This unit in Kam Sands was wonderful! Jen and Dave, the proud owners, added many personal touches to their lovely condo. The view from the lanai is SMASHING, and the condo complex overall is beautiful and very family-friendly. Plus, the location in South Kihei can't be beat. We loved it! Mahalo.

Great place

We really enjoyed our stay. I think the bedroom near the kitchen could have really benefited from a portable ac unit. The two units in the front of the property didn’t keep it cool enough when trying to sleep at night. Beyond that, awesome place and location!!

Beautiful sunsets, turtles everyday, and not overly crowded. Kitchen was well-stocked and the beds were comfortable. The unit provided plenty of space for the four of us, and it was easy to walk to restaurants and shops. Loved having boogie boards and umbrellas, as well as some extras in the outdoor closets. The only downsides were lots of little ants in the shower and kitchen. The pool area had a friendly staff, but was somewhat run-down.

The condo was well stocked, had an ocean view from the balcony, and was walking distance to everything. Perfect Condo, Location, and View!

We just got back from our trip, and the condo and resort were wonderful! The view is the best we have ever had in Hawaii, and we were really happy with the AC, as well as the other amenities. The condo was a comfortable place to spend time in when it was hot, and we really enjoyed the pool and hula show on Wednesday! The beach across the street was really nice and super convenient, and after exploring many beaches on Maui, Kamaole Beach Park ended up being one of our favorites! It is also convenient how the resort is super close to Wailea and tons of restaurants. Overall, I couldn't recommend this condo more; it's fantastic!

The condo was fully stocked with everything we needed or wanted! Very clean, updated, huge TV's in every room, we were extremely pleased with our stay and will stay here again! Close to beach too and great views at sunset! 10/10 will stay again! Loved the keyless entry too! No keys to worry about!

Great location, needs improvement from rental agency

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and the actual condo were great. The kitchen was well stocked, and we had plenty of toiletries for our stay. The coffee maker was broken, but it was replaced same day by the rental agency. It was very nice to have access to beach items (chairs, towels, boogie boards), but the beach umbrella was broken. I also appreciated the notes from the owner on best things to do on the island. My major complaint is that the condo was not ready for us by the 4pm check in. We arrived ~5pm (after a very long travel day) and the door was wide open and was in the process of being cleaned. I asked the rental agency staff for an estimation on when it would be accessible and never got a response. So after carrying all of our stuff up there, we had to carry it back to the car, go eat and come back later. Parts of the condo did not seem very clean (especially the floors - they were VERY dirty when I had to wipe up a spill in the kitchen), and it appeared that the towels that were out were not fresh (or the quality of the towels are very poor - appearing dirty). Also a note about the temperature of the non-A/C bedroom - it is VERY warm. We were not able to keep it comfortable with the method used by other reviewers (door open and box fan blowing in from living room), so be aware if you have a temperature sensitive sleeper for that room. This all being said, we really did like the convenience and amenities of the condo. Our issues had nothing to do with the owner, but more the rental agency. If I stayed at this property, I would not hesitate to stay at this condo, but I would likely choose a completely different property next time.

Great vacation home

This condo was great for 4 adults to stay in for a week. They had all of the amenities we would want, even boogie boards! It was wonderful to wake up, walk onto the porch, and see the ocean. We could drink coffee on the beach after a 2 minute walk. There's also great snorkeling with sea turtles nearby. We only had 2 minor complaints: 1. The check-in email will tell you to go straight to the condo because it's keyless entry. But, if you are parking a car, you should go to the office first, as you need to get a parking pass from them. 2. It's in the listing, but just to mention it here, too, the second bedroom does not have AC. It's livable but definitely warm.

Great location and view

Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival the code to access the rental was not updated in the app the property management company recommended we download. We then had to wait outside the unit with groceries for 20 minutes while we got in touch with the company for the correct code. Once we entered the unit the air conditioning was OFF and all blinds were open - causing it to be over 80 degrees in the unit. It took a full 24 hours for the temperature to come to a comfortable level. It didn’t help the small bedroom does not have an AC unit- so it was really uncomfortable the first night. This condo is in a great location and the view from the lanai is beautiful. The second bedroom needs a new mattress (super soft) and the pillows in the whole condo all need replaced, they were very flat and dingy looking.

Love!!!

Love this property!!! Very clean, easy access and close to the beach. The only thing I will say is that from the pictures, I expected this to be right on the beach. It is very close however, there is a very busy road right in front of the property. Amazing views and a great place to stay!
