Disfrute de estar literalmente en el océano en esta hermosa unidad de condominio en la esquina del piso superior remodelada. Magnífica costa y vistas al océano de 180 grados. Recientemente remodelado, espacioso, con aire acondicionado, condominio de 1200 pies cuadrados con 2 habitaciones / 2 baños con pisos de bambú. La unidad más buscada en el edificio, su ubicación en la esquina del piso superior ofrece vistas al océano de 180 grados con mucha brisa ligera y suave del océano desde los lados oeste y sur.

El complejo de apartamentos, Kona Nalu, está ubicado en Ali’I Drive y es un edificio íntimo de 15 unidades y 3 pisos con una piscina frente al mar, wifi, estacionamiento cubierto y un elevador. Este condominio es ideal para 1 a 2 parejas. Complejo y condominio no son adecuados para niños

Everything was perfect. The condo is gorgeous, Debbie and Suzanne were wonderful hosts, available and willing to help with anything we needed. The lanai is larger than most, and we watched pods of spinner dolphins play in the surf. We loved it, and would love to go back.

This lovely condo was the perfect spot for our two-week Big Island vacation. The location is spectacular, with the surf rolling in right below the lanai, and stunning views. We only used the A/C two nights because it was much more enjoyable to instead keep the doors open and enjoy the sound of the surf. We had our coffee on the lanai every morning and enjoyed sunset cocktails there every evening. The kitchen was fully stocked and provided everything we needed for meals. The fact that it's a corner, top floor unit made the whole experience feel extra special and private. The primary bathroom was really excellent, with separate "his n' hers" vanities, a separate and private toilet room, a large walk-in closet, and a washer/dryer combo. The condo itself was very clean, spacious, and had every amenity we needed to enjoy our time on the Big Island. We had a few questions when we first arrived to which the host responded promptly. We have zero complaints and would return to this condo in a heartbeat. Happy to give it our highest recommendation!

This condo is beautiful! Very quiet and peaceful, huge lanai with incredible views, spotless kitchen and bathrooms, comfortable beds, and nice private beachfront pool we mostly had to ourselves (small building / not many tenants when we were there). The host, Suzanne,was very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed on the beautiful island of Hawaii

Beautiful property. Absolutely spectacular lanai with waves right up to the lower floor. Could hear ocean from inside condo. We were on the third floor with wrap around lanai. Elevator and air conditioning.

This place is superb. We’ve stayed in at least 15 vrbos in Hawaii, most were very nice, but none compared to this condo in Kona. When renting, there are several things that matter, and this place has it all: Comfortable furniture (in and out) Well stocked kitchen utensils, pans etc. Hangers in the very large closet Lots of drawers and hooks It has AC but we didn’t use it Clean clean clean! Beautiful renovation! It was like IKEA, they thought of everything. The location and view can’t be beat. One review mentions noise from the church next door, it is not an issue. It was quiet~aside from the awesome crashing waves. We loved it and would definitely stay here again. Mahalo

Oceanfront Accommodations

We enjoyed staying in your very well appointed ocean front, ocean view condominium,. We found everything that we needed to have a really enjoyable stay. I would say the only challenge we faced was trying to get a cross draft to cool the place off at night. There are a lot of fans but getting a breeze to do down the hall and through the screen door on the front was practically impossible most nights but we eventually were able to get the place cool enough to sleep in each night and I have to say that I for sure Highly recommend lstaying there as it is a true oceanfront experience. Would stay again if I return to the island.

Spectacular Oceanfront Condo

When we originally booked this condo it had several outside seating/lounging options. When we arrived it had a table with 4 chairs and only 1 lounger. That was a little disappointing. The condo was very clean and well stocked. It is truly on the ocean the view was outstanding.

25th Anniversary and 1st Trip to HI

We had to change plans from Maui just a few days before our trip and I was worried about finding something we liked as much as the Maui condo in such short notice. This place did NOT disappoint! It was the very best supplied rental we have ever stayed in. They seriously thought of everything! The view from the lanai was absolutely amazing and the sunsets out there were breathtaking. Condo was clean, ready early and we didn’t have one issue. Two things to be aware of-it’s on the third floor with no elevator. This may be an issue for some but we were fine with it. (Hubby did all the carrying!) the other I saw mentioned in a review before we booked. The condo is a corner unit and there is a small but very active church right next door. It didn’t bother us though. There are shades on that side of the lanai, if you want to close them but we were up high enough, it didn’t phase us. Condo is in a great location with easy access to the main road, going to “town” but not in the middle of craziness. The people below us had just bought and moved there part time and we’re super friendly. Book this condo, you will be glad you did.

Fabulous location and views!

Excellent location and views. We found the condo very clean and easy to check in and out. Nice new kitchen, comfortable bed, indoor furniture dated but clean and adequate. Neighbors were helpful and friendly. Gave great restaurant recommendations. We’d rent here again. Paul at the management company was excellent to work with (easy to get ahold of).

Wonderful View

Very lovely spacious condo. Only 1 bedroom available as owners use 2nd bedroom for storage. But we knew that up front. The master bedroom is quite large and the king size bed was VERY comfortable…no back pain at all during our stay. Only complaint would be that the elevator conked out one day, but called the number posted outside the elevator, and someone was sent out to fix it later that same day. Also, tv wasn’t working…problem with cable company….but didn’t really miss it. The sound of the ocean is always far more enjoyable than television at Kona Nalu!

The elevator smelled absolutely horrible, unfortunately I had to take because of walking issues. Towels were old and ragged, bed was horrible, dryer filter filthy, no umbrellas at the pool to get out of the sun, limited pots and pans. etc.

Incredible Views

The crown jewel of this rental is the view from the huge balcony - we spent so much time just sitting and enjoying the beautiful sunsets and listening to the waves. The condo was clean, well stocked, and in a nice location. Just for full disclosure - it does sit next to a church which had outdoor activities pretty much every night - most were over by early evening but you do get some noise- was not a bothersome level. We would definitely rent again if we are back on the big island. Thanks for sharing your place with us.

We love this property because Kona Nalu is a small condo complex (15 units total), 3 floors. Our unit is on the top floor corner with windows along the entire south side and west side for incredible ocean and sunset views and breezes. It really is a special, unique spot yet close to the village of Kona, the best snorkel spots and so much more! The name of the Condo Complex is Kona Nalu.

While enjoying the spectacular views from the lanai, you will have difficult choices to make each day: Putting on snorkel-gear and heading to the beach, swimming with the spinner dolphins, going for a surf, stand up paddle boarding, paddling an outrigger canoe or enjoy laying out by the pool. Not to mention the stunning golf course within 5 miles, walker friendly Ali'i drive, or tennis and pickle ball courts that welcome all visitors. The options are endless!

The Big Island has so much to offer: Explore an active volcano at the wonderful Volcano National Park, take a trip to Mauna Kea to some of the world’s largest telescopes at 13,796 ft and learn about the stars and solar system, or visit the local coffee plantations, macadamia nut plantations and the Original Hawaiian Chocolate factory. The choices and diversity are amazing on this wonderful island!
