Large home w/ game room & back yard.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House is general is nice. The size was very comfortable for the 5 of us and the back yard was great for the dogs. The neighborhood was in a nice location with hiking trails within a 5 min walk. The house is definitely in need of some maintenance and a deep clean. Multiple faucets were either very loose or difficult to turn on and you have to muscle the back sliding door to get it open. It was obvious that no one had dusted in a while, the master shower had quite a bit of mold and mildew in it and master bath had a spill on the tile that obviously hadn't been mopped-up. Over-all still had a good stay.

Great vacation, great location.

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The house was in a great location in between popular Tahoe attractions and within steps of a hiking trail from the house. The game room was a hit amongst our teens! Will definitely be planning a return trip in the future.

Spacious and well-kept

Great stay. Location was ideal for a family with dogs - 1.5 blocks to the woods and trails and a 4-minute drive down to Patton Beach. Game room is great and teen daughters loved having many bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. Hot tub was appreciated after lake swimming. Host was great, bringing a fan midweek for the heat. To know: the TV downstairs isn't a smart TV, so bring your own Fire Stick. Also, the back deck, while nice, is quite small.

Wonderful Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time on our family vacation using Tahoe Vacation Rentals. One of the biggest positives was their customer service. They make themselves readily available over the phone and text. It’s was such a breath of fresh air talking to real people who were there to help. Highly recommend. Aside from customer service the house was gorgeous and the process of check in and check o it was smooth and seamless. Communication was clear, we will definitely be back.

Small Family Celebration

We stayed at this beautiful cabin to celebrate our son graduating from the master's program. It was very clean and well equipped with everything you need. Our only minor issue was that only 1 pool cue had a tip on it. It wasn't a big deal, we just shared! A wonderful weekend, we look forward to going back.

Great Spot

Overall, great place. My wife though the mattress needed updated, but other then that it is a great location. Roads can be a little tough with winter conditions! Make sure you have 4x4 or you can't get around during the storm!!

A comfortable and flexible Tahoe home

We went up for a week and during that time had friends and family stay with us. The space in the home was flexible and we were able to manage guests easily. There is more than enough space so we never felt on top of each other but were also all able to be together very easily. The fenced in yard for our dog was a big plus, the hot tub was great, and the game room provided ample entertainment. The bedrooms were great especially having their own bathrooms. Suggestions for you, the visitor: the TV/entertainment options were a little limited. We always bring a chromecast when we travel and it was definitely helpful. The kitchen is fantastic with cookware, knives, and utensils, but lacks in the seasoning department. No worries.... bring your own! This place was a wonderful home away from home. We all thoroughly enjoyed it and would go back.

Weekend getaway

This is a beautiful house located within reach of shops, skiing, snowmobiling, trails, lake, a perfect getaway for any occasion. We enjoyed all the amenities this house had to offer, game room, hot tub, family room. Definitely a perfect house for a family visit and if you have pets, this house does have an enclosed back yard. Besides few minor repairs that should be addressed this is a beautiful house. And i would definitely recommend staying here. To maintenance/onwer: Leaky faucet in master bathroom jet tub Leaky fauset in hall restroom next to garage Looks like someone had a large dog that did some damage to a door frame in one of the bedrooms

Perfect Vacation Home for Couples Trip

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time at this home for New Year’s Eve weekend as 3 adult couples. We loved that there were 3 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms so no one felt subjected to having to have a lesser room. The kitchen is large and has all the basics you need. The furniture was clean and well maintained. We really enjoyed the game room foozball and card games (the pool sticks are non functional as they are missing tips and the air hockey needs to be repaired). The hot tub is large and in a great fenced in yard that our dog loved hanging out in. This house is located in Cornelian Bay and is beautifully remodeled from the exterior with plenty of garage and driveway space for our 3 cars. We will definitely recommend and come back ourselves!

Lovely house, but bad luck with smoke

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was great -- exactly as described, lots of amenities. We used the pool table and very well stocked kitchen a ton. Fenced in yard was super helpful for the dogs.Only issue was that they were doing controlled burns in the area the weekend we were there and the air was technically at 'hazardous' levels. It was thick and hard to breath. Literally everything we brought has a strong smoke smell now, even our computers somehow. I guess bad luck on our part, but highly recommend confirming with them ahead of arrival that no burns are scheduled if you have any respiratory issues. Even our dogs were struggling by the time we left.

Wonderful stay

Great location and very clean

It was very clean and the kitchen was fully stocked. It was close to a great beach adjacent to Gar Woods. Get to beach early because it is popular. The house was spacious and the game room was great. The yard was fully fenced in for the dog.

Lodge needs some maintenance

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is beautiful, picturesque with lots of room for my large family. There are beautiful trails for miles just a block away. On the down side, the water heater is way too small for the number of people this house accommodates. Many cold showers were taken. I was surprised that little things around the house were worn out or broken. The jets in the master tub don't work, the window off the master bath was not able to be retracted once opened, the kitchen fire extinguisher fell off of the wall, Both gates to the back yard are settled and broken. It was described as pet friendly but my dogs got through two weak spots in the fence which is aging. An hinge is not connected in one of the kitchen cabinets. There are only two unwarped pool cues and the pool table leans to one side so it affects your shots. It all speaks to maintenance and upkeep. Not sure who is handling that for the owners but they have a lot of to do's on the list. For the money I paid, I shouldn't have to be fixing things around the house and property myself. All that said, we had a great time and enjoyed our stay here for the most part. With a little TLC and minimal investment, this place could be a top property. I'd start with smart tv's over the ancient cable setup in place. I'd go back hoping some of these things would have been addressed.

Great Getaway!

We loved the location and the layout of this house. It is very clean, very spacious and the game room is perfect for adults and kids alike. It has all of the amenities and a great backyard. The neighborhood was quiet and the location was perfect, would definitely stay again!

Renters just before us left an unattended dog that damaged the property. We were immediately contacted by Tahoe Rental Company to notify us that repair work was being done prior to our arrival. The lodge was clean, full of wonderful space and all the comforts of home. If there were any questions or issues, Tahoe Rental was very easy to connect with and 100% responsive. Our family would stay again and again.
