance. I will definitely book this place again when I’m back in St Simon’s!

Same as 1st- outstanding property. Clean, modern, convenient. Perfect gathering spot for family in the area. Close to shops and dining, across the street from the beach. Off the main roads. Owner very responsive and friendly. Only negative is no grill. Hope to make this an annual tradition!

What a great place to stay!! I hate to tell how wonderful it was because it may not be available the next time! All of us agreed this is our favorite stay and we’ve all also agreed to come back! Steps from the beach, and pier village. Wonderfully decorated and perfectly appointed for all of your needs. Clean, clean clean. Perfect Location

Everything was perfect. An easy walk to the restaurants at the pier and to the beach. The condo was very nicely decorated and comfortable for our group of four adults and two young children. The owners were very helpful and responsive to our few questions.

Perfect get away

This was perfect for our family. The unit is fabulous - clean, comfortable, well decorated and convenient to beach and the Village (our favorite places). Having the lights on for us since we were arriving after dark was a very nice extra touch. We will be back!!

Girl’s Getaway

We had a wonderful time on St. Simon’s Island at this cute condo! We were looking for a condo for a girl’s getaway. The location to the beach and the main shopping area is ideal. The condo is very well updated and we loved having the ice machine! The owner was pleasant to work with and responded promptly when messaged. We are so glad we found such a great property for our stay.

Beautiful condo…perfect location!

This condo was beautifully decorated with all the vibes of the beach! It included all of the comforts of home and only steps from the beach. This condo is ideally located for walking to downtown and many of the restaurants. We will be reserving this condo again in the future!

Amazing location and property!

100% recommend for anyone. True 3 br/3 bath and pictures were exactly as it was in person. Comfortable and had everything we needed. Beach access was across the street, can’t beat a 2 min walk to the beach! Can’t wait to stay here again.

Nice little place, thoughtfully renovated and decorated

We enjoyed our stay at this cute and clean condo in Saint Simons. Nice furnishings, good location, clean and nicely stocked home that is within walking distance to the little downtown area. Recommend potentially replacing the squeaky metal frame King bed as well as providing an air purifier for sleep. Neighbors can be loud in the evenings. But otherwise, appreciative of the extra linens and starter supplies available for a shorter stay.
