La enorme casa frente a la bahía ofrece 3 dormitorios, 2 baños completos, 3 medios baños, garaje para 5 o más automóviles, piscina privada y ubicada en la bahía de Moody Gardens, lo que hace de Bay Dreamer un lugar de vacaciones de 5 estrellas.

La impresionante entrada conduce al espacio habitable masivo separado por una chimenea de ladrillo simulada que brinda cercanía y separación, lo que hace que sus vacaciones familiares sean especialmente memorables. En el lado de estudio de la sala de estar hay un sofá cama y asientos, y una estantería con una pequeña variedad de libros. En el otro lado de la habitación, sumérjase en las impresionantes vistas de la piscina y la bahía mientras disfruta de la compañía con la que está o ve la televisión. La cocina muy funcional está equipada con todas sus ollas, sartenes, electrodomésticos y vajilla con una estufa eléctrica encima de la isla y un horno empotrado separado. Lovely Stay

Property was amazing . Beautiful view to moody garden pyramids . Sunset was incredible . Clean pool , clean house . Plenty to do. Without leaving. We fished, grilled out ,swim watched movies , everything is close by . Super private . We (12 people) enjoyed it all@

Good times, fun in the sun and taken care of!

With my family there was enough room for sure! A little sun protection for the pool would be the only thing that I would suggest be added to the porch area but all in all it was a great location and nice property. . As soon as the bulkhead that was being added during our stay is completed fishing from the shore will be great! The maintenance technician was friendly and got on the small repairs needed prior to our stay but were not brought to light until our stay. Billie and her team, the promptness on the property managers was amazing.

Perfect place for us!

House is very charming and clean. The pier in the back was better than I thought it would be. We caught crabs, redfish, flounder and speckled trout off the pier. We had so much fun between the pier and the pool we didnt even need to visit the beach and saved money on attractions. They did have jellyfish swimming around the pier so be cautious if swimming. The house was warm the first night the ac had trouble keeping up with the Texas summer. We spoke to the manager and ac tech was sent out asap. The house cooled off and it ended up great. We will definitely be back couldnt imagine staying anywhere else after experiencing it for a fair price. We will recommend this house to everyone we know. Just bring fans if you are cold sleepers.

Construction complications

Our first impression was “oh, no!!” — or words to that effect. The back of the property was literally torn up. A contractor sign let us know that the bulkhead was being replaced. That proved to be the only real issue but it meant workers with heavy equipment every day and no privacy or real security. Only 3 of the garages were available and the rain flooded one side of the parking area. The house was very spacious. We would have enjoyed the sun room more if it were air conditioned and would have liked a bigger (42”?) TV.

Fun weekend get away!

The property is very nice with a great view on the bay. I booked this house to enjoy the pool over the weekend and to be able to fish off the dock. The dock was great! We caught so many fish using the green lights at night. The pool was relaxing, however it wasn’t cleaned until Saturday afternoon. We arrived on Friday and there was a lot of algae covering the bottom on the pool and floating everywhere. It was not clean enough to use safely. A pool guy came and cleaned the next morning unannounced. Thankfully it was ready by the afternoon, but if you’re trying to go for a night swim when you get there, make sure to ask if/when the pool has been cleaned. Other than that, everything in the house was pretty clean. The living room/kitchen area is awesome. It holds everyone comfortably and is a great hangout spot. Although the house is right off the highway, it was super quiet. It was perfect for getting away from the city. The garage was full with random furniture and kitchen items, so plan to park on the driveway if you’re bringing multiple cars. Overall, it was a great experience and I would go again!

Almost Perfect

Had a great weekend at this lovely home. One toilet stopped working the first day and did not get fixed during our stay but the management communicated with me immediately about any issues. Only issue I had was the check out instructions were a bit misleading. Overall, I would recommend and definitely stay again! Beautiful home!

Had a nice stay

Property was nice and roomy; had a couple of appliance issues ( the freezer leaked a bit so we left a towel down in front of it, and the microwave turntable wouldn't turn.) Grill probably needs to be replaced (since it's listed as an amenity)- we cooked in the kitchen so we were okay. Yes, the pool is older and could use some work/updates - but it was clean and blue. Billie was great- very responsive to all questions and yes, there was an odor upon arrival - Billie worked with the city and it was fixed. We were very comfortable having all the space and the pool. We didn't feel all crammed in together - and of course, great views!! Thank you Billie - we enjoyed our stay with family and appreciate your communication!

Sewage backed up

The house is elevated so the lower portion is all parking / storage. When we arrived, I could tell the sewage had backed up. Surely the previous tenants had a similar issue or whoever cleaned the property should have noticed it. With all the rain we’ve been having I thought it might have been an isolated incident. Boy, was I wrong the next day all the drains in the parking area had backed up. As we were out at the pool all day, we didn’t notice it but when we went in the house the smell was unbearable. I contacted the agent but as it was late rotor rooter didn’t arrive until the following afternoon. They snaked the line but it did not help. I contacted the agents again and was informed the problem was on the city side. The city arrived the following afternoon and cleared the issue. This was our last night and we were leaving the next morning. Also, upon arrival both trash cans were full but collection was supposed to pass the following day. It didn’t, so Wednesday I contacted sanitation and they came and collected the refuse; however, one was only half emptied. I paid too much money to deal with these issues while on vacation.

Not worth the price.... carpet stained & old.... weird odor..... pool dark greenish/brown color.... overall cleanliness and appearance not worth the price. Property manager was great at communication..... that was a positive.

Unkept Property, poor housekeeping

To begin the oven had moldy food in it. The house smelt horrible because of it. The grass was high and needed to be mowed. The pool water level was low and discolored. Upon calling, it was semi-addressed but it should have never been an issue to begin with. You shouldn’t have to maintain or clean a property upon arrival. Won’t stay there again.

Anniversary weekend

The house is big and very roomy. Had lots of space. The view is beautiful.. the only down fall was the pool wasnt clean before we came but that was due to the tropical storm laura. Galveston had to leave.. Billie worked with us and we understand.. hope to stay again.

Beautiful view, loved it

Inside restrooms bedrooms and kitchen really clean. Outside needed attention. BRING YOUR OWN GRILL. The one onsite was dirty. Other then that we had the BEST time swimming playing games and relaxing. Would book again

Great home away from home!!!!!

Loved the views in the morning slight breeze beautiful and the pool was great the kids and adults loved it. So much fun the bay the birds amazing, and so much room very comfy. Def recommend ! !!!! There was quick communication for any questions on the property just perfect! The kids didn’t want to leave honestly I didn’t either. Thank you !!!!! Great memories in such a difficult time to travel n this was perfect for social distancing!
