Overall it was good. very clean , very roomy , nice large kitchen area. The condo had a lot of surge protectors, more so then we thought . Some of the kitchen outlets didn’t work and we even reset the receptacles. The one bedroom was not cool with the door closed , but the rest of the condo was very comfortable . Overall it was nice

Perfect size for our family of 7. Great location to Memorial Park and downtown shopping. Loved that we could walk to those locations. The pool was a big hit with our grandchildren. The only negative was not hot tub for the older members of our group which was advertised. Would definitely book here again!

Great time in Chincoteague

The condo was great. Fully stocked kitchen with everything younwould need to cook. Rooms were spacious and bright. It was a great location with lovely views on the balcony. The condo pool and gym were also really nice. Loved the island and the location of the condo. We walked to town often!

Worst mattresses on the island

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love Chincoteague Island and have stayed in a different condo summer of 2023. The condo is well appointed for the most part. The kitchen does not have decent cookware. I was hard pressed to find a skillet to make breakfast. It has decent seating int he family room. All 3 bedroom's mattresses were horrendous. We were fighting over who could sleep on the couch. The twin with trundle was ridiculous. The one mattress was think and hard. We tried to help by putting 8 layers of blankets on it but it was still unbearable. The twin trundle didn't lift up which made getting out of bed difficult for the older person who slept on that uncomfortable bed. The king size in the master was also horrible. None of us had a good night sleep the entire week we were there. On the upside- the pool is great, the patio is nice and the proximity to town is walkable. Spend a little more money and rent another condo at Sunset Bay.

Why can’t we stay here forever?

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First time staying at this rental, and my goal for the rental was one floor and access to a pool. This rental blew us away with how perfect it was for us. The pool was clean and perfect size to relax and cool down, and with rope walk there was always a concert going on. The rooms were spacious and accommodating to all of our guest. It was open space and yet we all still felt connected and at our own space when needed. The deck was a perfect view to the channel and watching for boat and beautiful sunsets. We already have our plans for next year to come back. Highly recommend!

Great condo at a great location

Clean condo and the beds were comfortable. There were many games and puzzles to help keep our kids busy when we were relaxing. All of the appliances worked well. Nice porch furniture as well. Everything we needed for our vacation.

Sure does beat campin!

We stayed at this place and the one next door. The cleanliness and the shear size of these units was what struck me most. The layout is well managed and you never feel cramped or tight in these places. The checkin process was very smooth and the unit had everything our family needed for a week of fun and relaxation. The location is great. Just down the street from lots of shops, food and other attractions the island has to offer. No need to drive unless you’re going across the island. The facilities and grounds were well kept and properly working. The pool is smaller but does the job in cooling you off after a hot day. Great place to stay!

We are a family of 9 including us old grandparents 4 adults and 3 children. We love to cook huge meals. This unit‘s kitchen was extremely well supplied And the deck had the best stuffed furniture of any unit Enough for 6 of us

First floor did give us the opportunity to meet other guests and residents walking by. That being said, if you are looking for a private porch, expect to see and hear neighbors. The condo was clean and well stocked for at home cooking for breakfast and pick up from local restaurants,food trucks and pastries. All wonderful and pleasant to meet. Grandkids loved the pool for times before and after beach, horse back riding, water park and shopping. Harbour Rental associates were extra kind and helpful with recommendations for food, activities,etc. Loved the location because it was easy to park the car and walk and bike to many amenities. We will be renting again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great for the price. We enjoyed the open concept and all the living space. Good views and parking. Kitchen well equipped for the 8 of us. We brought two chairs so that we could all fit around the table as a family for meals and game time. Nice seating on the deck area. Master is very spacious. Master bedroom fan is controlled by a slider on the light switch but no instructions were given. Some minor bathroom repairs needed. No mop for the tile areas but we had wet wipes, elbow grease, and child labor :) Bring your own oven thermometer because the thermostat seems off.
