Ever wanted to stay in a Norman Rockwell painting? This is your chance! Cotuit village is as charming as it gets! Beaches, walking trails, kid friendly!!! We'd love to share our charming Cape house with you and your family. The house is situated within walking distance of two local beaches, Cotuit Highgrounds Golf Course, the Kettle Ho, many walking trails to explore, a playground and local library. Cotuit is quiet and cozy, but there is lots to do, tons of fun to be had, and countless memories to be made!

Beautiful home in a nice, central location. Perfect spot for the beach, shopping, restaurants, and rest and relaxation. Plenty of space for a family to spread out, and for the kids to play. Was a fantastic time!

Gem of a place to stay.

We were in Cape COD to attend our son’s wedding. The house was warm and inviting. Very clean and beds super comfortable! I would highly recommend this place. Nicely decorated and large backyard to enjoy.

Great place

Perfect place to stay on the cape. The house has everything you need and is in a very quiet neighborhood while still close enough to all of the touristy fun spots.

The perfect little getaway

We needed an easy place to stay while we attended a friend’s wedding in Cotuit, and the place completely blew us away! There was so much room and multiple areas to hang out without overcrowding each other. The place was conveniently located near the local market, restaurant, as well as hiking trails and beaches. Lindsey made it in incredibly easy to check in and prepared a list of recommendations that helped us fill our down time. We hope to visit again soon!

Lovely house in a great location. We enjoyed easy drives and long beach days at Craigville and Falmouth Heights. Cotuit is a cute walkable town. The house has a great layout for grandparents and young family or two couples. We had a great stay.

This was our first visit to Cape Cod and we definitely enjoyed our stay at this house. The house is very kid friendly and my 6 and 3 year olds loved the zip-line in the backyard. The home was spacious and suited our needs nicely. I will say the primary bedroom doesn’t have its own air conditioning unit so it did get somewhat warm one night during our 4 night stay, but it was fine the other 3 nights. The location was nice and quiet. We wouldn’t hesitate to return!

Family Home in lovely location

We enjoyed our stay in Cotuit , a family home that suited our needs when visiting family close by, it was clean, had all we needed for our stay with bonus of 2 bathrooms. Can recommend the local Cotuit Fresh Market shop, Conveniently situated to explore the rest of the Cape. The hosts were helpful and responded quickly to any questions.

Great Home

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in this very clean home in this quiet and peaceful area. Walked to the beach each day. Lovely host who responded to any questions very quickly. Would definitely come back.

A choice spot

This was a return trip for my son and I, so needless to say we like the place. It's a clean and comfortable house in a great spot, and owner Lindsey is personable, responsive and accommodating. We will return!

Great home on the cape!

We had a wonderful time in this home. It was clean, had plenty of room, and everything we needed was there. The location is close to plenty of local things and within driving distance of both Boston and Provincetown. Lindsey responded to messages promptly and was helpful. I highly recommend this home if you are taking a family to Cape Cod.

The cutest cottage!

My son and I extended our stay in Cotuit and were fortunate enough to find this hidden gem at the last minute. The owners were so accommodating and communicated promptly. Every inch of the house is decorated beautifully and is so well appointed with all you could need. It is also extremely clean, comfortable and in a great location. We agreed it was our favorite house we have rented in Cotuit and hope to return again!

Fabulous!

This Cotuit home was fabulous! We loved that the house was actually almost like "two houses in one". On each end of the house were bedrooms and bathrooms....very private. The middle of the house had a large fully stocked kitchen, a private outdoor space, eating area and living spaces. Also, we had absolutely everything we needed including beach chairs and towels. We have rented several places in Cotuit and this is by far one of our nicest stays. Thank you!

We were new to this App. The owner was very patient with us and was quick with responding to get us in the front door. The kitchen was laid out perfectly and appliances were clean and in great shape. We found the home nicely decorated and more like a home with cozy furniture and lovely table accessories. Lots of dishes, glasses, flatware, cookware and serving dishes. Beds were so comfortable, bedding soft and lots of pillows. The backyard was great with patio furniture and a fire pit. Big bonus, an outdoor shower. A couple hooks for towels would be nice. The floor plan for the house was perfect. My sons and their families divided their stays. Our larger bedroom was on the one side of the house with a good size bathroom (rain shower head) and separate living room. Our sons on the opposite side with a bedroom for the adults and across the hall from the kid’s room. Their own bathroom and living room. When we go back to the cape, we’ll definitely check availability here again. Lindsey was so helpful and responsive, thank you Lindsey.
