great property

We LOVED the fact that the living room had 2 recliners ---we are over 55 --so we like our recliners at home so we really liked that as many condos dont have the best living room furn ---everything was clean ---I like to have never figured out how to get hot water in the master shower as knob I think has been replaced or turned around --and you do have to let it run a few but other than that we so enjoyed it ---everything was very clean and we absolutely loved it ---

Good location, a few setbacks but overall a good stay

The place was as described. It was clean except for the door frames, but post-covid we clean everything with Clorox wipes anyway so it was okay. The check-in process was confusing. You can’t check in at the actual property, which we did not know. You have to drive a mile or two further to a different property to get the key. This is because it is a ‘key entry’ they said. We didn’t understand what this meant until we realized that we had to keep up with one key for all of our family, which was very inconvenient because we all weren’t together all day every day. Other units have coded doors which would have been a lot easier. The deck is nice, no view but we knew that as the description states. It was a nice little place for a few days.

Met our beach getaway need

I stayed in this condo with three other girlfriends for a well needed to getaway before we all are returned to work as teachers. There was definitely some wear and dating to the unit, but it met our needs in terms of what we were looking for. The beds were comfortable. There was a little mildew in the master shower that just needed a good scrubbing and bleaching. There were plenty of items to stock the kitchen. The washing machine was the smallest I’ve ever seen and probably would not hold more than four towels. Given that each of us were only allotted a single set of towels and washcloths, we needed to wash them every other day. The property manager was nice enough to give us extra washcloths. I would say don’t come planning to do a lot of laundry because it simply isn’t big enough and you’d be spending your whole time there doing laundry. I would stay there again.

Perfect for us!

We enjoyed our stay and would return again. The condo was clean, had plenty of supplies, and was very comfortable. We enjoyed the large pool and 1ft baby pool off to the side. We plan to return next year!

Great Place for a Short Getaway

We loved our little condo. It was perfect for our situation since it was a short trip. But, if we were going to stay longer it would have been too small. Kitchen is tiny so would have been difficult to do a lot of cooking. The iron was broken which was a bummer because I had planned on wearing linen pants to the wedding.

Great Location, but needs some investment

Great location! Close to everything and the beach is awesome. The pool is perfect for the family. The unit itself is ok. First, the entrance door does not like to close. It jams and has to be pulled closed. A few of the other doors do not close well either. The unit is very dated and could use some investment. The dishwasher did not clean well, so we ended up having to hand wash many of the dishes. The pot and pan selection is very limited. The garbage disposal was not working well either. Would definitely pick a different unit in the development next time.

Great place to stay, walk to the beach, nice pool

We just got back from the Beach Club unit 202. Arrived just before 4pm, welcomed really nice, got instruction where to go and got the keys. Arrived at the bea h club, gated community with enough parking. Stuff at the both offices were nice and quick, really welcoming. Got to the room, nice touches of vintage and modern. We were 4 adults and 2 little kids 7 and 3. More than enough room. We got out, meet the pool stuff they explained the rules of coming back from the beach. We spent most of the time at the beach. St.Simons is a nice place for a quick weekend trip. We visited Jackyl Island second day and both evenings we ate at Iguanas sea food (but they have other stuff) Pier is always nice to see, we got to see a baby shark. Last day we visited the Light House and drove back to atlanta. I would definitely use this company again for my booking at Georgia coast
