Situado en una calle tranquila y con encanto, a pocos minutos de restaurantes, bares de Fado, galerías, tiendas, hermosas vistas y cafés al aire libre.

El apartamento está en el primer piso de un pequeño edificio de viviendas (sin ascensor) en una calle muy cerca en una iglesia junto a un mirador con vistas al río.

El apartamento ha sido cuidadosamente diseñado para que se sienta cómodo y en casa y donde podrá relajarse cuando regrese de sus exploraciones diarias.

Ropa de cama y toallas, así como gel de ducha, jabón y sampoo. También hay un secador de pelo, algunos libros, y acceso gratuito a Internet a través de wi-fi.

La cocina está totalmente equipada y siempre mantener algunos elementos básicos en el apartamento para uso de los huéspedes, como el té y el café, azúcar, galletas y fruta.

Puedo transportar de forma gratuita desde el aeropuerto hasta el apartamento en el coche, pero si por alguna razón no lo hace, estaremos allí para darle la bienvenida en persona en el registro y explicar cómo funcionan las cosas en el apartamento y le dirá todo acerca de nuestros lugares favoritos en Lisboa, especialmente en el barrio - hay muchos buenos lugares para comer, beber y visitar en las cercanías.

Estoy disponible para viajes cortos de un medio o un día, dentro o fuera de Lisboa. El precio depende del tiempo y la distancia, pero es bastante razonable. Si está interesado, que me haga saber sus planes y puedo ofrecer una cita.

Alfama es uno de los barrios más antiguos y tradicionales de Lisboa. Una vibrante combinación de viejos edificios residenciales, pequeñas tiendas, diferentes tipos de bares y restaurantes, casas de fado y tiendas de artesanía - una zona particularmente fascinante, con un ambiente único.

Siendo muy cerca del centro de la ciudad, el apartamento es perfecto para explorar otras áreas del pie (el centro histórico está muy cerca) o en transporte público - el famoso tranvía 28 pasa cerca y Santa Apolonia, la estación de metro más cercana, que es también una estación de tren está a sólo unos minutos de distancia.

Lisboa es el lugar único con un carácter especial y la atmósfera, impresionantes vistas y luz fantástica. Estaremos encantados de guiarle y esperamos que disfrute de la experiencia.

Pedro was super helpful throughout my entire stay! The place was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect. You can walk to pretty much anything. I enjoyed my stay here! Definitely recommend!

Clean appartment, we really enjoyed our stay in the beautiful district alfama. The owner was very friendly and helping :) I would go there again and absolutely would recommend the stay.

Pedro was an excellent host. He even picked us up at the airport and arranged our taxi on the way home. His apartment is set in a perfect location for exploring Alfama and Lisbon. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again.

Perfect apartment!

Perfect place for your stay in Lisbon! Small apartment , but fully equipped. Nice neighbourhood, lot of restaurants, near to the castelo. And a really great host! Helps you if you have any questions. Me and my girlfriend can really recommend this place!

Highly Recommend!

We loved our stay in Alfama. Pedro was an excellent host - we were amazed. The apartment was comfortable for 2. Coffee and a stocked kitchen were provided, along with information on Lisbon & things to do. We would not have explored Alfama as we did, had we not stayed here - but it was fun working through the windy roads, and seeing the restaurants come alive when returning to the apartment every night.

The owner Pedro picked us up at the airport and took us to the apartment. It was spotless and the kitchen was very well equipped with everything you’d need for self catering ( which we didn’t use as we ate out all the time !!!)

The property was very clean and situated in the Alfama district. Host provided everything we needed for comfort including a Brita Filter water pitcher which saved us from having to buy water bottles for use during our stay. That was incredibly helpful. Pedro also graciously picked us up at the airport and brought us directly to the property which we greatly appreciated.

Excellent Accomodations in Alfama

Clean, comfortable and central. Pedro was so kind to pick us up at the airport. At the apartment, there was fresh fruit and a bottle of wine waiting for us. Tea, coffee, sugar etc. were in the cupboards. Many, many little family-run restaurants within easy walking distance. Ten to fifteen minute walk to the train station. We really were glad to have our accommodations in Alfama and could not be more pleased with our host.

Great place to discover Lisbon !

We had a wonderful time in Lisbon. This apartment in Alfama was perfect : good location close to everything (Castelo de São Jorge, Sé Cathedral, Electrico 28, Fado Museum, 15 min. walk to get to Praça do Comércio, Baixa and Chiado, also metro station nearby), no noise of circulation, very well equipped, charming and cosy. Great location, nice property, responsible lendlord

Nicely remodeled apartment, located in the best area (for tourists, who like history) - Alfama, had absolutely everything for us (we are the couple in our 60-s from the USA) to enjoy our stay in Lisbon, May 15-19. Property was clean, quiet, had good TV with HBO, and the listing description was accurate. Pedro greeted us at night at airport, and transferred to his apartment. We were leaving early morning, and Pedro had reserved for us taxi cab to airport. I strongly recommend this property for rent. Joseph

nice flat in the heart of Alfama :)

We used to live in that flat for one week at the end of July. We had a really sunny and hot wether but our flat was well temperatured. Pedro was pretty helpful and picked us up from the airport at 11 pm so we had a relaxed start of our vacation. The flat includes all what you will need for a Lisbon city trip. Furthermore you are able to reach a lot of sights by foot but there is also an train station a few minutes away. And the Alfama is a nice district day and night. If we will visit Lisbon again (I hope so :) ) we will choose this flat again.

Alfama amazing!

