Wonderful stay

We had a great three day stay. The condo was exactly as described, clean and provided everything we needed. The pool was very nice with direct access to the beach. We had a wonderful time!

Maui beautiful

Beautiful location. Everything was clean and close to shops and food. We saw a family of dolphins from our balcony and small sea turtles daily. Would definitely stay here again.

Necessities plus!

Great stay at this location! Many other ABnb/VRBO units in this particular corner of Kaanapali. Unit has everything you need and some- a pool, hot tub, beach towel (available at the pool) beach front, waves, etc! Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Place to Stay on Maui!

We loved our stay at this Maui Condo! Amazing view right off of the balcony. Could watch sea turtles and boats and every evening's sunset on the Pacific Ocean. Great kitchen, great shower, and a beautiful pool and hot tub (and it was nice and hot!). We would definitely recommend this location and come back!

Amazing Maui trip

This studio at the Mahana was truly amazing. Loved being able to go out on the balcony to watch the turtles. The unit was clean and had everything we needed.

Wonderful Ocean Front

Great stay! Only downside was roof repairs so the A/C didn’t work. This was communicated about 3 months in advance so it was known before checking in. The wind from the ocean made the room cool so even if it is still out you should still make the reservation! Really close to great food trucks and an easy drive to the harbor for tours. The concierge in the lobby can answer any questions you may have about Maui and recommend great snorkeling and beach spots.

Stunning Views

This condo is worth it for the view alone, a sweeping vista of the Pacific and the islands of Lanai and Molokai, with whales (in March) and turtles swimming in the incredibly clear water. The condo is also very comfortable, clean and well equipped, and the property is beautifully maintained, with nice touches, such as a pair of binoculars for whale watching. We particularly enjoyed watching the sunset from the pristine hot tub, which was cleaned and refilled every morning.

It's what you expect

The view was you expect with sunsets included if it's clear. You can see turtles in the water. The bed is comfortable The microwave is finicky to use, no ice maker and they added a toaster oven. Could use a newer TV. It's only big enough for two people. We enjoyed it very much.

Excellent view

The place was amazing! We had a perfect view! We come every February to watch the whales and we didn’t even have to leave we could watch them from our Lani! We sat on the Lani watching the whales, sea turtles and we even saw a monk seal napping on the beach below! Am definitely coming back next year! It could use new carpet but it wasn’t that bad. I would recommend getting a little bit higher table and chairs for out on the Lani just for the viewing but all n all it was perfect! Thank you for sharing your amazing place!

View amazing

Condo #1103 is in desperate need of updating, from chair broken to missing window blinds to loose floor tiles and not to mention the disgusting carpet that needs replaced. The only good thing about this condo was the Amazing view. The bed was comfortable. The pictures shown online are not what to see when you arrive. We were very disappointed.

Amazing views and location!

My husband and I stayed 5 nights in this beautiful condo and we could have stayed twice as long! The view from the balcony was even better than we expected. As other reviews mentioned, we saw countless whales daily right from the balcony and the sunsets were specular. We even saw a moonset when we woke up early one morning. I loved that they provided binoculars to see the whales even closer. The bed was super comfortable and everything was very clean and tidy. The condo building was lovely and well-maintained. Parking was ample and very easy. The condo’s location was also great, located near many restaurants and a nice beach path for strolling or jogging. We would love to stay here again on our next visit to Maui.

Better than Expected

We were pleasantly surprised by the accommodations. The views were amazing! Turtles morning and night and just a short walk to a Sandy beach! Perfection! We would walk about 2 miles each day down and back on the beach. Having the perfect place to snorkel right in front. Lots of stores, restaurants within walking distance was very convenient. My one and only complaint was the carpet in the living space. Not a fan of carpet and it looks like it has seen better days. Other than that we will definitely be back! Thank you

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at the Mahana Resort #1103. The ocean front view was amazing. The unit was clean and accommodating. The check in procedure was simple. The property was clean with ample parking. It was in a great location with restaurants and food trucks in walking distance. The beach pathway was perfect for walking if you didn't want to walk in the sand. You can see a beautiful sunset from your lanai or watch from the Beach Club or Dukes on either side of the resort. The WiFi and air conditioning worked well. I would recommend this property.

Fantastic view- would rent again!

One the many things that interested me about this rental was the view! And it did not disappoint! The building is right on the beach- all you see is ocean (and turtles). The balcony is private and with the waves crashing if felt like we were the only ones there- if there was noise from other renters or anything, it was drowned out. The room as very clean, updated nicely, great water pressure in the shower, super comfy bed and pillows. it's a studio- so on the smaller side but exactly what we needed. The building staff was very nice and helpful, and the property was very quite, clean and beautifully landscaped. The building is also accessible to restaurants and awesome snorkeling, just down the beach. Simply said- we had an amazing trip and would rent again.
