Disfruta de vistas panorámicas de kilómetros y kilómetros de playa, sale un hermoso sol y sale una luna increíble mientras brilla a través del agua y las olas del océano. Experimente caminatas interminables en la playa, pesca, natación, baños de sol, paddle y skim board, surf, búsqueda de conchas y dientes de tiburón ... la lista continúa. Disfruta descansando en nuestra terraza muy espaciosa viendo las olas entrar. Nuestra hermosa casa está ubicada A1A a unos 5 kilómetros al norte del Puente del Norte que entra en el histórico St. Agustín, donde puede disfrutar recorriendo la ciudad en tranvía, carrito de golf, caminando o en automóvil. Diversión sin fin para todos!

The best quality was the trek deck with quality furniture and immediate access to beach plus the superb view! We thought the beds were comfortable but really wish the bunk beds were replaced w 2 double beds. The lower bunks felt too tight. Kitchen was well stocked and we especially loved the quality knife set (usually knifes are poor quality in rentals. We loved the open living space with the great views and our family time being together. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Host was incredibly responsive and addressed any concerns promptly. Location is amazing. Deck and windows are what make this such a priceless rental. The master bedroom opens to deck and you can view the sunset from everywhere on the main floor. Thank you for your responsiveness to our needs.

We spent 6 nights at Sea Spray. .The back deck is amazing and you can’t beat spilling out right onto the sand. Note that a public beach/public beach parking is right next door to the house, but wasn’t a problem for us. They have plenty of beach toys and chairs which is nice. Mattresses need replacing, they dip in and are lumpy. The sofa pull out mattress is very uncomfortable.Bath towels smelled off, once we washed they were fine.Sand has now covered the last few steps down to the beach- so you just slide down.Refrigerator is less than ideal, it took 8-10 hours to get cool, there are specific instructions, which we followed, just took longer than 4 hours. However, we shouldn’t have to follow specific instructions to make sure the food doesn’t spoil. Kitchen needs new pans and more mixing bowls. No TV or closet in the bunk bedroom House sits close to the  A1A highway. You can hear the cars fly by in the front bedroom all night. Since the cars are doing 50mph be very careful with pups and small children- especially when taking the trash out.This is the first vacation where we as the renters had to take the trash cans to the curb and bring them back up.

The house is beautiful right on the beach!!!! Lots of decks. We enjoyed everything!!!! The extra big chairs !!!! So sturdy Kitchen was great. Oven was hard to use. Fridge never got cold cold. But everything else was fantastic. The back deck view is spectacular!!!

Great location and amazing views

From booking to check-in the management company was great with communication and the details for our stay. The door code worked first time to get us into the property. House was clean and looked exactly as the pictures posted on the listing. The kitchen was open and had lots of space which was welcomed for our large family. The back patio was the best feature along with the easy beach access.The rooms were spacious and the living room and sun room over looking the beach gave us plenty of room for our family of 7 to relax inside. The air conditioner did struggle to keep up in the middle of summer but did provide a cool break from the heat outside. Our first night there was a power outage on the street and the maintenance manager was easy to get in the phone and great with keeping us updated. He was also quick to respond with how to get the fire out working as the emailed instructions weren't correct. He also confirmed where the key was to turn on the propane once the tank was opened up by the AC units outside.Overall we had a great stay and the area offered plenty of amenities with a Publix grocery store and multiple restaurants and cafes within a short drive. Going into town for downtown St Augustine was also convenient and only took a few minutes drive to get into downtown.

Family beach week

We had a wonderful family beach week on south Ponte vedra beach. The house was very well stocked with everything we needed (ie beach chairs, boogie boards, etc). We loved being right on the beach and able to watch the sunrise every morning.

Amazing place

We've stayed at several places up and down A1A. This one is great! The deck, firepit and beach access is grear and the property and maintenance team is top-notch! Fantastic!

I wanted to spend the weekend with my gusband and adult children to celebrate my birthday on the beach. Everyrhing was excellent. The house was immaculate and the view was amazing. I loved every minute of.our stay

Great Property!

Spectacular views from all ocean-facing windows. And there are a LOT of windows. House is super clean and stocked. Plenty of beach equipment in the garage. It is directly next to public parking and public beach access, so not quite as private as other properties on Ponte Vedra. Nonetheless, super enjoyable.

Perfect Family Getaway

Great family getaway to a beautiful property. Property was as advertised and can’t beat the views. Property manager was very responsive and check-in was seamless. I highly recommend for any type of group gathering. Watching the dolphins every morning was a nice bonus!

Great house great location

House is well appointed from kitchen to beach towels, chairs and toys. Multi level back yard was really nice and was great for those days not sitting on the beach. Parking is good. A few cons - ice maker didn't work. - no extra towels for showers. - a/c and fan in sun room didn't work. -there's a pullout bed in the sunroom but no sheets available, mattress didn't appear to be very comfortable and fortunately didn't need to use. -hammock appears to be broken and was stored under the porch. -need blinds for master bedroom. -no fan remote in master, no way to adjust speed. None of these are deal breakers just inconveniences.

Great Place To Stay

This is a great place! The place was very clean and comfortable. Everything on the listing was accurate from the stocked kitchen to the beach toys in garage. Beds were great as were the bathrooms, very clean, even the baseboards. Wonderful location, close to everything but not much traffic. Aunt Kates is about 3 miles down the road and I highly recommend eating there! Had to wait to get in a little bit, 10 people, but best food and service we experienced! We hope to be back again. Thanks for a great vacation!
