* Rise and shine in the warm Florida sun with a cup of complimentary coffee or tea in our comfy lanai or go for a morning walk or jog around our beautiful neighborhood to take in the calming water views.

* Ride our bikes or drive up to the bar-and restaurant- lined 47th Terrace in minutes (10 min bike ride). Enjoy the lively vibe of open air seating and local shops, or stroll around the Saturday Farmer's Market (8am -2pm).

* Want a relaxing day in the sun? Grab our provided beach chairs and towels, and head to the local public Yacht Club Beach (2 miles away) or sit on chairs in the sand at The Boathouse Tiki Bar & Grill - all while getting served your favorite cocktail.

* Don't want to leave the house? You don't have to. Our chill-out lanai and huge heated pool offers you the opportunity to just hang at the house, grill... and chill. We have plenty of board games and streaming TVs at the house to keep you entertained too!

The house is very cute, and the inside is beautiful with an open floor plan. The kitchen has beautiful cabinets and new appliances. The patio and pool are amazing. My wife and I had a very relaxing week. We wish we could have stayed longer. I highly recommend this listing if you are looking for a quiet place to relax and take it easy.

The house was up-to-date, comfortable and just the right size for our family. To have bikes, pool floats and beach gear was perfect. The shower was amazing. Loved being at the pool all day, barbecue. We want to make it a tradition keep going back it was that great. Jessica is a wonderful host with the best communication.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We felt right at home; the house was very clean and comfortable, and the pool was great. Every day when we returned from our activities we headed straight to the pool and ended each evening with a good movie. It was a great stay!

Great place to relax

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was a great location and very well stocked with everything one might need. Our kids loved the pool and we spent hours outside swimming and grilling in the backyard.

Wonderful experience staying here. Jessica was very helpful and responded right away with any questions we had. The property is very clean, more than enough ammenities and easy to access anywhere you want to explore. It is a very safe and friendly neighborhood. I enjoyed walking my dogs every morning!

Everything was fabulous. It felt like a home away from home. I will definitely book again. Kitchen was fully stocked making it easy to create meals. Pool was clean and refreshing with floats provided. It was probably my favorite stay ever through vrbo. Thank you!

Excellent location and communications, comfortable place

Jessica was right on top of communications and we enjoyed her comfortable home in a great neighborhood for walking around. Centrally located to the areas we wanted to visit. Pool well maintained, excellent wi-fi, kitchen very well stocked. Quiet.

I'm an entrepreneur, dog lover, beach dweller and original Jersey Shore girl. I discovered Cape Coral a five years ago and knew instantly I wanted to buy a house here.

As I was driving around one day to check out this area, I made a wrong turn (or right turn as it turns out) and came across this little gem of a house with an amazing water view, in a gorgeous neighborhood. I mean, the view! I knew it was “my house” as soon as I walked in. It needed a little work, and a lot of TLC, but I knew I could make it the beach cottage I’ve always dreamed of owning. And I did.

Hurricane Ian devasted our area in 2022, but Cape Coral and our surrounding areas are coming back stronger than ever! I couldn't be happier to be a part of this community and to have the opportunity to welcome you.

I love sharing this thriving gulf coast town with people and get happiness out of the vacation memories our guests create in this cozy cottage.

Our neighborhood is priceless! The people, the houses, the vibe and the location are all amazing! The water view of the Caloosahatchee River and sunsets here are wonderful and we're a quick bike ride away from restaurants, bars and the yacht club beach. Our street loop is a mile round and is great for a morning or evening stroll.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Our coffee and tea are complimentary and our kitchen is fully stocked! We don't charge extra to use our gas grill, bikes, or beach chairs. Our large heated pool is perfect for a day or night swim, and our lanai is the best spot to read a book, have your morning coffee, or an sip on an evening cocktail. The house has a whole-house water filter and the refrigerator water is double filtered. It's best not to drink out of the tap.

The house has an AquaPure house water filter and reverse Osmosis driking water system so the drinking water from the designated spout is 100% purified and the house water is filtered soft water, and chlorine/chemical-free.
