Your accommodations are a Poolside Cabana Loft in "Caribeville", Ambergris Caye, Belize. Our Cabana features an upstairs bedroom with 1.5 baths, fully equipped kitchen, living room with queen pull out bed, washer/dryer, central air conditioning, two flat screen cable TV's and free Wi-Fi Internet. Included is an in-room safe, hair dryer, toiletries, iron & ironing board, complimentary coffee and teas. Additionally, 24-hour security is provided for your safety.
Services provided free of additional charges include daily housekeeping service and laundry service by your request. Room service is available as an additional convenience. Check out the QR codes located in the condo for menu information.
Walk out directly to the pool deck from our personal veranda and enjoy spectacular sunsets of San Pedro's Sunset Bay. Enjoy one of the newest and largest swim-up pool bars on the island with "Signature" beverages and a "tasty" island menu! Access to a resort hot tub, pool chairs, umbrellas, and pool towels are complimentary. You will experience friendly and attentive staff!

"Grand Caribe Property Management Limited manages the daily operations of the resort equipped with onsite personnel to assist with your resort itinerary. A Wonderful Stay at Sunset Caribe!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sunset Caribe! The unit is beautiful, the grounds were well maintained, it is in a great location, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We loved being able to walk right out to the pool area, and we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets while relaxing in the hot tub. The cleaning service was a wonderful perk. They even did our laundry for us! Everything was perfect! We will definitely be back!

Great time at Sunset Caribe

This property is lovely, and it is currently undergoing an expansion. The unit where we stayed was clean and comfortable, having all amenities we could have hoped for. The staff at Sunset Caribe was wonderful. Everyone we encountered was warm, friendly, and eager to help make our time there as memorable as possible. The pool and deck were sparkling clean, and daily housekeeping was a wonderful luxury. The serving staff at Rain Restaurant and Rooftop Terrace were terrific, especially Benny who was incredibly helpful with recommending local destinations we otherwise would not have known existed. Judith, our host, replied to our inquiries right away, and she was also happy to lend us her expertise regarding services such as cart rental and snorkeling excursions. The only issue we wish could be addressed is the standing water on the property adjacent to the resort. The front door to our unit faced the driveway into the resort, and on the other side of the driveway and fence is a structure (sign says it's a spa) surrounded by stagnant water. The stench permeates the area, making entering and exiting Sunset Caribe very unpleasant. The standards of the resort are very high, and this adjacement property is not affiliated with the resort, thus it's doubtful that the resort staff has any jurisdiction to implement a change.

1 Bedroom Loft

The unit was very nice and the maintenance staff was very attentive to ongoing needs. During the initial review of how to reset the in room safe (suggestion to have operational instructions in the safe would be nice), I mentioned that the shower head needed pipe dope/Teflon tape and tightening as it was spraying everywhere. They fixed right away. After completion of that item, I also told them the tankless water heater output at best was only about 100 degrees based on inspection and they replaced the unit within a few hours. Water temperature was great after that. Just as a separate note, the ice maker has a current water leak that ends up freezing all the ice. Daily housekeeping was a welcome surprise and we probably only utilized every 2-3 days other than trash but when they did provide service they were prompt and did great job. Kitchen was adequate but would have been nice to have certain items such as hot pads, trivets, some minimal spices, and wine glasses. These are things we have experienced at other units in the past. The pool and hot tub areas were beautiful albeit it seemed liked maintenance was working on hot tub continually to boost temperature and get jets operational. This was important as due to the amount of rain, the pool temperature at best was 80 degrees. Our stay was very relaxing and enjoyable despite the weather conditions. Food service at Caribeville restaurants in person, at pool bar, and room service was very good as well as prompt.

Sunset caribe is the best !!!

We absolutely loved staying here. The pool is incredible. The facility is super clean The pool bar and food was very good. Staff extremely helpful. We will only stay here from now on.

New, modern condo

We enjoyed our time at Judith’s place and would highly recommend staying here. Fast internet, comfortable, quiet and excellent AC. My wife enjoyed the spa adjacent to Sunset Caribe. There is a hospital, small grocery store and restaurants within walking distance. For food we liked the Red Snapper from Caramba and drinks from the Rum Dog.

Our very first visit to Ambergris Caye was beyond our expectations of a unique Caribbean lifestyle. It was not only all the amazing activities available in this tropical environment adjacent to the Belizean Barrier Reef; we also fell in love with the beautiful, friendly Belizean people. and the amazing, tasty cuisine. The purchase of our condo at Sunset Caribe in "Caribeville" is everything we dreamed of. Located just 1.5 miles North of San Pedro, Belize we are close to so many of the islands many popular attractions. Caribeville is a planned community established in 2006 offering a host of services with the best location on the island. Within walking distance, a 4- story premier hospital providing the most advanced medical services in the country of Belize. Two exclusive restaurants and two additional to come soon. There is the Beach Basket Grocery, wine and cheese store, San Pedro Pie Pizza, the Spa at Caribeville and the famous Truck Stop food vendors and attractions.
