Hodnett Cooper is pleased to offer this newly renovated two-bedroom, two-bath condominium located at the St. Simons Beach Club.

Beautifully landscaped grounds feature stately oaks canopying the gated entrance, tropical foliage embellishing the courtyard, and a large beachfront lawn.

In the heart of the St. Simons Beach Club there is a large oceanfront swimming pool, separate children's pool, and two secluded hot-tubs. Additional amenities include direct beach access, barbecue grills, and a tennis court, as well as a fitness, and business center.

All Beach Club residences include a fully-equipped kitchen, private balcony, and combined living and dining area.

Beach Club 324 offers a beautiful ocean view across the courtyard. Beach Club 324 features complimentary in-room high speed internet service.

Beach Gear Credit Now Included Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayK Gear, a beach delivery service provider to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Good location, but a bit shabby

This unit appears to have been purchased as a rental and ignored. the furniture, carpeting and cabinetry appear to be original to the unit. The patio chairs are the cheapest in the development, the $19 plastic kind, The unit had only one wineglass and the screen door was off. The bed in the master is fine but the beds in the second bedroom were like boards. The unit was clean and the master bath is large. The shower is also nice and large.

Overall good unit

We have stayed at the Beach club for many years. We had a wonderful time overall. The only complaints would be that 2nd bedroom didn't have TV as listed. The kitchen was neglected by inventory of utensils, example would be lack of spoons. Would have been nice if bedrooms had ceiling fans. We do not mind the lack of cosmetic updates, not that important to our family. If that keeps the rental cost low, it is well worth it.

Not my favorite

Unfortunately, the kitchen wasn't well stocked. The frying pans were all old non stick surfaces that were peeling which are very unhealthy to use. One of 2 jacuzzi's on the property was not heated. The one that was heated did not have working jets. The complex was crowded and yes, it was spring break, but I would not choose to stay here again.

Elizabeth, We hate to hear you were displeased with your stay. We would have been happy to accommodate any request for further kitchen items but were unaware of the issue until now. This unit is decorated and outfitted to the discretion of the owner, therefore we can only promise basic kitchen items to be stocked in the unit. We are sorry to hear about your experience with the hot tubs, it is my understanding they were reported broken Saturday at 6pm and were back up and running by Sunday at 11am, thank goodness for great repairmen! The Beach Club is one of the most popular complexes on the island and offers direct access to the beach, a large pool, as well 2 Jacuzzi tubs. We hope that we have the opportunity to serve you again in the future!
