A estrenar en 2018 3 habitaciones, 3 baños con dos enormes balcones y una agradable sala de estar y cocina. La casa está ubicada en un nuevo desarrollo en una zona tranquila de Myrtle Beach. A una cuadra de Ocean Blvd. Esta unidad de 3 dormitorios y 3 baños es la mitad de un dúplex Beach House elevado y ambos lados se pueden alquilar para convertirlo en una casa de 6 dormitorios y 6 baños. Hay una puerta contigua en el piso superior para que las familias puedan moverse fácilmente entre las unidades. la otra unidad está listada bajo el código de propiedad 1520308

We had a nice stay at this house in Myrtle Beach. The house was very clean and located a 2 minute walk to the beach. It had everything we needed.

Just fine

We found the neighborhood to be sketchy. The house was a nice home but could stand a good cleaning. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable! Heard gun shots one nightvwhich was unsettling! Not the fault of the owner obviously. Wr would not choose to stay there again!

First family vacation

This was a great week! The place was nice and clean when we arrived. It is in a quiet neighborhood near the beach. When we needed assistance with an issue, maintenance came right away!

Good location

Just as advertised, nothing extra. Location was very convenient for beach. Bring your own beach things, garbage bags, dish soap, etc. Spotty WiFi at first and hard to reach owner prior to arrival. Once settled there, enjoyed our stay.

Our beach vacation

Tv's were difficult to get programming. Two flights of stairs were very difficult. The beach was two blocks away. The condo was beautiful and well maintained.The location̈ was great for shopping and dinin̈dining.

Good time in Myrtle

For the price and the reviews I read it was just what we were looking for. There were a few things in the area of cleanliness but I was expecting that nothing to bad, it is a beach area rental. The top bunk of the bunk bed was missing but we were able to make it work. The dryer did not work to dry towels or clothes at all but not a big deal for us. Overall it was a nice stay and we would do it again.

Limitless potential

Overall the stay was good. There was a significant amount of moisture inside, this was a sign that the air was just turned down to 65 hours before we arrived. Everything was wet from condensation building. In addition, there was several places were mold was evident. It was mentioned during checking that there was visible dirt on the walls and oven.

The house was nice. It needs the carpets cleaned desperately. You can feel the greasiness and grime in them. We all had to wear socks or keep shoes on because of the feeling. The bunk beds are broken so we had to use a blow up mattress, and that was not in the listing. Loved we could walk to the beach across a few, not heavy trafficked roads. I have some pictures of the mold on the air vents and there looks to be some starting above the showers upstairs.

NICE HOUSE NEEDS A LITTLE CLEANING

We booked this stay for the fall bike rally. The house was very nice and we all loved how every bedroom had its own bathroom. However, there were a few cons. The master bedroom bedside lamp was dirty, and had mold on it. The balcony curtain had mold, as well as the shower curtain. The master bathroom shower would not drain so we had to stand in a puddle of water during our showers. Even though we seen those few flaws we feel like if this place was deep cleaned then we will most definitely stay there again. The location was amazing, and close to anything and everything.

Solid Spot

Went to Myrtle for beach and golf. This is a very good location in my opinion. Walking distance to beach. Maybe 2-3 blocks total, straight shot. Per the internet, everywhere in Myrtle is “crime ridden”, but we really felt comfortable walking in this area. Went to beach, wing restaurant, bar nearby, etc. Granted, didn’t do any walking past 10-11p, so can’t speak for what happens late at night. Easy, short Uber ride to basically anywhere. 15 min to Arrowhead GC. 15 min to boardwalk. Also very close to a neighborhood Walmart, which made getting groceries easy. As far as the house, definitely don’t think it was “dirty” like some of the older reviews on here say. Generally clean and well organized. Only 2 big things. One, definitely a bit musty. Likely some amount of underlying mold. Not overly problematic and you get adjusted in a couple minutes. But the mustiness is present. Two, the people who used it before us didn’t start the dishwasher before they left. So we opened it to put dirty dishes in, and there were a bunch of uncleaned dishes with food still on them. The smell was…not awesome. Rated 4/5 on accuracy of listing as there was a picture of bunk beds in the listing and there were none here. 1 king, 1 queen, 1 full, and a pull out couch. This just meant a couple people had to bunk up, which we weren’t planning on. Overall, enjoyed our stay, would recommend.

Great place close to the beach

This is our third stay with Kim and it is always great. Properties are well-maintained and nicely furnished. Love the two balconies! Short walk to the beach.

Summary

Really appreciate the amount of carpeting in this particular unit. I’ve stay at a different unit same area/street and it was all hard wood. Great location close to the beach not 2 mins walk but far enough so there wasn’t too much noise from the Main Street. I rate it 9/10.

House near the Beach

We enjoyed the property thoroughly. It was very nicely appointed. and perfectly located. It had everything we had hoped for. We especially enjoyed the decks. We didn't want to leave!

Great rental, Terrible neighbors.

We were very happy with the accommodations with one serious complaint. The group of young men renting the adjoining apartment were unbelievably loud late into the night and early morning. The entire building shook all night long from their activities which included fireworks.
