Gran patio abierto con porche cubierto, parrilla de carbón a 15 a 20 minutos en automóvil del centro de la ciudad, Churchill Downs, aeropuerto, cerca de las principales autopistas. Cerca de muchos restaurantes, bares, parques, centros comerciales, supermercados, licorerías, etc. Mascota amigable.

Esta casa ofrece mucho espacio y mucho que hacer para todas las edades. Disfrute del gran patio trasero que cuenta con una relajante hamaca, columpio de banco, trampolín, columpio, tirolina, aro de baloncesto, gran área de pozo de fuego y un porche con malla, televisión por cable con área de descanso y mesa de granito para 10 personas para jugar juegos o cenar juntos. Sendero para caminar por la calle. Hay mucho que hacer también en el interior con sala de juegos de mesa de ping pong / billar, pop-a-shot, sala de cine y un montón de juegos de mesa y películas para disfrutar. Acogedora sala familiar con un armario de juegos, cocina con isla y un comedor con capacidad para 6 personas cómodamente. Los huéspedes tienen acceso a toda la casa, excepto el garaje, el trastero y los armarios que están cerrados con nuestras pertenencias ...

Amazing Stay

The place worked out perfectly for our group. 15 of us were there on a bachelor party. There was plenty of space to sleep comfortably between the beds, couches and futon. There were several bathrooms for people to clean up and get ready. We spent the majority of the time on the back deck which is a super nice space. Even with bad weather we really enjoyed ourselves. Would have loved to use the backyard space a little more. Maybe next time. The place was very clean and Stacie was always quick to answer questions and help in anyway she could to make our stay more comfortable. I can’t recommend this place enough

Great mini vacation with grandchildren

A wonderful home that was very welcoming to my family. Amenities were the best. From having a fully stocked kitchen, to so many activities for the kids to do, having enough bedrooms and a wonderful yard to enjoy. The location was great for all the places we went to. The hostess was so great to work with and answered all my questions. Gave us recommendations as to places to see and the milage to get to each location. Would highly recommend staying here. A+

Lovin Louisville

Our stay and house in Louisville had everything we could imagine plus more! The back screened in porch was where we spent most of our time. All I can say is amazing! The manager was so cooperative and nice.

Great space for Kentucky Derby weekend

This house fit 15 of us comfortably. There were plenty of beds and couches, and room to fit an air mattress or two if needed. Everything was very clean and in working order. The space itself was great for a group and had great amenities for us, specifically we were able to shoot some hoops during the day and hang out on the enclosed back porch to enjoy the nice weather. The host was very accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed for the trip. She had very clear instructions for check in and checkout and had a very thorough user guide for locating things in the house and recommendations on bars and restaurants. It was also an easy drive in to the Kentucky derby so the location was great. Overall an excellent space and we’d check it out again if we’re ever back in the area.

Great for a family.

We gathered from several states with our family. This home worked great with 5 bedrooms and some air mattresses plus several different living areas to gather. Great communication with the owner! She gave us lots of activity ideas and added some nice special touches. She really took care of our needs and wanted us to enjoy ourselves.

Fun place

This was a perfect house for our family holiday celebration. The fun environment and games helped make this a unforgettable holiday. Warmer weather would have made it even better with the nice outdoor space.

Lovely stay in Louisville

This house suited our needs quite well! We especially liked the child-friendly amenities—swing set, trampoline, zip line. And the adults enjoyed the fire ring, it was perfect weather for sitting around the fire! Thanks so much!

Perfect Place to Stay for a Relaxing Weekend

Stacies's house was accurately described and wonderful for our trip. There was plenty of space inside and out and was located in a quiet area while not being too far away from major areas. Everyone had a wonderful time and would stay here again!

Birthday Blast

I stayed on Stacie's property for 3 nights over the Memorial Day holiday 2021. What attracted me the most to the property was how much it appeared to be conducive to children being that I would be celebrating my daughter's 2nd birthday with my family coming to celebrate from out of state. My instincts were correct, and the property did not disappoint. My wife and I arrived Friday night for setup, and first impression we were pleased with the cleanliness of the property. The real fun would begin when the rest of my family arrived later that evening. With a huge deck in the back, basketball goal, zip line and trampoline in the backyard my 5-year-old nephew who typically gets bored when staying out of town never once asked what else there was to do. With the downstairs electronic basketball hoop, pool table and two closets full of board games there was endless fun for everyone. We enjoyed the property so much that had I known I would have requested for a couple more days when I first made my reservation. Stacie went out of her way in acknowledging my daughter's birthday, and she was always extremely helpful. Every time I had a question she would respond pretty much immediately and would always have a great answer. It was just overall a great experience. Big house, tons to do and still a very comfortable and cozy at home feeling for our group of 11. Would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Games and activities

This was a great place to stay with children and teens. There were a lot of board games, indoor and outdoor sports and activities for everyone. We enjoyed playing pool, basketball, ziplining, having a Nerf gun battle, the firepit and plenty more. The stairs are steep inside the house and the outside highway traffic can be heard while outside and on the porch. All the bedrooms were comfortable and there were plenty of linens and blankets. All toiletries were provided. There were special touches throughout the house. Each bathroom had a basket of toiletries. Coffee and paper goods provided. This place really had everything to make our family vacation a special one with great memories.

A home away from home

My friends and I came in from all over the US for our trek through Louisville and Bourbon County. This home was perfect for our large group. Plenty of activities available on site: there was a pool/Ping-Pong table, Rec shot, hook and ring toss out on the back porch. I would easily recommend this place to anyone staying in the Louisville area!!

Perfection at it's finest

Loved our overall experience! Back yard is amazing and the space was just perfect. (silly us even left a few personal items & all was returned to us- thank you) hopefully we can stay again next yr!

Great place to stay

Super friendly host. Helped with everything I needed. House is full of games, kitchen supplies, blankets.... Anything you need, it's there. Tons of things to keep the kids entertained. Felt like home.

Nice place to stay.

The house was very nice, very well stocked with everything we needed, organized and clean (lots for the children to do). We particularly enjoyed the screened in back porch and the beautiful backyard. Staci was very accommodating.
