¡Real Escapes Properties orgullosamente ofrece Sea Spray Cottage! Con tan pocas cabañas en la playa frente al mar disponibles, seguramente disfrutará de esta propiedad única frente al mar.

Esta increíble casa de dos dormitorios y dos baños ofrece espectaculares vistas directas al mar. Cuando entras por primera vez en esta adorable casa de campo, te saludan con la relajación en mente. Decoradas con buen gusto, el área de estudio y comedor son bastante espaciosas para los pies cuadrados. Un montón de espacio para ver la televisión o leer la última novela. La cocina está muy bien actualizada y encontrará todo lo que necesita para preparar deliciosas cenas para su familia. No lo olvide, ¡nuestra área cuenta con algunos lugares fantásticos para recoger los mariscos más frescos!

El dormitorio n. ° 1 es un cómodo dormitorio principal con cama tamaño king que lo invita a acurrucarse para una siesta después de un día ajetreado en la playa. Viene equipado con un televisor también. No te preocupes, aún puedes ver la playa a través de las puertas corredizas de vidrio. Hay un baño principal en suite que está conectado a la habitación por un gran vestidor. La habitación n. ° 2 tiene dos camas individuales con un televisor montado, pero tendrá problemas para apartar la vista del océano justo afuera de esta habitación. ¡también! Hay un baño completo que se encuentra junto al den y el segundo dormitorio.

Aunque hay acceso directo a la cubierta a través de los dormitorios, también puede dirigirse al porche a través del estudio. La cubierta de arriba se extiende todo el ancho de la casa. Really enjoyed the location and proximity to area restaurants. Having the beach just steps (a/k/a stairs) away!! Could hear the surf on the decks which was very relaxing. The beach in the morning was wonderful; not a lot of people and the fact that the beach is dog friendly was nice to see (we didn't have a dog). The home was very comfortable for 2 sisters and the split bedrooms and baths was nice; we each had our own space. Highly recommend this home.

Truly beachfront with no obstruction. Place was very comfortable and clean. Good stock of kitchen supplies. Great to leave the windows open and hear the ocean waves. Everything was wonderful! The only small suggestion I’d make is to change the soap supply in the bathrooms. Currently, you receive one thin quarter-size bar which is not enough to last more than a day or two. Other than that…. Bravo!

This cottage is cozy but has lots of space for relaxing and spending time together. The deck is perfect for having coffee while watching the sunrise, and then enjoying a glass of wine after sunset. The location is obviously a perfect spot to access the beach, but it’s also convenient to walk dogs, and it’s even an easy walk into town. The small enclosed backyard was a big hit with our dogs. Sea Spray is a comfortable retreat that lets you listen to the ocean waves and experience the fun and beauty on the island.

Relaxing Vacation

We were extremely pleased with this home which is directly on the beach and a mere half mile to the village. It was very clean and decorated nicely. The beach was never overcrowded while we were there. The views are amazing and make this a special place. It’s clear the owners take care of their home with pride and want their guests to have an outstanding stay. Highly recommend.

This was an ideal home for my husband and I, along with our fur babies. We especially loved the location as we were able to walk into town, plus its hard to beat the view. We would have liked to have a gas grill at the property, but other than that it had everything we needed. Very clean and homey!

Cute House in Great Location

This house is much cuter than advertised! Nice area in the back for the dogs to take care of business. The decks are gated off for peace of mind and are in great condition. The neighborhood is safe to walk. The kitchen is very well stocked. The management staff is super friendly and kindly offered personal recommendations for things to do. We were very happy.
