Frente al mar! No hay calle o estacionamiento para cruzar para llegar a la playa. La unidad está en el segundo piso. Hay un ascensor. El complejo es pequeño. Solo hay seis unidades. El salón tiene 2 puertas corredizas de vidrio que conducen a la cubierta. La cubierta tiene una vista maravillosa. La sala de estar cuenta con TV de pantalla plana por cable, VCR / DVD y un sofá cama Queen. La cocina da a la sala de estar. La cocina está totalmente equipada con estufa, refrigerador, microondas y lavavajillas. El dormitorio principal tiene una puerta corrediza de vidrio que da a la terraza. Cuenta con una cama king size, televisión por cable, vestidor y baño principal. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama king size más TV por cable. El tercer dormitorio tiene una cama matrimonial. Este es un condominio para no fumadores. Segundo baño completo en el pasillo.

Great place

Great condo right on the beach and at the quiet end of the island. Great area for adults! Needs some maintenance but clean and nice. Comfortable beds.

Great Beachside Condo!

Wonderful, relaxing weekend on Tybee! We enjoyed hearing the waves, the beachside views, and this spacious condo. Plenty of cookware if you want to make meals at home. We appreciated having a washer & dryer! Thanks for a great stay.

Beautiful But Pricey

I loved our stay but the price for one night was ridiculous but I understand that it's summer and peak time so if you want a nice vrbo they have those beach houses for you. Hopefully my family and I will be able to come back soon and enjoy a 2-3 nights stay. Overall it was beautiful even the beach ⛱

Breathtaking view of the ocean

The property was neat and clean and the kitchen was well stocked. It could use a little updating, but, overall the views were fabulous and the unit was clean and the air conditioning was awesome!

Great location

This condo has a fantastic location. The unit was fairly clean (did find an open candy bar under the bed) but otherwise fine. The kitchen had everything we needed. The living room furnishings are pretty worn but okay. The deck was very nice with high top chairs to see over the railing. The building needs some updating. The floors aren't well insulated, you can hear every step made by the people above and I'm sure our kids annoyed those below us. Good place for a quick weekend stay.

Average place with great location

The location is great right by the beach. The beds were comfortable although the room that doesn’t have a king bed has no closet or dressers so our friend didn’t really have anywhere to put his things besides his floor. The inside is decent, but it could use some upkeep with paint to be more presentable. The outside balcony needed some work that I reported to the rental agency so hopefully it gets fixed such as some nail heads sticking out of the wood to where you could hurt yourself walking barefoot. Also some wood trim was hanging down from the ceiling on the outside balcony which they offered to come fix while we were there, but we wanted to just wait until after so we could have privacy.

Condo on the beach

The location on the beach, as well as the view were excellent! Also, the showers, AC and TV worked! However the condition of the condo and interior amenities was quite lacking. Some of the furniture inside and on the balcony was broken, horizontal blinds were missing and/or broken, paint was peeling off the bathroom door, the sofa bed was old and dirty and without a blanket for sleeping, the dishwasher did not clean the dishes, and the dilapidated refrigerator leaked water all over our food. Even the toilet paper holder fell off the vanity! Thank goodness the weather was good while we were there so we could enjoy the beach and get out of the disappointing place we'd rented.....

No Access No Refund

There was no way to even get to the property with a hurricane passing through, rain and flooding of the only road allowing access. Had to jump through numerous hoops to even get access anyway, so all our money down the drain. The rental office was zero help. I will never book with VRBO again.

You should have canceled through VRBO or called our office as we were open. You should have communicated that you wanted to cancel. Our office called you when you were a no-show, but you never returned our call. We are very sorry but we held our property for you to rent and could not rent it out to anyone else because you did not cancel. You did sign our house rules so you did have the office number and emergency number.

Dirty and Tired

The condo was dirty and it took 4 days for support to arrive (mouse droppings in kitchen drawers, etc). Nails sticking up on deck so couldn’t enjoy barefoot. Walkway planks worn (my husband fell thru one and was injured). Fridge missing shelves and leaking all over kitchen (leaking fixed on day 4). Filthy carpet and mold in bathroom. Reached out to VRBO but no resolution. I pay VRBO fees to prevent renting nasty condos and apparently for no benefit. This was an annual vacation with my Grandkids and it was diminished as a result of the terrible condo. Interacted with property manager several times and not once did the ask “how is your husband”? Even had crumbs on the bed sheets upon arrival. Yuk.

Great time in Tybee

We had a fantastic time visiting Tybee. Only issue we had is we didn't stay long enough! Ate great food, awesome sweet lowland tour, loved the beach time, and getting around on a golf cart! We hope to return soon!

A Wonderful Week

The unit was perfect for us. 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, dining area, living room, and a wrap-around porch. Furniture and amenities were fine. There was a problem with shower handles, and the management had the situation fixed promptly. While we spent a lot of time in Savannah, there is plenty to do in Tybee. The unit is on the beach, providing beautiful sunrises, and views of dolphins while we were there. The beach was great for walking- water was a bit chilly in February. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

The location is awesome we had a great time. I would have given 5 star only thing the property needs some maintenances. There is broken door inside the closet and also blinds needs to be replaced. Overall it was really good. I wouldn’t mind to book it again due to the patio view.