Host Pedro awesome! Met us at Fado museum across street from ship. Great location. Close to cruise ship port (5-10 min walk). This area is mostly cobblestone and stairs and uphill! So be prepared for that. Close to lots of restaurants, pastelarias, mini markets. This apartment is suitable for a couple as it is small. But kitchen has everything needed for a few days. Has washing machine. Enjoyed our stay! Hope to come back! Thank you Pedro!

Perfect location

We loved Pedro being so generous in picking us up at the airport. He added little touches of tea coffee, biscuits, laundry detergent and hair shampoo. The shower was great, full tv package for after a day of walking. The location of apartment in Alfama is nestled in so much history, quiet and central. Unfortunately It was very hot in the apartment and due to the safety issue of keeping the one window closed it was difficult to sleep. There was no fresh air or air conditioning.

Excellent location and host

Pedro was great and the pick up from airport was very convenient. Very clean and cozy. Everything I needed was there and I had no problems whatsoever. It is probably best for solo traveler, or a couple. It will be tight with 3 people, maybe fine with a small child. Fantastic central location near public transportation. Lots of hills - I will echo what has been said before in prior reviews - be prepared to walk, climb stairs, sweat, run out of breath and generally get your steps in. It is well worth it in my opinion. No need to hit the gym. Very unique and old part of town with great cafes, markets, restaurants and pastelarias. But certainly a consideration for the elderly, disabled, and the lazy.

Beautiful Alfama

The apartment was perfectly located in Alfama area. With its narrow and climbing streets. Fado heard everywhere around us. Pedro was very kind to pick us up at the aeroport and bring us to the apartment through those narrow and winding streets. We wouldn’t have able to find it ourselves. It was quiet except when the people on top floor started moving around. The only window that opened had the view of roof tops but Pedro provided us with a couple of fans which we had working all the time. We appreciated having the laundry machine and dried the clothes outside or on drying racks provided. Bathroom had everything we needed but shower was very very tight. Everything is closer than you think. We used the Fado museum (2 mins walk down) as a reference point for all directions. Train station Santa Apalonia and its subway station are a short walking distance too. When taking flight back home it was quite easy to walk with our luggage to the subway and take a direct route to the aeroport. Thank you Pedro for your hospitality.

Nos gustó mucho el piso, el trato de Pedro muy bueno. Nos recogió en el aeropuerto y el piso lo tiene limpio y muy bien equipado. Nos dejó de regalo unos pasteles de Belém y una botella de vino. El piso está muy cerca del centro, lo único malo es que son todo cuestas ( lo normal en Alfama) y es un barrio ruidoso( Pedro también deja de regalo unos tapones para los oídos jejeje). En general estamos contentos.

Presque parfait!!!

Merci encore d'être venu nous chercher à l'aéroport le premier jour. L'appartement est parfait pour 2 nuit. Situation parfaite à 10min du métro et 15 min du centre-ville à pied. Il est très fonctionnel et les petites attentions sont très appréciable. Seul petit bémole la literie et le lit mais pour deux jours cela est amplement suffisant. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Très bonne adresse , à sélectionner sans crainte

Appartement super chouette, très lumineux, totalement équipé et situé dans le centre historique et très proche de la gare Santa Apolonia qui permet toutes les connexions transport ( ligne métro directe Santa Apolonia -Aéroport). Le quartier est calme la nuit et on y dort bien. Merci à Pacheco d'être venu nous accueillir à l'Aéroport, merci pour son sourire, la coupe de fruits sur la table et la bouteille de vin dans le frigo. A l'Alfama, plein de petits restaurants sympa, et des pâtisseries partout.

attraktive Unterkunft in sehr guterLage mitten in Alfama

Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich, er holte uns vom Flughafen ab. (Allein hätten wir in den kleinen Gässchen von Alfama die Wohnung nie gefunden). Die Wohnung ist geschickt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, alles war sehr sauber. Wir haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Leider gibt es aus dem Fenster keine Aussicht, da im ersten Stock gelegen, dafür musste man jedoch nicht so viele Treppen bewältigen. Das Stadtzentrum und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind von der Wohnung leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen, die Metrostation ist nicht weit entfernt. Dennoch kein Verkehrslärm, da in Alfama kaum Autoverkehr möglich ist. Alles in allem eine sehr zu empfehlende Wohnung für 2 Personen.

NOT SUITABLE FOR PEOPLE WITH MOBILITY RESTRICTIONS

I spent the first night but I had to go to a hotel for the next 6 nights due to mobility restrictions. This apartment is on the top of a steep hill where there is no access to cars or public transportation. Once you are at the bottom of the hill, there is a train station nearby. I wish somewhere it would disclose or warn that it is not suitable for people with mobility restrictions. I did not get a refund but the owner did take me to the hotel the next morning and at the end of trip took me to the airport. Still, it was the most expensive week that I spent anywhere in the four countries I visited during my 3 month trip, including Paris. The apartment was SPOTLESS. I daresay that of all the apartments during my lengthy vacation, this was the cleanest. There was also a bottle of water, tea biscuits, an assortment of teas and plenty of great coffee and a basket of fresh fruit which was a great thing because that was my dinner and breakfast since I couldn't leave and come back due to the location. I was only there overnight and arrived early evening so I didn't cook, use sofa or watch tv so I can't say anything about those things. The bed was one of the 2 most comfortable beds during my entire trip. I couldn't give more than 1 star because I wasn't even there for an entire day and had to leave but I wanted to be fair and point out that the apartment was meticulously clean, was well furnished, bed comfy, basic food for welcoming guest.
