Enjoyed everything about our stay. All amenities were great so many that usually are not included in a rental home. Our dog enjoyed the backyard and walks to the beach. The beach is so close we visited multiple times a day. Kitchen is fully stocked so we were able to even package up food in containers in our igloo. Everything was very clean, with beautiful calming colors. Will definitely return if we can even get it again. It’s always booked. Lastly, the host was very accommodating and responsive.

Great location, house has everything needed to cook meals at home, beds are comfortable, perfect sized cottage for a family of four. This is the 4th year we have stayed with this property owner and we have always had an excellent vacation experience.

Little Gem

What a great home. You can tell “ one of the originals”. Kitchen had everything needed. Beds very comfortable and plenty of towels. TV easy to work and great WiFi. Walked to beach- had lunch on covered beach access. Great shopping at St.Armands

Location, Location, Location

We had a great time in Sarasota; we met my wife's brother and his wife. We loved the location of the property; you could walk almost everywhere you needed to go. It was the most equipped VRBO property we have experienced. The property was excellent and well decorated with art. The host was awesome and very accommodating. We will definitely return; highly recommend.

Perfect vacation!

My husband and I have stayed at this property numerous times. We love the location. The owner is quick to respond to any questions. We really wish we could have stayed longer. All I can say to really reflect everyone is PERFECT!

Great little Beach Bungalow

Really nice time! The house was very well stocked with any thing you could have possibly needed. Very clean! Good parking! Wonderful

We had an amazing stay again this year. We stayed for two weeks this time and the time just flew by everything in the house was beautiful. Everything we needed was there couldn’t ask for a better place to stay really close to the beach just one block away and also had a swimming pool next to the Lido Beach Pavilion, that was accessible Communication with the owners was fantastic. Couldn’t ask for anything better.

Charming Beach Cottage

We had a wonderful stay in this adorable cottage. The home was very well stocked, anything that we may have needed was there for us. Laveda was so nice and available for any questions we had. Looking forward to our next visit there!

A First Class Experience

LaVeda was the perfect host, could not have asked for anything more. The house was clean, well-stocked and perfectly located within walking distance of the beach and St Armands Circle. I will definitely be back for future visits and will rent this house again and you should too! You will not be disappointed.

Great Vaca. We highly recommend this house

This cottage is exactly as you see in the photos. It is cute. It is comfy. It’s in a great location. We felt safe. We were walking distance to many”things to do” Our communication with owner was 100% quick & positive. We had no issues/problems. We would choose this house again. We had an amazing vacation. What a wonderful retreat

The home that our family got to share was wonderful. It was exactly as described on the VRBO page. The homeowner was always gracious and very quick to respond to my questions. It was the best vacation that we have ever had and cannot wait to go back again next year. The location was terrific, and it became our home away from home. Having coffee early in the morning on the front deck was especially memorable. Thank you so very much for sharing your home with us.

Wonderful

The entire house was spotless and very well stocked with anything we needed. Beautifully decorated and beds were dreamy. Short walk to beach or we could drive and park at the pool area and enjoy both beach and pool along with snack bar 😀 Can’t wait to return depending on moms health. She wants to stay longer next visit.

Great find on Lido Beach

This house was amazing! I've never rented one so well stocked! The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of blankets if you get cold! So close to the beach and shopping! I would totally recommend this house.

We had a good stay loved the house very comfortable. The only thing missing was a TV in the king size bed room. Definitely going to try to stay there next year as well.

We live in rural Indiana, but enjoy spending time in Lido Key, Gatlinburg and Nashville. After a lifetime of social work, we are looking forward to some down time. For now, our grand kids are keeping us busy and young at heart.
