Esta unidad tiene una vista lateral de la playa, cama queen en el dormitorio, sofá cama queen en la sala de estar y pequeñas literas integradas en la pared (perfecta para niños). El Savannah Beach & Racquet Club es un complejo frente a la bahía cerrado ubicado en la tranquila Extremo norte de la isla Tybee. La bahía es donde el río Savannah se encuentra con el océano Atlántico. Hay una maravillosa zona de playa a pocos pasos del condominio. Se sabe que esta área de la playa es ideal para familias, ya que está menos concurrida. La ubicación es ideal para observar delfines, ver grandes contenedores de barcos que viajan al puerto de la sabana. Si te gusta caminar por la playa, puedes caminar hasta el extremo sur de la isla, sin salir de la arena. El Beach & Racquet Club es una excelente alternativa para alojarse en una habitación de hotel en la isla. Disfruta de más espacio y comodidades como cocinas totalmente equipadas, sala de estar con TV por cable, balcones privados, canchas de tenis y piscina. The beach was so close it was nice being able to just walk over from the pool, the balcony did offer a nice view, we saw dolfins in the beach from the balcony on one of the days in the evening! Overall very nice stay, it could be a little cleaner but nothing major.

Clean, Ocean/River view from balcony, pool right outside the building. Beautiful beach. Comfortable small apartment. All the essentials in the kitchen. Screen door to the balcony was very rusty and overhead light in bedroom sometimes dimmed randomly. Hopefully those issues will be addressed in the “off” season.

Perfect for what it was

This was a quick 48 hr trip. The condo doesn't have many frills and thrills; HOWEVER, the pool and location to a more private beach could not be beat. We really had a a blast. The location is perfect. Thank you and we will visit again.

This was easy check in/out. The property was clean with accurate description. It was not over crowded so we had plenty of room at the beach as well the pool This is our second time staying here and we will return.

Great visit

Everything was accurately depicted in the listing. We had no problems whatsoever. We enjoyed the beach and it was quiet and family friendly. We even got to see some dolphins up close during our early morning walk.

Lovely Stay

My 3 siblings and I enjoyed a wonderful time at this condo! It was cleaner than I expected and was very comfortable. The two bunks were a little short, probably better for two children but they were okay. Overall great experience and would rent again!

The location of this property was great. Very short walk to the beach which we loved. The unit itself was decent. It was as pictured. Needs to be updated but it is still a very decent condo. Would probably stay there again.

The apartment was nasty!! Died Poop all over toliet, dishes were put away in cabinet but had dried food on them. The bedroom outlets do not work if the hallway outlets are in use. And screen was missing off of sliding door and propped against the wall. We loved the complex but not this particular unit.

Perfect getaway!

We have thoroughly enjoyed staying at this complex. The beach access is so close and provides a beautiful view. The unit was clean and perfect for my husband and I. The only suggestion I would have is to provide a black out shade for the hallway window. The light from the hallway lights at night is very bright. Thank you for a great trip to Tybee Island!

We have stayed at the Racquet Club multiple times and have no complaints about the location or the property itself. However, this specific room is not up to par with the rooms we have stayed in previously. Specifically, the furnishings could use some updating - the couch is worn and stained, the mattress on the bed was worn out as well (you could feel all the springs). We had to hang a blanket over the window looking into the hall because it was brighter in the bedroom at night than during the day thanks to the lights in the hall - blackout curtains would be nice. While the room lacked in updated furnishings, it is still recommendable for the given price. We very much enjoyed our week at the beach!

Quick family trip

Though as pictured, this unit was very basic. It is obvious that the owners don’t take pride in the property and possibly don’t visit often. Limited kitchen items (baking sheet, plates, etc) are available and be sure to wash anything before using as they are dirty in the cabinets. This is probably because they do not provide any dish soap but it is required to wash the dishes before leaving. One trash bag for an entire stay is wild but we made it work. Ice maker does not work. Sliding door on the balcony is on its last leg and covered in rust. The outlet on right side of the bed doesn’t work. The bedroom light doesn’t work so you have to use bedside lamp. There are no blankets to use on the bunk beds or pull out couch so make sure to bring your own or you will have to go to Walmart and buy some like we did. Also the check in and check out process is very out dated as you have to go to an office to get a key and return it. We haven’t done that in 10 years. The complex and location was great but we would not stay in this unit again.

No Blankets for 2 Beds

First off the address for the after hours key pick up on the website is wrong. So spent some time trying to find it. Then get to the place to find the bedroom was the only bed that had sheets and blankets. There were 4 of us so the pull out couch and bunk bed had only a sheet. We were left 1 garbage bag, and about 1/3 roll of toilet paper. We then had to go get our own bedding from the rental property. I didn’t like the message on VRBO to communicate, our toilet went bad and the last thing I wanted to do was be checking the website to see if someone responded to my message about it. Luckily I knew how to fix it to keep it flushing to get us through 2 days. Location wasn’t too bad but wouldn’t stay here again.

Regarding the after hours pick up, we spoke to someone in your group and told them exactly where package is left. We also sent you a confirmation with directions to our office. Our direct office phone number where you can reach us is posted in condo along with directions to condo and emails. We apologize for not having the blankets in the unit, you then came to office, and we gave you the blankets along with extra towels, trash bags and toilet paper (even though confirmation says paper products are not replenished during your stay). We also sent a plumber to fix your toilet, after you contacted us.
