Beautiful home! Well equipped kitchen. Our grandkids loved the bunk room and we all loved the pool and hot tub. Great location. Close to downtown Rehoboth in a lovely neighborhood. Plenty of room to accommodate our growing family.

Cleanest place ever!

Great location!! It’s only 3 blocks from the beach!! It smelled so fresh and clean we walked in. It had everything we needed and more!! Definitely recommend!! There is so much space so it’s great for families!!

Sand dune has the right tune

Perfectly located between Rehoboth Avenue shopping and attractions and the beach. We spent each day taking advantage of the ocean, the shopping, and especially the backyard pool which was a favorite of our five year old grandchild. Recommended!

Excellent House

The house was beautiful and perfect for our family. The pool was a great spot to escape the heat. At night a relaxing time in the hot tub was excellent too. Just wish it was a little closer to the beach but overall wasn’t far walk to the beach or Rehoboth avenue and would absolutely stay here again. The host was great and answered all questions immediately

Fabulous Rehoboth Beach Home!

The house was incredible! So new and sparkling clean! The bedroom layouts were perfect for our family, which included our 9 year old and 2 year old grandchildren. The main floor and open floor plan was gorgeous and so perfect! The kitchen is TO DIE FOR!! The pool and hot tub and backyard was so beautiful. Great for the entire family. There's even an area that's like a kiddie pool that was awesome for the two year old! We could walk to town and the beach which everyone loved. It was also very easy to find parking spots close to the beach on Brooklyn Street; for when we had a lot to bring down! We hope to return to this beautiful house again soon!

Amazing Family Retreat

Had a great family gateway with our entire family. Ages 4-75 and everyone enjoyed the house size, location and hot tub/pool can’t be beat! Got more than we were expecting!

Beautiful property

We had an amazing time. Perfect size, close to the avenue and layout worked well for our special needs son. Didn't realize towels and linens were provided until we arrived. Pool was just the right size for our family. Only negatives was that the pool was not cleaned until Thursday of our stay and was cloudy within the first couple days of our arrival until that Thursday. Just needed chlorine to be adjusted. Also house cleaning upon arrival could have been better. Definitely rushed through. But that is more a review of the cleaning company than the property itself. Will definitely rent again!!!

Wonderful house with great location

Our stay with 6 adults and 3 children was great. The house was spacious with plenty of room. The kids loved their bunk room so much they put themselves to bed every night! The location was in walking distance to everything even with 3 small children. The bike with the basket was a great addition for morning bakery runs. We had one issue with the dishwasher and Melissa was quick to respond and take care of it. The only “problem” we had was getting the kiddos to get out of the pool so we could go places. I’m very picky about cleanliness and this house is clean. We had a great time.

Great Vacation House

We loved this house! Great walking location to beach, boardwalk, restaurants and recreation. The pool and hot tub were a real bonus that was well used. The house was well designed with a crowd in mind! It was also very thoughtfully supplied. To top it off, Melissa was very responsive to all our questions and needs. Hope to return again!

Luxury Home In Rehoboth

This home is absolutely stunning. My partner and I stayed with my adult children and my older parents. All the bedrooms were beautiful with very modern bathrooms. The king bed and bath on the ground floor was especially nice for the parents not to have to go up and down stairs. The adult kids loved their rooms. The kitchen is a foodie's dream. We used the pool and hot tub every day. The location can't be beat- an easy walk to the beach, restaurants and shopping. We don't have small children, but this would be a great house for those with kids. The bunkbed room has plenty of space, the kitchen is equipped with child friendly dishes, and the pool storage has plenty of beach and pool accoutrements. We had an amazing time and my mother said 'We have to reserve this for next year!' So we did!

Great House in Rehobeth

This is a wonderful house in Rehobeth, particularly for a large family with small children. The house itself is gracious and well-appointed, with 5 full bedrooms and 5 1/2 baths, plus a large mudroom that is perfect for hanging wet beach towels to dry. The "bunk room" was great for our granddaughters, ages 4 and 7. The highlight for them was the pool, which is extremely well designed for younger kids who can swim or are learning to swim. The location was, in our view, just exactly where we wanted it -- a short 10-minute walk to the beach and boardwalk (and Funland!!), but far enough off the main roads to be very quiet. The kitchen and outdoor grille were much appreciated and again, well equipped. The shed was full of beach chairs and toys for the beach and for the pool. The adult favorite was relaxing on the front porch where there always seemed to be a breeze. We had a wonderful week! Many thanks to Melissa!

June stay at Sanddune

This house is top notch, clearly the owners spared no expense in their renovations and it shows. The pictures are very accurate, if anything it was even better in person. The pool is awesome, convenient walk to beach, restaurants and shopping. Big smart TVs for the rainy days, comfy couches, amazing screen porch we used every day and night. Well stocked kitchen, great appliances and especially appreciated the supply of kids cups/plates and bowls. Tons of beach supplies in the shed, sturdy Tommy Bahama chairs, beach cart, umbrellas and toys made our days at the ocean so perfect. The owner was extremely responsive to all my messages and questions. Only disappointment is that it’s already booked this time next year!

Beautiful house and amazing location!!

I rented Melissa's house for Memorial Day weekend with my friends. The house is stunning!! Brand new construction with a gorgeous kitchen and 5 bedrooms with each having their own bathroom! It was the perfect set up. Since it rained all weekend, we couldn't use the pool or hot tub but the backyard looked amazing! Everything is very clean and the kitchen is stocked well with a ton of appliances and dishes. I would definitely rent the house again and take advantage of the easy walk to the beach and town!

Spring Family Getaway

Our stay was amazing! The heated pool in April is a must and the property owner went above and beyond. The house was immaculate and tastefully decorated. I would give it 6 stars if I could. Thanks again! Will return soon!!
