Great house in five-star location

Our family of three recently stayed here for two weeks. We already loved Cotuit, and this location is just perfect to walk to the ballpark, the market and around town. Plus with a beach pass you can explore best of Barnstable beaches (Dowses, Craigville and of course Loop). The kitchen is well stocked and clean, and we appreciated the beach towels and chairs. The back deck and yard are the highlight - we hosted a barbecue and the kids played wiffleball for hours. Good wireless and a desk if you need to do some work. The owner Kathleen is very helpful and responsive. Would definitely choose this house again.

This was a wonderful property! I really enjoyed the large master bedroom and having tea on the deck in the morning. There was plenty of room for our adult children to visit. The neighborhood provides plenty of walking with beach access and college baseball right around the corner.

Great Cape Cod vacation!

A perfect property rental for my family and dog to relax and explore Cape Cod. The property had everything we needed (and more!), and it helped us have a very enjoyable and easy week away. We really enjoyed being so close to the Kettleers stadium as well as multiple beaches. Great back yard for our kids and their cousins to play!

Beautiful property

The house was clean, beautiful and comfortable. The yard was perfect for the kids to run around. The location was also convenient, near Cotuit village and Craigsville beach. Kathleen provided everything we needed.

Lovely Cotuit Rental

This was a great rental! Wonderful location on Main St and walkable to the Coop (market), Ropes Beach, etc. had a huge private backyard, nice deck, outdoor shower, beautiful giant master bedroom, another comfy first floor bedroom and a kids space upstairs. It was clean and well stocked and owners were responsive and friendly. We loved our stay!

Great home. Lots of space for a family. Very clean Good location if you want to also do any day trips to Boston or Rhode Island. Properly stocked kitchen and host was super helpful.

Great home away from home

My family and I throughly enjoyed staying in your home! It truly felt like a home not just a place to stay. Has everything you could possibly need to be comfortable. Great neighborhood close to anyplace on the Cape you would want to visit. Loved the Kettlers Ball field walking distance. Got to see a great game too! Highly recommend this home and Kathleen was extremely easy to contact . Couldn’t ask for more!!

Great stay in Cotuit

The home is in a great location with walking trails, numerous conservation areas, and beaches close as well as easy access to shops and other amenities. The home has great space, a huge yard, and all the conveniences. The property owners were very responsive, accommodating, and helpful. We really enjoyed our visit which included our pets, who thoroughly enjoyed it, too.

Amazing family vacation home!

We rented this home for a family vacation. We felt at home the minute we opened the door. The home had everything we could ask for and more! The interior was beautiful, spacious, well-appointed with anything you could want or need for a beach vacation. Our grandkids had fun with the games and puzzles in a closet for guest use. Also a huge lovely yard and playscape for the kids. Our dogs enjoyed it too! Kathleen was an attentive host just a text away to help with any issues. We plan to return next year!

Baseball game

Short walk to Cape Cod league field. Bring a lawn chair and watch high level athletes for free. Great loop for waking dogs through the woods around ball field. Dog friendly home and neighborhood. We will be back.

Lovely home near center of town

House is perfect for relaxing - nice gathering space and a nice indoor dining space. Amazing kitchen - has everything! Wonderful shady attached deck. Large lawn for games. Great outdoor shower!! Comfy beds as described. Easily walkable to everything in town - beach, baseball, nature at Eagle Pond. Owner very helpful and responded to questions immediately. A wonderful relaxing vacation home!

Everything you would ever need!

Kathleen was fantastic. She made our 5 week visit sooo easy. The house was full of everything one needs to enjoy a vacation home. From spices to beach chairs. The house itself has so many cozy places to perch. And GREAT outside space. We will return.

Great House for summer vacation

This is our second year staying here! Great house with fully stocked kitchen. Really large backyard with play structure and beautiful deck. They allow pets which is a huge bonus for us:) The kids loved playing outside and a very close beach. They provide a beach pass as well. Very responsive to any questions I had! We will be back:)

Wonderful stay!

The host was very responsive from the beginning. Check-in was super convenient. The house was clean and spacious (in my opinion, the pictures online don’t do it justice!). It had enough open space to allow my 1 yr old to crawl/toddle around, which was great. It was well-stocked with all of the essentials and more. The location was super convenient to the beach (we visited loop beach and craigsville beach), dining, and shopping. For the beach, we sometimes went multiple times in a day, so having the beach pass was awesome. I would love to come back here another summer!

Perfect house

This house is the most amazing gem. I had such a wonderful week with my three kids 6,4 and 1. The house has absolutely everything you could dream of. The yard is huge and the kids loved playing in it before and after the beach. We never even touched a shower inside because the outdoor shower is so warm with great water pressure. The rooms are big and the beds are comfy. Kathleen was lovely to work with and checked in often. Thank you for all the wonderful memories that we now have of the cape during a crazy time in the world! Trips to the general store, long days at Oregon beach, takeout dinners at kettle ho, ice cream from polar cave. We are sad to leave!

Cape House

My family and I had a wonderful experience at this property. This cape house is equipped with everything . Extremely close to the beach and a close ride to the Ferry to go to Martha’s Vineyard. This house is gorgeous and extremely clean. Very spacious house and private yard. Highly recommend!!!?

It's situated on Main Street on a lot with a large backyard. Something we didn't have living in Boston. We also like how close it is to the Cape League Baseball field. It's been a source of wonderful summer memories with family and friends.
