Bellamente actualizado Executive 1 piso dividido rancho en un gran lote cargado con estacionamiento en gran entrada. 4 habitaciones, 3 baños, duerme un total de 12 en camas en 2 habitaciones privadas KING, 2 habitaciones REINA, una con litera REINA sobre REINA más un sofá cama REINA en el estudio. Gran sala familiar con amplios asientos, así como comer en la cocina para 8 más comedor formal con mesa de cosecha con capacidad para 12 cómodamente. We have stayed multiple times at this beautiful home and always enjoy the modern decor, spacious patio, and walkable location to our favorite coffee shop. Jan is a wonderful host.

Family Lake Vacation Week

Beautiful lake home with all the amenities. This property was large enough to accommodate our family and is fairly priced for all it has to offer. This is one of the few luxury properties on the lake.

Beautiful sunrise with endless views of the lake! This home is well maintained with high quality finishes and designer touches. Lots of space to spread out and fantastic patio to relax and enjoy. Close to restaurants and option to dock your own or rental boat. Will definitely stay here again!

Fantastic property!

The house has an entire wall of windows and sliding doors making a Spectacular view of the lake! Lots of room for eating, socializing, sleeping, and get togethers on the huge patio. Very clean, bright and modern. We had such a great time!

Wonderful lake front!

This house was a wonderful getaway to visit with family. The lake front view is fantastic and we enjoyed boating on the lake. Anyone would be more than comfortable at this well appointed home and the owner was easy to communicate with. Happy to see Indian Lake come through so well following the tornado in the spring. Great community!

Fantastic Getaway on the Lake

We couldn't have asked for a better vacation. The Murphy's take great great care and pride in this home. The house has tons of space to spread out to enjoy. The home is super clean and well maintained. The kitchen was well stocked and organized. The Murphy's were very accommodating to make our stay perfect. We highly recommend this rental.

Long weekend at the Lake

We enjoyed our stay very much at the house! The sunrise views were amazing and our evening bonfires were enjoyable. Even though the weather was a little chilly we rented a pontoon boat at the marina for a day which was fun. The house was very comfortable for our family of 9 adults and a baby. We will definitely return again! Jan was also very quick to respond to any questions and gave suggestions for restaurants etc. great weekend!

A beautiful house, AMAZING dock & easy transaction

I cannot say enough about the stay. Everything was nice and clean. We trailered a boat and dropped in at the local boat ramp less than a mile away. Brought boat to back of house and enjoyed the week home away from home. THANK YOU!

The BEST experience!!

What a beautiful home. This home was everything we expected and more. It was fully stocked for everything we could possibly need, had enough space for 10 of us and the view was so relaxing. We were so close to the coffee shop and various restaurants, made for some nice walks. The house really is luxurious and we hope to rent this again next year. This could not have been a better trip. Thank you to the owners for allowing us to enjoy this space. Well worth every penny!

Spectacular large, executive home right on the lake!

This spacious home has everything for a relaxing vacation. The home is well stocked from the large kitchen and everything a family would need to make meals in, to a perfect patio setting on the lake to watch the moonrise. The 3 boat docks were great to fish & swim off of. The location is so convenient just off of Orchard Island Road and is within walking distance to restaurants, marina w boat rentals, dollar store, gas station, and more. The host was more than helpful in answering our questions and providing recommendations. We will definitely return next year! 5 stars!

Lovely Lake Home

Everything about this property was top notch! The wall of windows on the back of the house, the master suite, the kitchen, the dining room - EVERYTHING was just so well done!!! Much more room than 4 of us needed. Having the sleeping areas separated was very nice. Jan called shortly after we arrived to be sure we found everything we needed. We spent most of our time on the patio out back - coffee in the morning, lunch and cocktails at night. The entire time we were here, the weather was absolutely WONDERFUL!!!! We were able to take walks each day around the area....fun little shops and some beautiful properties. An amazing trip, spent with special people to celebrate a milestone birthday for my husband. Thanks to Jan & Dave for making this such a memorable time!!

We have enjoyed many years of boating on lake Cumberland and now live at Indian Lake through the fall & winter months with our grown children and grandchildren a short drive away. We love to fish right from the docks and take a nice boat ride with the family. The sunrise views are amazing along with the moonrise while toasting s'mores in the fire ring. Come visit Indian Lake! This is a beautiful retreat!

This luxury home is a true GEM with 3 docks, a large spacious yard with plenty of parking on large driveway and has views from everywhere. Sorry, no camping.
