¡Casa adosada de lujo de 3 dormitorios con vista al mar!

¡No es necesario buscar más para sus vacaciones perfectas lejos de casa! Esta codiciada casa de 3 pisos en esquina, de 3 dormitorios, se presenta con ricos pisos de mármol y madera con una sala de estar y comedor de concepto abierto decorada con colores suaves y muebles cómodos que le dan una sensación acogedora. La cocina totalmente equipada se encuentra junto al comedor y cuenta con impresionantes gabinetes de madera oscura perfectamente decorados con elegantes mostradores de granito. Un patio con mosquitero junto a la sala de estar ofrece una opción de comida alternativa o un espacio cómodo para descansar con una copa de vino a medida que se va desvaneciendo la luz del día.

El primer dormitorio de invitados se encuentra en el segundo piso, que es el nivel de vida principal y tiene una litera triple (cama doble en la parte inferior y dos camas individuales en la parte superior) y un televisor de pantalla plana.

El tercer piso consta de dos master suites, una frente al mar con una cama king tallada a mano, única en su tipo, vistas ilimitadas al océano y un lujoso baño privado con bañera de hidromasaje hundida, ducha de vidrio separada y lavamanos para él y ella. La segunda suite principal cuenta con una cama king y baño completo.

Entre muchas comodidades contemporáneas, el 412 Mariners Club cuenta con televisores de pantalla plana en todas las habitaciones y wifi gratis. La propiedad está rodeada de paisajes meticulosamente cuidados, palmeras y flora tropical de vivos colores.

This was a great unit. A few minor things needed fixed but overall had everything we needed. I wish the patio was a little more private as the people in the unit next to us sat out there and smoked so we didn’t enjoy it as much. (Not the property owners issue though). The pool is nice and having the game room was fun.

Fantastic Getaway

412 was perfect for our family getaway. Plenty of space and great location to the oasis pool. Amenities were great, helpful staff and security guards were very nice. We had a great time.

The condo was perfect for us. The place was clean and spacious for all of us. This condo was the best location to the main pool! Also, beautiful views of the ocean.

Property was neat and clean. Great access to pool and marina. Very clean and well stocked with towels and kitchenwares. We recommend Dolphin research center in Key Largo is close and responsible to swim with the Dolphins. Pleasant smooth experience working with Barefeet rentals staff. All around good experience. Great rental. Great view, great access to pool. The community and town house rental were as pictured and explained online through barefeet The notice that I would be locked out and need to find different accomodations if I couldn't access the lock box at check in was too aggressive.

Great location, great views, clean and well appointed. One knock - the air conditioning unit is above the master bedroom, and it makes a crazy sound every time the air comes on, which, in the keys, is quite often. Theater of the Seas is a great outing , the best key lime pie in key Largo is at Ballyhoo's, and if you are looking for sandals/shoes, the factory outlet really does have an amazing selection. Always available, answered any question, made rental easy.

It was very relaxing and great location. Comfortable accommodations. AC settings. Staff was helpful but didn’t like the locks on the AC or that my request was not accommodated. MGR RESPONSE: Due to our high humidity we are unable to set the AC below 70* without risking the coil freezing and stop working altogether.

Wonderful complex with a beautiful, well-kept grounds. There were three coffee pots, and only one actually worked, and it was old. A new coffee pot or even a Keurig would be nice. (We are taking care of that! Thank you!) We can recommend going to any of the beautiful state parks for nature walks. The Sea Turtle Hospital and the Dolphin Research Center Very easy to book online. Check in is very easy.

Best location to large main pool and views of the ocean.

This condo was great for our family of 4 - [could easily fit a couple more, too]. The condo was clean and spacious - It's one of the best locations to the main pool and views of the ocean. The pool never felt crowded, and there were always lounge chairs available. The music at the pool is a big plus - playing Jack Johnson and Jason Mraz vibes all day. The unit was very clean and communication with the staff was easy. Only thing to note is because it's multiple floors, there are a lot of steps; and they are wood floors which can get slippery. This wasn't an issue for our family, but I wouldn't recommend for elderly adults. We'll come back to this condo, it was a great stay! Highly recommended.

Unit 405 in Mariners Club

My family and I spent 4 days in Key Largo for a much needed break. We arrived late at night and the ladies in the office were so helpful for getting keys and paperwork. It was very smooth. Our unit was just footsteps from the large pool. Views from the screened in porch and master bedroom were spectacular. The unit was spacious and clean but showed signs of being lived in. A couple of chipped paint on molding and dings on cabinets but nothing that would deter our wonderful time. All in all we had a great time and enjoyed the complex. We would highly recommend and are looking forward to going back. Defiantly a winner in our book.

Mariners Club #412

This is a nice property and great location in the development on a corner with a big view. The facility is well maintained and has a nice gym and two pools. Property interior shows a bit of age and some deferred maintenance-door knobs that are wonky, furniture that is a little tired. It is an 80's building with hollow doors and lots of tile, so everybody can hear everything that is going on in bedrooms and common spaces. Also of note, there is no access to the Atlantic from the property if you are wanting to swim.
