Seamist es un edificio de condominios privado de solo 12 unidades con espectaculares vistas al océano tanto desde el interior de la unidad como desde el balcón del primer piso. Las escaleras que bajan a las inmaculadas arenas blancas y las aguas cristalinas de la Costa Esmeralda están a solo unos metros del patio trasero. Seamist está ubicado inmediatamente entre Seaside Beach & Watercolour Resort y Alys & Rosemary Beach.

Este condominio es un hermoso dormitorio (con cama king-size) / un baño con dos literas apilables adicionales y un nuevo sofá cama en el LR frente al mar con capacidad para 6. La Unidad 10 es nítida, limpia y extremadamente acogedora después de haber sido completamente remodelada el año pasado. La nueva cocina está totalmente equipada con todos los platos y electrodomésticos que necesitará. Hay asientos fáciles para 8 entre el bar y la mesa de comedor. También se incluye: wifi, tamaño completo / apilado w / d, 2 áreas de parrillas en un pequeño y agradable césped verde para que los niños jueguen mientras el sol comienza a ponerse.

We had an incredible stay at Seaturtle, a beautiful first-floor condo right on the beach. Upon entering, we were greeted by a stunning view of the Gulf. The condo was bright, spacious, and perfectly decorated with a beachy theme. The living area was spacious, while the kitchen had new appliances and everything we needed. The king bed was exceptionally comfortable, and while we didn’t need the two built-in bunk beds in the hallway, they were adorable and perfect for families with young children.A thoughtful gift bag filled with toiletries added a lovely touch. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the entire unit and patio. The covered patio was ideal for relaxing in the shade, and the perfect spot for enjoying the beautiful water view and surroundings. Just steps from the back porch, we were able to walk down to the most beautiful sugar-sand beach. It was very private, with very few people around. The charcoal BBQ was just steps from the back door, adding further convenience.Communication with the owners was super easy . We did not have any issues. The owners were wonderful and provided great information. Their website included excellent recommendations for local attractions and dining. We highly recommend this wonderful condo, Seaturtle. If you’re seeking a beautiful, uncrowded beach experience combined with a cozy and welcoming home, this is the perfect choice! Our four-day stay was far too short, and we will definitely return.

Enjoyable.

Had a great experience at the property. Access to the beach is easy and the view from inside the residence is great. Communication was good and we were able to check in a little early. Spent most of our time on the beach but there were several things to do within a reasonable drive time.

Wonderful Stay

We had a great time. The condo was very clean and comfortable. Perfect for a small family and close to the beach. The surrounding area was nice and quaint. Loved riding bikes and relaxing on the beach.

Beautiful condo, perfect location!

My daughter and I stayed here for a short 2 nights in March. The condo was perfect for us and the view was outstanding! We loved being able to walk down to the beach from our patio. They thought of everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and will stay again!

Awesome birthday beach trip

We stayed at the floor condo at Seamist for a joint birthday celebration and it is did it not disappoint. Steps away from water and what a view! Condo is super clean, cute, and bed very comfortable. It was a very quiet and peaceful. Sometimes we were only ones on beach. Lovely condo and area.

Perfect for two

Great vacay!

This rental was great! Being on the first floor made trekking up and down from the beach so easy! The house was well stocked, clean, and the beds were comfy!! Beach was private, which was great but people would walk down from the public beach looking for space. Recommend putting your chairs down when you wake up! Lots of great memories made!

Perfect stay

Truly a relaxing stay. Easy check in, everything working (Wi-Fi, tv) with little effort. Plenty of parking, lovely small complex…will return next year!

Beautiful location

The condo looked like the pictures. The location is wonderful! The shower curtain eas moldy, but the owners were quick to respond to resolve that issue. We also noticed several dlats were missing off of the blinds, which wasn't a big deal to us. The last day, when we went to use the dishwasher for the 1st time, there were dirty dishes left from whoever was there before. We didn't notify because we were leaving, we just started it up. There were plenty of towels and kitchen supplies. We loved the balcony, outdoor shower, and decor. The kids loved the giant dolphin and sea turtle pillows on the bunk beds. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect Location

The views from the unit are amazing, steps away from the beach. The condo was clean, extremely comfortable for the two of us. Both the beds and pillows are very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again. Jessica was there for us if we needed anything, and helped with one small issue we had. Thank you

Rest and relaxation

This property had a beach view porch and was right on the beach. We had lounge chairs and spent a major amount of our trip on the porch or on the beach.

Amazing view but…

We enjoyed the view and location of the property. I had to report black mold in the dishwasher, sand pile on the porch, abroken screen-door and missing blind pieces. I was asked to clean the mold with bleach myself. We had to rearrange blind pieces ourselves since it was viewing everything from outside at night.

Can’t wait to go back!

Amazing property directly on the beach. Waking up and enjoying coffee and a book on the patio was one of my favorite parts. Everything we needed was available and Jessica was a fabulous communicator. Will be booking again as soon as dates come out for school breaks. Lovely vacation.

Great Stay

The good: Perfect spot on the beach, the steps down to the beach straight off of the patio are a rare thing, owner was communicative and helpful, bikeable to all of 30A, comfy a/c, easy access to place, good parking. Drawbacks: Not walkable to many places (but bikeable), patio sliding door needs better locking method (won't go into detail in case this review is made public). Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to friends.
