Hodnett Cooper is pleased to present this ocean view, 2 bedroom, 2 bath, Sea Point Lodge Condominium.

Sea Point Lodge is St. Simons Island's newest oceanfront condominium community. Located on Ocean Boulevard, just across from the elementary school, Sea Point Lodge is convenient to the Village, Shops, Restaurants, Lighthouse, and Pier.

This particular residence features tall ceilings, stone flooring, a large kitchen with stainless appliances and granite counters, an oversized dining and living area, and a balcony with ocean views. The master suite features a walk-in shower and separate Jacuzzi tub.

Bedding Includes: 1 King, 2 Twins (which can convert to a King), 1 Sleeper Sofa

Location and beach access are amazing. The beach access in some areas of St. Simon is difficult due to tidal pools. But this is NOT an issue for this condo. A big plus! Just steps to the beach. We also very much enjoyed sitting on the deck in the mornings and evenings. The view is lovely! The condo is clean and well equipped with kitchen items. We will definitely stay again! Thank you to the host! We very much enjoyed our stay!

Anniversary

My husband and I visit St Simons every summer for our anniversary. This year was our best visit yet. The unit was perfect for us in a great location, and the rental company was very communicative and easy to work with. We will be back next summer!

Beautiful,Spacious, lovely neighborhood, convenient to everything. We had to leave early for a family emergency but definitely plan to come back.

Amazing condo and location

We had the best stay here for our family with small children plus grandparents. It’s super close to the beach. The beaches were wide and clean! We thought that the unit was even nicer than pictured and the entire complex is fabulous - nice pool, low key setting and many units seem to be occupied by their owners. We walked to the pier and the location is convenient to most things on SSI. Highly recommend!

Perfect Celebration Weekend!

This property was beautifully appointed, well maintained and perfectly located just steps from the beautiful beach. There were six of us celebrating a "milestone" birthday and it turned out exactly as we'd planned. The low key atmosphere of SSI and the comfort of our unit made it so relaxing. We'll be back!

Better than we expected. Very close to the beach and very nice.

Very nice and clean place. It was a great getaway to the beach with very close access to the beach. Also had a pool that is well kept that you are allowed to use. We loved our stay.

Tall ceilings

The place was beautiful, furniture comfy and perfect location. The only negative i can thing of is the location of the key code box that opens the gates on either side. It's location forced you to either put your car in park to enter th code or pull along side it then back up. But that's 3rd world problems...

It really is even better than it looks

Things that were important to me that delivered. Beautiful ocean view. Perfect ocean breeze, smell and ventilation by keeping the balcony doors open. Great wifi for multiple devices at once. There was seating everywhere. In the living room, bedrooms, dining area and kitchen. All the ceiling fans worked and and could be felt when turned on. AC works well. Beach access and pool access were nigh uninhibited and felt very classy. I loved swimming in the ocean, then swimming in the pool, then taking a bubble bath in the jetted garden tub and then taking a shower. Plenty of hot water. Water pressure isn’t perfect in the shower but it gets the job done. Kitchen had dishes, silverware and cooking implements. All beds were soft. Sofa bed was great for stretching out in the living room for napping and ocean breezes. Apartment had a shockingly luxurious feel. The decor was so perfect, I want to know where they bought half the things on the walls. The management company, Hodnett Cooper saw to all our needs and the check in process was smooth, as was the checkout. You will very likely love your trip!

Absolutely Wonderful

The photos don’t do this property justice. It’s so beautiful and spacious! Walking distance to the village, shopping and restaurants. Gorgeous beaches. Great ocean views. Comfortable beds and everything you need for a great vacation. Would love to stay here again.

Better than expected!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful view of the sunrise from the balcony each morning. Did not expect the unit to be this big and spacious, pleasantly surprised. When we had a small issue with a leak, it was handled very quickly. Definitely would recommend and book again.

Spacious and ideally located

This unit is ideally located on the beach and close to the downtown and has a great view of the ocean off the balcony. It is much bigger than it appears in the pictures and has very high ceilings. Perfect for us and our son!

Best beach on St Simons. Spacious 2 bedrooms. Short walk to village

Great condo building with private pool and beach access. Beautiful view. Spacious 2 bedroom. Master bedroom mattress needs to be replaced soon. Furniture and appliances are a little dated. Probably ready for a refresh but you can’t beat the location and comes with 2 parking spaces directly under the building
