Hermosa casa unifamiliar en lote de esquina a 2 cuadras del océano. Casa de tres pisos con plan abierto, encimeras de granito claro. Paso a la entrada le da la bienvenida a 2 dormitorios a su derecha y un baño completo en el primer piso.
El segundo piso ofrece una hermosa sala de estar / sala familiar, cocina abierta totalmente equipada para la reunión de su familia y amigos, también tiene un hermoso medio baño y un balcón para disfrutar del hermoso clima de Florida. El tercer piso tiene un amplio dormitorio principal y un balcón privado para disfrutar de la brisa matutina con café, baño principal espacioso, ducha de vidrio y vestidor. Además, dormitorio adicional en el 3er piso con baño privado y amplio armario. Afuera disfrute de un patio cerrado con una increíble área al aire libre y una ducha para limpiar la arena. Disfrute de la brisa del mar desde los balcones de su segundo y tercer piso.

The house is a great set-up. It has a nice, serviceable kitchen and open living space, nice bedrooms and a great fenced in yard for a little stress-free running around. It's in a great location, nice neighborhood and very close to the beach. We try to stay here every time we come through the area.

Blue Breeze beach memories

The Blue Breeze house was perfect for our family vacation with grown kids. The house had plenty of space for everyone to spread out but convene together in the main living area with plenty of seating around the table and counter. The location is ideal for easy walkable beach access, walking to stores, restaurants and coffee shops. The outdoor shower was convenient and we enjoyed sitting in the garden area. The Blue Breeze made our vacation a breeze!

Great Stay!

Very friendly and communicative owner. Pet-friendly - there were even dog water and food bowls kept in the pantry. Check in and out were easy and straightforward. Overall, a wonderful stay! Thanks Karen!

Awesome home and location!

The home was great and had all the amenities you need. We had a great time and would definitely stay again. The owner was great with any questions we had. You will love this place! Everyone in our group of 7 spoke highly and many have stayed in other VRBO properties and stated this was the best by far. Thanks for everything and making our stay great.

This house was everything we needed and more. With a group of 10, we had the room to hang out and spread out if necessary. The dining table was perfect for “family dinner” and the walk to the beach was effortless!

Perfect House!

We stayed for Easter weekend with another couple and our grown children and the house was perfect for us! It’s roomy and comfortable. Having another bedroom with its own bath was a plus. Also the fenced yard was perfect for our dog. Just a two block walk over to the beach too.

Excellent beach get away

We had a great time at Karen’s Jax Beach house. Lots of room which was great for everyone to have their own space . Property is newly renovated , very clean and modern. Looks exactly as pictured ! Only a couple of blocks to beach, and Karen was especially thoughtful in purchasing new beach chairs & boogie boards for use during our stay . Highly recommend

A wonderful property just a short stroll from the beach. The home had everything you could/want need for your stay. We liked it so much we extended our one week for an extra three days. The owner/manager could not have been more accommodating. We'll definitely stay again the next time were in Jax Beach.

Great location, great house

This is our third summer week in Jacksonville beach and our best yet. The house was roomy, clean and comfortable while Karen, the owner, was friendly and quick to respond to texts. The location was great: two short blocks from a wonderful beach while the immediate neighborhood included a Publix, a Trader Joe's and a Whole Foods which made cooking and assembling great food easy. Also nearby is a Target store for everything else. We will return next year!

Perfect choice

Blue Breeze House was the perfect spot for us to stay with our adult children. The location so close to the beach allowed us to go back and forth to accommodate our young granddaughter as needed throughout the day. There was plenty of room in the home for us to gather together, yet have our own space. The home is exactly as advertised and had great amenities. The beach towels and beach chairs were extremely helpful. The fenced backyard and outdoor shower were great for my daughter’s puppy and our granddaughter. Karen was wonderful to work with and answered any questions in a timely manner. She has very thoughtfully prepared her home for guests. I highly recommend this property.

January 2024 Holiday Stay

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Stayed at property from 12/31/23 - 1/14/23. Host was very responsive and easy to contact. Karen is great. Home location had easy access to beaches, stores, and restaurants. living area great for gathering and eating. Property needs some attention. Walls are dirty and entire interior home needs painting. Ceiling on 2nd floor had stain which came down the wall over sliding glass window. MB shower had some mildew and some of the ceiling had fallen down. 1st floor bath shower curtain rod is rusted, MB sinks drained very poorly, and outdoor patio furniture cushions on 2nd and 3rd floor in poor condition. Overall, the property needs some attention to detail.

Debris including a dog bone was found under living room couch, hair in bathroom, air filter in living room ceiling needed changing . Living room rug should be cleaned or replaced. Furniture is attractive and sturdy, well appointed, house is close to beach, plenty of beach chairs, extra refrigerator came in handy, etc.Family has had 2 nice vacation weeks in Blue Breeze. Karen is a joy to deal with.

Wonderful Beach House

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home was perfect for our multi-family trip (6 adults, 4 children). The proximity to the beach was amazing for getting the most out of the trip (no search for parking, really spacious non-busy part of the beach, could walk to and from with the beach toys and boogie boards and use the outside shower to make sure we didn't track in sand). The rooms are beautiful and spacious, nice family area with huge dining table so we could spend time together. The place was clean and I appreciated the info and welcome gift (charcuterie) left for our arrival! This place had everything we were hoping for.

Perfect spot for our family reunion/ Christmas

This house was the perfect layout for our family, plenty of space, privacy for each couple, a great dining room table for Christmas dinner & games, fenced in yard for a dog. Very clean, We’ll stocked & setup. We loved that the light switches were labeled! I’d love to return.

Perfect for us.

Loved this house and its location. As with all open floor plans, if more than a few people utilize the common areas (living room, kitchen, dining room), noise will be a factor to consider. For us, three adults, it was perfect.
