A pesar de que se trata de un edificio cerca de la playa, te sientes como si estuvieras directamente en él cuando te sientas en tu terraza. Cada condominio es de un nivel con 3 en total en el edificio. El ascensor se abre directamente en su condominio. Hay estacionamiento cubierto SOLO para 2 autos. 1er dormitorio tiene una cama king size. 2do dormitorio tiene un tamaño de reina. 3er dormitorio tiene 2 gemelos. El salón tiene TV por cable / reproductor de DVD y un sofá cama tamaño queen. La cocina da a la sala de estar con una comida en el bar. La cocina está totalmente equipada.

The view was amazing and the condo was lovely. Like watching the barges come in. As stated in the reviews you do hear the other residents so they probably heard our little ones as well getting some energy out because of the rainy weekend. Really enjoyed the Pirate parade and festival.

Beautiful, spacious condo with ample space for everyone!! We loved the deck and elevator access. The beach is beautiful!! Kitchen nicely stocked with pans and dishes !

Everything was just okay

Pros - condo is spacious and nicely laid out, elevator and parking is nice, location is goodCons - bathrooms and kitchens weren’t as clean as they could have been when we arrived, sheets were stained, condo was very, very noisy from neighbors above and below as well as the road We enjoyed Tybee and would return but would probably look to stay elsewhere

Excellent place and location to stay.

Stayed in level 2; Excellent ocean view property, less than a min walk to beach. You can see cargo ships transiting to/from port from here. Good sunrise view as well. Awesome place for quiet stay !!!

Tybee Island 202 Butler Avenue

The stay started off well. The only complaint was the space smells of mold and mildew. We bought some Febreze and that helped. Hurricane Helene impacted our stay on the second day. Wednesday night the storm impacted the area. Multiple tornado warnings throughout the night with sirens blaring outside. Power was lost soon after. We spent the remaining Thursday, Friday and into Saturday morning without power. We tried multiple times to reach the property management company without success. They only provided one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels and one trash bag for the whole stay. Our stay would have been made better if we would have had any communication from the property management company during this time. In addition to the power outage my wife’s new vehicle sustained a large dent in the side of it by unsecured trash cans that the winds slammed into the vehicle.

Great location, beautiful view

The condo was spacious and clean. Very convenient to have an elevator that opens into the unit. The view was beautiful! We would stay here again.

We spent a week. The place was clean and check in was easy. You can sit on the loveseat and see the ocean. I would have loved a set measure cups and spoons in the kitchen and when using the coffee pot need filters. Mats/rugs to help contain the sand would be nice. None of these item are necessarily but would be helpful. All in all we enjoyed our stay and had a relaxing time.

Tybee/Savannah Trip

Nicely decorated, comfortable condo really close to the beach. Three bedrooms, balcony with great view, and as a very cool bonus, an elevator that the elders of our family group greatly appreciated. Plenty of good food on the island and in Savannah. Weather was terrific. We got chairs with umbrellas from a local vendor and spent many hours lounging, reading, and enjoying our time at Tybee.

Beach Weekend

My wife and I selected this property for a beach weekend with our daughter’s family of six. This was the classic location, location, location. The boardwalk to the beach was maybe 20 yards from our parking spot. We watched the sunrise from our balcony, went crabbing after dark, and played in the surf during the day. Because it was so close, we simply popped back for meals. The crowds were nothing compared to the north end by the lighthouse and the south end by the pier. We have nothing but great memories!

Great location ...nice place!

The property was very spacious and the proximity to the beach was amazing. We were on the 2nd floor and we had a great ocean view from the balcony. The only problem we encountered was the refrigerator/freezer. The ice maker didn't work...so we put ice trays in the freezer and they still weren't frozen when we left after 4 nights. We used the freezer as our refrigerator because the refrigerator didn't keep anything cold. We made it work and and enjoyed our stay. We would definitely return in the future. Just get a new refrigerator please.

Not worth the money

Greeted by a long dead roach at the entrance to the master bedroom, clearly visible when you step into the condo. The internet did not work. Property manager replaced the modem the next day and it still didn’t work. The AC was in need of repair and the unit was covered in ice. Fortunately my friend new how to melt the ice so the AC worked the second day we were there. On the last day I was there we noticed the elevator inspection was expired. The manager gave us a 100.00 dollar refund which only covered the work hours I lost on Friday due to no internet. So we paid over 1000.00 for 3 nights with faulty AC, no internet, no working tv because no internet, and an elevator that probably wasn’t safe to ride on. The view and area of Tybee was nice, but I won’t pay to stay here again.

Wonderful Tybee Experience

Lovely three unit condo located at 2nd Street Beach access point! Beautiful ocean view from balcony. Great location with restaurants, shopping, and grocery store just a few minutes away. Loved staying here.

short walk to beach!

Location was great! Literally steps to the beach. This unit was much more spacious than we thought from the pictures. Very clean and bright with great ocean views. Beds were super comfy. Great place.

Perfect Location!

A nice property right at the beach - only a short walk across the dunes. Beautiful view of the water from the balcony! The property is spacious with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, and plenty of space in the main areas (kitchen, dining, living rooms). Easy access with an elevator or stairs. Extremely simple check in and check out process.

Great location for the price!

Our family loved the closeness to the beach! There were some unknown stains behind the queen bed down the blinds that looks like someone spilled soda and was missed by the cleaning crew. To dry clothes or towels, leave extra time, it took about 3 cycles to get our loads dry. Other than this, it was clean, stocked with appliances, and we would be happy to stay again!

All was well except my bad back meant the bed was too high and I had to have help every time. These modern styles don’t work for handicapped people!

Great Location!

Loved this property. The views were amazing. Sunset, sunrises and the ships coming and going off the Savannah River, all viewed from the balcony. Plenty of room and so close to the beach. The only issue was we lost internet connection the second day. I would definitely stay here again but if it's a working vacation I won't be able to. That was the only issue and hopefully it can be fixed. Thank you for a relaxing and wonderful time. Description of property and photos were accurate.
