Katmandu es una nueva construcción; completado en marzo de 2019. Esta nueva casa excepcional está lista para sus vacaciones en la playa. Situado en el extremo norte del cabo; Es un paseo corto a St. Joseph Peninsula State Park, y solo 200 pasos de la arena y la orilla del agua. Nadar, hacer kayak, remar y jugar en el Golfo y la Bahía.

La planta baja cuenta con estacionamiento para hasta 4 autos, una gran ducha al aire libre y un patio con parrilla de gas y asientos. Hay una suite principal privada con su propia entrada, ducha dedicada y un bar con refrigerador y Keurig. La casa se encuentra en un barrio tranquilo con acceso a la playa privada. El paisaje es natural y relajado, con un corto paseo hasta la orilla del agua.

El segundo nivel incluye el salón principal con cocina, comedor, familia y cuarto de lavado y tres dormitorios. Hay una suite principal con cama king size que incluye una gran ducha de azulejos y tocador de cuarzo. Las dos habitaciones comparten un hermoso baño con bañera / ducha de azulejos y tocador de cuarzo. Una habitación de huéspedes ofrece una cama king y la otra cuenta con dos camas individuales.

La cubierta trasera ofrece un lugar para relajarse y disfrutar de la vista del golfo. Los asientos de la mesa de comedor 8. La cocina está equipada con servicios de preparación y servicio, lavaplatos, microondas, refrigerador, estufa y mucho espacio para encimeras de cuarzo. Excellent place to stay, cannot wait to go back. Would definitely rent here again, very close walk to the beach, loved not having to bring my beach chairs from home. There were plenty there!! Upon arrival, the downstairs air wasn't blowing cool air. Repair man were there within an hour and had us fixed and cool again.!! Pet friendly! & loved having outdoor space for pup bath after a sandy day at the beach

Beautiful house and location

I rarely leave reviews, but this is the best house I've ever booked through VRBO. It was beautiful and impeccably clean. Absolutely loved and would stay again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First, Donna is a great host and quick to help and answer any questions. Katmandu itself is wonderful... the pictures don’t do this place justice! Plenty of space, super tall ceilings makes it feel even bigger. Plenty of seating for larger groups, comfortable beds, and steps to the beach. The house is nicely decorated and has all the conveniences you’d need. You won’t be disappointed!

Feels like home

We had a wonderful week in the Katmandu house. It is even bigger than it appears on the pictures and nicely decorated.It was so clean that you could literally eat of the floor and well stocked with essentials for the stay as well as a good variety of books and games.The booking process was easy and communication very fast.We hope that we can stay again at some point.Thank you for having us!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Katmandu. This home exceeded our expectations. It was well appointed in the furnishings and kitchen equipment. We loved the spaciousness of the rooms. We hope to come back sometime!

This property was perfect for our families stay. Close to beach access, clean and very well stocked with everything you need. It was great to not have to pack chairs, beach towels etc. Will definitely consider Kathmandu on our next trip.

Perfect vacation home!

I love Cape San Blas and this beautiful home. Kathmandu was nothing short of perfect for our family. The views of the gulf and peaceful neighborhood were so relaxing. We walked to dinner, took a short drive to the community store and launched the kayaks all within 5 minutes of the home. Thank you for sharing your home!

Great stay

We had an amazing stay at this house, everything was even better in person. The house is very close to the beach which was perfect because we wanted to stay somewhere that had a good view and didn’t require a car to get to the beach. The house was well equipped with usual house needs, and we really appreciated the beach chairs. Everything was very clean, and the house had a great beachy vibe to it. Overall we really enjoyed our stay at katmandu!

Wonderful family & pet friendly beach house!

We were the first renters in Katmandu, as it is a new Cape San Blas beach house. It was our first time to the area and we fell in love with it. The house is beautifully done and had everything we needed and more. We found it extremely kid and dog friendly which was a big requirement for us. There were many thoughtful little touches as well. Be Our Guest management was very helpful and responsive to our needs. We look forward to our next trip to Katmandu!

Nice property steps from the beach

The property is very nice and well stocked. The location is literally steps from the beach. We spent time sitting on both the front and back porches after our days at the beach. The kitchen is a good size for cooking meals for a family. We had everything we needed. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only complaint we have is that, although the house was clean, it was very dusty upon our arrival.

I left this in Brian's inbox but since i didn't receive a response ill leave it here. Brian,I wanted to let you know we enjoyed our stay, your home is fabulous and we will be back. A couple of things i wanted to mention, I know they said there was an "outage" regarding the wifi but the TV in the living room worked. The tv's in the bedrooms hardly worked at all, it was very sporadic and we weren't able to enjoy them in the morning or late evening. Also the suite downstairs does not get cool enough, the minute you open the door a couple of times its warm again and it takes a long time to cool down. Also, we found plates in the cabinet that had food on them, they were put between other plates as if they ate on them and stuck them up there, there was a coffee cup filled with grease that had been there awhile and the pans had to all be rewashed as they had food stuck to them. I mention these things as we had a place in PCB and these kind of updates would have helped us maintain the unit more efficiently and I'm sure these are type of things you would like to know about as the owner. Thank you for taking these into consideration, again we do love the house and will be back!Laurel Raben

We had such a good week at this beach house. It was very clean and seemed new. Had a nicely stocked kitchen. There were beach chairs and beach towels on property. You can’t really tell from the pictures but there is a master right off the garage that isn’t exactly attached to the rest of the house that my 23 yo sister and her friend stayed it. It was like a studio apartment basically. It was a short walk to the beach and no stairs to access the beach. Would definitley stay here again.

The house was so much more amazing than we had expected and beach access was amazing. The layout worked perfect for us and everything was very clean and no detail was over looked. We had to contact Be Our Guest for a minor issue the first day and it was IMMEDIATELY handled and Donna was quick to keep in touch. We will definitely be back!!

Spacious, clean home close to beach

This property was much roomier than it appeared in the listing and very clean. It's located about 3 houses from beach, so a short walk, and close to the state park for boat ramp. There is plenty of room in the driveway for additional cars or boat. Kitchen was well stocked. We very much enjoyed our stay and the beach in this area is beautiful with clear water. The AC did struggle to cool in warm afternoons, but we left blinds closed and this helped. I would suggest door mats and broom/dust pan to help keep sand off floors. Overall, would highly recommend!!

Beautiful Home - Beautiful Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Photos are deceiving - in a GREAT way. The home is much larger than we anticipated. Everyone (9 of us) was comfortable - sleeping and hanging out. Super short walk to the very quiet beach. Bring bug spray as the mosquitos are fierce in the evenings. We didn't have the best weather, 2 sunny days out of 4, but we had lots of room in the house to play card and board games. 5 of the boys played golf on the last day and the ladies relaxed on the beach, then we had a bonfire dinner/s'mores that evening. Perfection! The downstairs master is a total "get away" - it was perfect! The kitchen was stocked with every cooking utensil imaginable - even a waffle iron and a small crockpot for queso. The property managers did an excellent job making sure the home was clean and cool when we arrived. Check-in / check-out were a breeze. We will certainly stay here again.
