We are thrilled to invite you to our island oasis, SSI Sunshine! Enjoy a simple, clean, bright space while taking advantage of the screened in porch with TV to watch your favorite shows, a tanning deck with lounge chairs to get your sun fix in, gas grill, and outdoor shower! The property is nestled perfectly in the middle of the main beach accesses and the village/pier area.

THE SPACE
Single story home. Enter into open living and dining area. King master bedroom off living to left, with walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower attached. Kitchen and laundry areas directly behind dining. Guest room with two single twins and closet to left of dining. Full bath with tub/shower combo attached, pocket door creating en-suite bathroom. Guest room with queen bed and closet to left of kitchen. En-suite full bathroom with tub/shower combo attached. Screened in porch directly across from last guest room.

After dinner, a popular activity is strolling through the village, browsing through the boutique shops and eating ice cream. There are a number of local bakeries and sweet shops in the Pier Village that will tempt your taste buds.

Located on the south end of the Island, St. Simons Pier Village district serves as the downtown social hub and is a popular destination for shopping, dining and gathering on the pier and nearby lighthouse, playground and picnic areas. Overlooking the ocean and Jekyll Island across the way, you'll find the St. Simons Lighthouse and Museum, Neptune Park with its ocean side pool and facilities, playground, miniature golf course, and an oak shaded picnic area, fishing pier, public library and theater.

Beach Gear Included!: This home offers beach gear such as beach chairs and beach towels FREE for your use! Bikes, carts, paddleboards and more are available for rent locally, discount included. There are no fees or surcharges attached to your reservation.

Pets: This home is dog friendly for dogs 25lbs or less with $250 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host puppies < 1 year old or breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.

No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.

Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.

No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
