El tocayo de Andrew Sandbox es mi hijo mayor, ahora un estudiante de primer año en la universidad. Te encantarán los 6 dormitorios del Sandbox (5 arriba y 1 abajo) y 6, cuéntelos, 6 baños (4 arriba y 2 abajo), con capacidad para 20 personas en 2 Reyes, 4 Dobles, 2 Gemelos, 2 Literas, y 2 sofás cama Queen (K, K, D&D, D&D, T&T, B&B, 2 QSS). Yowza!

Hay una sala de estar, sala de estar, comedor y cocina bien amueblada. La caja de arena de Andrew incluso tiene una piscina protegida debajo de la casa.

Otras comodidades incluyen televisores, reproductores de DVD, cable, Internet de alta velocidad, bañera de hidromasaje principal, aire acondicionado central, ventiladores de techo, DOS refrigeradores con dispensador de hielo, lavadora secadora, triturador de basura y lavaplatos. Andrew's Sandbox feels like 'our' beach house for a long time!

We've enjoyed staying at Andrew's Sandbox for the past several years! It's been perfect. Our own beach home! Our kids are getting bigger and we feel like we need more room. Do you have bigger places, with less stairs? Thanks for making our stay enjoyable all these years!

Beautiful home, steps from the beach with an extraordinary view! Our large family had plenty of space. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. Our bed was very comfortable, huge bonus!! As that is not often the case. We would definitely stay here again![🥰 Awesome Paula! So glad to hear you all loved Andrew's Sandbox -- beautiful with that extraordinary view, plenty of space for the big family, and a fully-equipped kitchen. And ha — I LOVE that you called out the comfortable bed as a "huge bonus," because you're right, that's not always a given! This was a great location for our Spring Break trip! We all had a ton of fun. We loved walking the beach every morning! The house was great! A couple of things to suggest: most of the bathrooms could use a little upgrading, some of the kitchen drawers and cabinets could use some TLC, the smaller king room did not have anywhere to store clothes (maybe add some shelves to the closet), the door to the deck in the larger king room would not open and it would definitely be nice to have a few extra kitchen towels.

Great place right on the beach

My extended family and I loved our stay. It was so nice to step out the back door and be right there on the sand. Plenty of beds, baths, and space for the whole crew. Grandkids loved the bunk beds. The pool downstairs was a really nice break when the beach got too hot.

Perfect home. Perfect vacation.

Really enjoyed our stay!! Richard was very kind and helpful. We had no issues or problems during our stay. Loved that it had two refrigerators! Home was clean and a perfect size. The windows allowed so many beautiful views of the beach as your morning kicks off. Sat on the porch watching dolphins every morning. 5 stars all around!

Can't wait to come back!

Our stay was great! We enjoyed the space with our family of eight. Any time there was a need, Richard and his team were exceptionally responsive! The walk to the beach was just steps, and the pool was great, too! Cannot wait to stay again!

Andrew’s sandbox

We had the best time for our stay here. The house is beautiful and the perfect location. Our group had a variety of ages staying and there were plenty of things close by to do besides hanging out on the beach. We will certainly be back!

Family Beach Break

Our family enjoyed our stay. The beach location +pool is a must for small children. It was a very good spring break.
