A solo media milla de la calle St. Área de la aldea de la isla Simons, esta casa es la definición del estilo clásico de playa. Las características costeras incluyen pisos de madera en todas partes, detalles de tabla de cuentas y colores y muebles relajados. La entrada de la casa tiene una pequeña área de asientos en el porche delantero, perfecta para tomar té helado y contemplar el día. Al entrar en la casa, el nivel principal es un área abierta única con espacio para ver televisión, cenar, cocinar, leer o relajarse junto al fuego en una noche fría. El nivel principal cuenta con una sala de polvo para mayor comodidad.


La cocina está abierta a la sala de estar y cuenta con electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable, estufa a gas y un hermoso lavamanos.


La puerta trasera del nivel principal conduce a una acogedora área de asientos en el porche trasero con un pequeño jardín y área de parrillas.

El segundo nivel cuenta con una suite principal con cama king. El baño principal tiene una amplia ducha de azulejos, dos tocadores de altura de confort y un acabado de tablero de cuentas. El armario del maestro es un armario cerrado para el propietario, pero la habitación cuenta con mucho espacio para vestirse y, justo fuera del maestro, hay un armario para colgar la ropa. Justo al final del pasillo, el segundo dormitorio cuenta con una cama doble y baño privado. También en el segundo nivel hay un armario con lavadora y secadora, así como un acogedor porche con mosquitero para disfrutar de la brisa.


En el tercer nivel, en la parte superior de las escaleras, hay un gran loft con dos camas de día, cada una con un nido. Un gran espacio para los niños o nietos. El tercer piso también cuenta con un dormitorio con cama de matrimonio. El dormitorio y el loft comparten un baño y un vestidor. El acceso a esta habitación es a través del área de loft.


Se proporciona internet inalámbrico. TENGA EN CUENTA que solo hay espacio para 2 vehículos de tamaño promedio para estacionamiento.

Se admiten mascotas de menos de 35 libras con un depósito no reembolsable de $ 150.

A Keeper

We’ve traveled to SSI a few times now and have a good idea what we want not only on the island but in a rental. Location: The house is 0.41 miles from the beach. We walked it a few times but had a golfcart for most of the trip. It’s on Demere. Busier road but not a major disruption and was really a non-issue. Beach gear: The listing wasn’t clear on this, but the house had multiple chairs, beach towels, tents, toys to take to the beach. Their cart was broken so the one we rented came in handy. Parking: The listing noted the parking is tight. It is however we had plenty of room for an Armada, Volvo, and golf cart. We even decided that you could fit one more mid-size if you got creative. Stocked: Well stocked and included everything you would generally need. Oddly, not much Tupperware but did have foil and plastic wrap. Towels and washcloths and second-floor laundry. Board games and cards included. Take TP and paper towels. Access: The house had electronic access but was reserved for the owners. It’s 2024 and I haven’t accessed a hotel room, vacation rentals, or even my own home with a key in a long time. It just was not desirable. Comfort: Beds are great, lots of sitting/chairs, comfy outdoor furniture-especially the front porch. Cleaning: For the fee I’d expect the washing machine to be clean and not be moldy. Never have seen this in a rental before. It was quite gross. I’d

Wonderful Beach Retreat

This house is lovely and was one of our favorite vacation rentals. It is a beautiful comfortable home and was the perfect size for our family of 3. The house is comfortable, beautifully decorated and very well stocked. We had everything we needed for cooking and for the beach. The location is excellent. We basically walked and biked everywhere. Great shops and restaurants very close by. We will definitely stay here again!

Would stay here again

First timer to St. Simons and we loved it! This house has plenty of room and everything you need. Loved the open floor plan! The walk or bike ride to the beach is an easy one with lots of shady trees and hardly any traffic.

Wonderful property for large family with teens/young adults

We spent such a lovely week with our five young adult children. The home is perfect and so well appointed and clean. The walk to the beach is just a few easy blocks, and the walk to the pier was pleasant and just under a mile. We loved the space, and will look to come and stay again. The check in process was smooth as was check out.

Marvelous house!

The house is not only lovely, but beautifully furnished and equipped . It is obvious that it is used and loved by the owner. We had a couple minor repair issues. The management company was responsive and the maintenance man arrived incredibly quickly. It is a nice walk to town and an equally nice walk to the beach. We really enjoyed a relaxing stay.

Loved our stay, as always, wish it was longer!

Very nice house, well stocked with all that we needed, even had extras+ for the kids. Parking was a little tight, but would fit smaller vehicles easier, we had an excursion and 4dr wrangler. It was next to a quiet street that made it an easy walk to the beach. The outside table was great for big dinners, bug spray recommended, but that's just part of being outside. Overall, it was an awesome comfortable vacation and house!

A fun stay

The house was nice and everything worked well at the property. The interactions I had with the agency were all pleasant and helpful. Only issues were the parking area is kinda small and some of the beds are tall so if you're short you might have a fun time getting on them. Overall I would absolutely recommend!

Beautiful house, great location!

This house is beautiful! Plenty of room for our family of 5 to spread out. The management company stayed in contact via email and text with very easy check-in (we arrived after hours and got our envelope from a lockbox, which was super simple). House was clean and furnishings in great shape. We used the grill and ate on the back deck. Loved that we could walk to the beach or into town for dinner. My daughter and I also enjoyed some exercise by jumping on the sidewalk/bike path. We rented a golf cart (a helpful tip I saw from another review) and it was great to go to the beach and back. The neighborhood was quiet and people friendly. Great family vacation!

Thanksgiving on SSI

Very nice facilities. Very clean and open. Great kitchen facilities. Back yard is small but the deck was very nice. ( could use safety rails for small children ). Overall very nice place for a family gathering but the parking is very limited.

A clean, spacious fun house

We enjoyed our stay! Only would recommend a few new kitchen appliances/ dishes, recommend booking a golf cart ahead of your stay and update tv working was a bit archaic and difficult. Also no closet ability in master. Otherwise we loved our stay . Beautiful trees surround the house offering great sounds of birds etc and A beautiful view out windows (considering the house location). IOW not staring into neighbors houses . The trees give it a great hidden type of feel and yet so close to the Village and beach! Yay!

Great home - Small items need maintenance

The home was large and the perfect size for our family. The location was great, central to the beach, shops, and activities. We did have a few issues while staying at the property such as a broken stove handle, broken A/C, no hot water in one of the bathroom sinks, and the dishwasher rack was broken. The property manager sent someone to correct however, many of the items including the AC could not be corrected during our stay. I feel the home is wonderful but could use some general maintenance to keep these things from happening as no one wants to go on vacation and deal items breaking each day or spending time on the phone trying to correct. Overall, a good stay but would recommend some of these items be kept up better in order to make a great stay!
