We spent 6 nights at Sea Spray. .The back deck is amazing and you can’t beat spilling out right onto the sand. Note that a public beach/public beach parking is right next door to the house, but wasn’t a problem for us. They have plenty of beach toys and chairs which is nice. Mattresses need replacing, they dip in and are lumpy. The sofa pull out mattress is very uncomfortable.Bath towels smelled off, once we washed they were fine.Sand has now covered the last few steps down to the beach- so you just slide down.Refrigerator is less than ideal, it took 8-10 hours to get cool, there are specific instructions, which we followed, just took longer than 4 hours. However, we shouldn’t have to follow specific instructions to make sure the food doesn’t spoil. Kitchen needs new pans and more mixing bowls. No TV or closet in the bunk bedroom House sits close to the A1A highway. You can hear the cars fly by in the front bedroom all night. Since the cars are doing 50mph be very careful with pups and small children- especially when taking the trash out.This is the first vacation where we as the renters had to take the trash cans to the curb and bring them back up.
