Perfect place to stay in Cape Coral!

My husband & I spent wonderful 3 days/2night’s at Jessica’s beautiful & beachy home in Cape Coral! Only disappointing thing… our time there was too short. :D The Agate Oasis is a beautiful, very well kept home with a great pool & a fun beachy vibe. The bed in the primary bedroom was so darn comfy & the bedding was cozy as can be. The house was very clean & has ALL the things you need to feel like you’re at home… while at the beach. The furniture is all in great condition, the kitchen is well-stocked, bicycles in the garage, toys floaties at the pool, & some great beach towels. The neighborhood is very safe with many well maintained homes. And Jessica is a great & attentive host. Do yourself a favor & rent this lil’ gem!

Perfect family spring break

We had the most wonderful time. The property is absolutely gorgeous. Perfect size for our family of 4. The pool was so relaxing and just what our family needed to make lifetime memories. Jessica is the perfect host and the house has EVERYTHING you could need while visiting Florida. Bikes, games, beach chairs, umbrella, coolers. This was a vacation our family will always cherish.

Excellent stay!

Family of four - 2 boys ages 5 & 7. It was perfect for us. Extremely well stocked as described. We spent a lot of time in the nicely heated pool. Felt very safe in the very residential neighborhood. Went for walks and relaxing bike rides. King bed was very comfortable. The double bed mattresses weren’t as comfy as the king, but just fine for the kids. Very clean. Plenty of towels for both bath and pool. Great variety of pool toys. Local beach close by. Leaving at 10am on a Sunday it only took us 25 min to get to Ft Myers Beach. Returning home at noon traffic was definitely backing up coming to the beach. 20ish min to Twins spring training game. It would be 11/10 if there was a second bathroom :). Would stay again!

Jessica was right on top of communications and we enjoyed her comfortable home in a great neighborhood for walking around. Centrally located to the areas we wanted to visit. Pool well maintained, excellent wi-fi, kitchen very well stocked. Quiet.

Simply stated, my wife and I agree that this property was in the "top 2" properties that we have booked/stayed. The location was fantastic, and we never felt anything but safe. It was actually nice to see people walking around the neighborhood. The property itself was clean, and we noticed nothing out of place. Though we didn't use the kitchen, it was nice to have a fully stocked kitchen. The living area was nice to sit and relax. The pool was great as well to just relax and swim on a sunny day.One of the big things that make this property great is the host. Super responsive and helpful. I feel like Jessica went above and beyond to make sure that our stay was perfect. She was helpful in making recommendations, and I felt as if she really cared that we had a great experience at her property. After flight delays, and not getting to the property until 2:00 a.m. when we were anticipating 5:00 p.m., it was nice to have a host that was as responsive and helpful as Jessica. I would absolutely book this property again if we ever returned to the Fort Myers/Cape Coral area.

Perfect house!!

If you’re looking for a place to stay in the Cape Coral area, please stay here! The house was an oasis away from home with everything we needed for our 7yr old to stay busy, as well as cook meals and enjoy some family down time. The kitchen literally has everything you need to cook about anything you want. The pool was amazing with an outdoor shower to rinse the sand off after a beach day. Also, the neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful, we felt like it was a home away from home! Jessica communicated right away to answer any questions as well. We had the best experience staying here

Beautiful, comfortable and relaxing

This home is beautiful, clean and well stocked. Jessica did not forget a thing. You can see she truly loves her homes. We will be teaching out to her in the future.The location is nice. I'm an entrepreneur, dog lover, beach dweller and original Jersey Shore girl. I discovered Cape Coral a five years ago and knew instantly I wanted to buy a house here.

As I was driving around one day to check out this area, I made a wrong turn (or right turn as it turns out) and came across this little gem of a house with an amazing water view, in a gorgeous neighborhood. I mean, the view! I knew it was “my house” as soon as I walked in. It needed a little work, and a lot of TLC, but I knew I could make it the beach cottage I’ve always dreamed of owning. And I did.

Hurricane Ian devasted our area in 2022, but Cape Coral and our surrounding areas are coming back stronger than ever! I couldn't be happier to be a part of this community and to have the opportunity to welcome you.

I love sharing this thriving gulf coast town with people and get happiness out of the vacation memories our guests create in this cozy cottage.

Our neighborhood is priceless! The people, the houses, the vibe and the location are all amazing! The water view of the Caloosahatchee River and sunsets here are wonderful and we're a quick bike ride away from restaurants, bars and the yacht club beach. Our street loop is a mile round and is great for a morning or evening stroll.

Our coffee and tea are complimentary and our kitchen is fully stocked! We don't charge extra to use our gas grill, bikes, or beach chairs. Our large heated pool is perfect for a day or night swim, and our lanai is the best spot to read a book, have your morning coffee, or an sip on an evening cocktail. The house has a whole-house water filter and the refrigerator water is double filtered. It's best not to drink out of the tap.

The house has an AquaPure house water filter and reverse Osmosis driking water system so the drinking water from the designated spout is 100% purified and the house water is filtered soft water, and chlorine/chemical-free.
