Welcome to Pablo Beach, a beautifully designed Jacksonville Beach vacation home that blends coastal charm with modern comfort. This spacious retreat accommodates up to 10 guests with four bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, making it ideal for families and groups looking to relax and enjoy the beach lifestyle. Every detail has been thoughtfully chosen to create a comfortable and memorable stay.

Indulge in your own private oasis with a sparkling pool and swim up deck, the perfect setting for sun-drenched afternoons and leisurely evenings. The chef's kitchen is fully appointed for gourmet dining, complete with thoughtful details. Gather in one of the elegant living spaces, unwind beside the fireplace, or retreat to the game room for entertainment that suits every mood.

Pablo Beach has you ready to effortlessly hit the sand with all the beach essentials you will need...beach umbrella, chairs, beach wagon, rolling cooler, and towels all provided. Located just seven blocks from the ocean, you'll be close to Jacksonville Beach's best dining, shopping, and attractions, with the sparkling Atlantic always within easy reach.

Dog friendly: We warmly welcome four-legged canine friends. No cats, please. (They don't like the beach!) There is a Pet Fee of $150 per pet. When you reserve, please indicate if you will have animals with you. This is REQUIRED. By booking with your dog or dogs, you are agreeing that you have reviewed and agreed to the following guidelines: Maximum limit allowed: 3 dogs NO aggressive or unsocialized dogs will be permitted to stay on the property. Must be completely house-trained or kept in a kennel when left alone. Our beach communities are extremely welcoming to animals, and we are a very dog-friendly community. Due to our wonderful weather most of the year, you can easily take your furry friend to many restaurants or bars with outdoor seating available, and they will provide them with water and head pats.

POOL HEATERS:
Pool heaters are turned off from 5/15 to 9/15 as the pool temperatures are at or well above the 85 degree threshold. To request that the pools be heated between 9/15 - 5/15, contact management 72 hours before your arrival. Pools will not be heated for last minute bookings. The pool heaters heat the pools to 85 degrees. When we experience lows below 45 degrees, the heaters will not be able to reach a comfortable temperature for swimming. Though we rarely see temperatures with lows below 45 degrees, it can happen in the winter months. Thank you for understanding.

Great house for family gathering! The outdoor space was where we hung out ! Perfect for everyone! So nice to have everything you need from bikes to beach chairs!

Perfect house for a family celebration

Stayed with family for an 80th birthday celebration and had a fabulous time! The house has all the space you need for everyone to have privacy and their own bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen is well appointed and the long dining table accommodated our large family. We loved the game room and bikes that are provided to ride down to the beach. Having the gazebo in the backyard for shade and afternoon naps was perfect. It was so nice to have turf around the pool so you don't have dirty feet going in and out of the pool and into the house. Would definitely stay there again!

The home is a great size with perfect entertainment. My family enjoyed the game area. Pool is good size and chairs were perfect to interact with grandchildren. Home was clean and well appointed. Host communicated well for check in/ check out.

The only place we stay at in Jax Beach!!

We have stayed there multiple times because it is the perfect oasis for a fun family vacation that like to have fun. During the day it was corn hole city, with many bouts of hopping in the pool, and by night time it was ping pong tournament heaven and playing the best arcade games of our youth; ie Ms PacMan and my personal favorite 1942. 4 blocks from the beach and tons of things to do. I highly recommend this house as it has everything possible to offer for a paradise vacation.

Beautiful home

This home is absolutely beautiful! The location is perfect (only a few minutes from the beach) we were in Jacksonville for a funeral, but this home/location provided peace and a feeling of being on vacation that we really needed at the time. I will definitely be back and I've already recommended this home to a friend for their vacation.

Beautiful property, clean and well maintained

Six of us were very comfortable in this lovely house. The decor is bright, roomy, and contemporary. The pool and game room were a big hit. We played corn hole by the pool every day. The pergola was great when we needed to be out of the sun for a while. We barbequed and ate on the patio—really a lovely property.

Great Home Close to Beach

The house was exactly as described with lots of entertainment options for everyone. It was very clean and had everything you need to cook at home. Mike was very fast to respond to any of our questions or concerns, and the rental office answered the phone when we called, even on Sunday!It’s a very short 3 min bike ride to the beach, and the parking straight down 16th Ave was never full. The beach there was extremely clean, had perfect sand and was not at all crowded.

Perfect Getaway

The house is like new, very nicely laid out and very comfortable. The host was easy to work with and communication was prompt and seamless. I would definitely rent this house again.

Short beach vacation

Awesome clean pool and nice house. Enjoyed a lot. Short 10 mins walk to beach. Short drive to st augustine area. Backyard with pool is the highlight and winner.

Clean & Fun home next to beach

Had a great time staying at this house. It gave me all the comforts of being in my own home. Clean, spacious, fun amenities, bonus points for heated toilet seat in primary room. Close to the beach and shops for necessary items. Would recommend and stay again. I think the house could benefit from some area rugs but I could see how that could be an issue in a rental if people are not careful.

Perfect beach home

I had booked this home for my fiancé birthday and it was more than we could ask for. Prior to booking I was able to confirm I could invite a few friends over along with our fur baby and the response time was quick! This home literally had everything we need from kitchen essentials down to the the toiletries. We spent most of our days by the pool and by late afternoon we rode the beach cruisers provided to grab ice coffees and go to the beach. We literally never had to use our car. The home is perfectly located and I hope to return again. I highly recommend this property if your ever in Jax beach.

Christening Weekend

This property is relatively new and well located in the Jacksonville Beach community. Access to stores, the beach, the Ponte Vedra Inn & Club and restaurants is very convenient. The house is well laid out and well supplied with everying needed to either a short or long stay. The staff at Welcome Home Properties was readily available and willing to assist with all of our needs. The only issue encountered during our stay was the construction of a pool which prevented us from using the backyard. With the pool now most likely completed. the property is well suited for a family vacation.

Perfect location and great spacious house!

This house is absolutely beautiful and has everything you could desire in a vacation home. Every aspect is luxury, and we could not have asked for anything more. We will absolutely be returning for another vacation soon!
