The only inaccuracy was that on your arrival date, we offered to move you to another available unit nearby when we could not resolve the internet outage from Spectrum without a site visit. We do hope our efforts to resolve your inconveniences quickly affords us the chance to do better the next time you look to come to PGA.

Deb, We so sincerely appreciate all feedback whether complimentary or constructive and are deeply disappointed we did not meet your expectations. Short Term Rentals continue to be a contested topic in La Quinta and we try find a balance with respecting privacy and providing a means to ensure we provide a respectful, relaxing experience for guests and our neighbors alike. Perimeter cameras were disclosed in the agreement and welcome documents and we are always open to have some flexibility once we have established some trust with guests. You are correct that it was completely inappropriate for the A/C contractor to have entered the property. It was unfortunate that they wen to to wrong property and we addressed that with their management. As there was no A/C at one of our other units and with 100 degree temperatures, fast resolution was important as we would not want you nor anyone else to be without A/C at this time of year for any period of time at all. They claim they did try the doorbell and waited. They did then call us for an access code before entering, but we too would be upset if someone unexpected entered for any reason and we sincerely apologize again for that. We do hope you may consider another stay with us in the future and be well.
