This gem of a beach house is one row back from the ocean and just steps to the sand. We have virtual tour available on this page so you can "walk" it through!

4 bedrooms (K, Q/T, K, K) and 4 full bathrooms = everyone is happy. Sleeps 9 plus toddler bed plus pack n play, so really sleeps 11 including tots.

Bottom floor:

King bedroom features luxury sheets and cloud like duvet comforter for you to melt into and rest after a long day in the sun.

Stand up shower with all the amenities you need. (Or step outside for a zen-like outside shower while you smell the ocean breeze).

Middle floor:
BR2 Bedroom with Twin over Queen bed

BA2 full shower/tub bathroom

BR3 Master King suite with spacious private balcony facing ocean

LIVING/KITCHEN/BALCONY
Top floor "reverse floor plan" features your open kitchen / dining / living space that opens up to the wide ocean viewing balcony to take it all in. Relax in your swivel and gliding pair of arm chairs while you have your coffee (or Margarita) and watch the dolphins on the ocean horizon (for real! They do it all the time!)

Elevator:
Skip the lugging of your belongings up the stairs and load up the indoor elevator that services all 3 floors.

Beach time:
Grab one of our 10 beach chairs, a towel, and whatever beverages will keep you cool, and venture one block down to your walkway to the ocean. After your day of paradise, wash your sand off and exhale in our zen-like outside shower stall. Nothing more relaxing.

Dining:
Walk less than 2 blocks away to the Hang 10 Donut shop (coffee is delicious too), Bahia, Crabs Claw, or the Idle Hour Beer Garden, or even Sunset Slush Ice cream parlour for life changing dining experiences. You won't need to drive anywhere, it's all two blocks away.

Parking:
Spaces for 2 cars plus one in garage. Per town of AB no parking on street.

Beautiful town-home and very comfortable. So close (walking) to the ocean with private access and amazing sunset views on porch. Loved the elevator and multiple King bedrooms with private bathrooms. We had everything we needed. Kitchen and family room were spacious and had all the amenities. Communication with host was excellent, timely, flexible...and so quick to respond. Hope to book again! Thank you!

Our family enjoyed our stay at this rental. The location was perfect! Beautiful ocean view and easy access to the beach. Close to shopping and restaurants. Elevator was handy with move in/out and groceries. The garage was nice to have during a coastal storm. Bedroom and bathroom layout allowed each family member to have their own private space. The living room and kitchen on the lofted top floor was a wonderful space to spend time together as a family.

Great for families, close to the beach!

This place was perfect for our two families. Two bedrooms for parents, two bedrooms for kids, and plenty of bathrooms. Our own private walk to the beach was perfect for us to come and go to the beach at our leisure. Short walk to amazing donuts and other restaurants. Lots of amenities, including towels and beach chairs!

Great Ocean Views

We loved our stay at this location. Views from third floor were awesome! Well stocked kitchen. The beds and linens were very comfortable! Lots of beach chairs which was nice. The elevator was great for getting moved it! Highly recommend

Great Place to stay!!

House was beautiful, very clean, well stocked, beds were very comfortable, great view of the ocean, short walk to the beach as well as to shops and restaurants. Short drive to grocery store and other restaurants/shops. Host was very communicative and helpful. I would definitely recommend this house and I would stay again!

First girls beach family vacation with my toddler and baby

Phenomenal location. House is set up perfectly for families with young kids! The beach is beautiful and the private walkway across 1 little street is so convenient! The plentiful stocked towels, shampoo, beach chairs, and even toddler plates made this a home away from home.

Short work trip

I traveled with 3 other adults for a short work trip. The house was perfect as we all had our own bedroom and bathroom. It was super close to the beach with easy access although we didnt get to enjoy that part as much as we would have liked. Would recommend for a group of couples or family as well.

Amazing location!

Great house for my group of friends for a long weekend! The bathrooms and kitchen were fully stocked with everything you need. Providing beach towels and plenty of beach chairs was amazing as well. Very clean and well decorated. You can’t beat the location, right across the street from the beach and walking distance to restaurants. Loved the porches and the view of the ocean from the top floor! I hope to be back!

Great location, loved the elevator and separate floors. Beautiful!!

We had a wonderful time in this beach condo. We brought our adult children and we each had our own floor. We also had visiting friends with their yr. old grand daughter. The toddler bed came in handy for a couple nights. We cooked meals together in the nice kitchen and watched the ocean from the balcony often, as well as walked to the beach everyday. We loved our stay!

Cannot say enough good things about this property. The view is better than beach front. Beautifully decorated with an up to date interior design. This host thought of everything from extra toothbrushes to beach chairs! Everything was in walking distance from this gem. Book it now!

Wonderful Place

This is a beautiful home. The hosts thought of everything. There were beach chairs, towels, a cart for hauling stuff, plenty of pots and pans. Every time I thought of something essential ... it was there. The view is wonderful! The elevator is cool! 10/10

Great location

Great location and close to the Boulevard and water. Having an elevator was a bonus. Only 2 downsides: 1) the private walkway to the beach was overgrown and we were unable to navigate through the overgrowth so we had to go to the boulevard to go to the beach, which meant pay for parking unless you want to walk; it was raining most of the time so we did not choose to walk; 2) you are unable to lock/unlock any of the doors from the outside so you had to always exit out of the garage unless someone remained inside. Otherwise, everything was as described. Check in and out was effortless and communication was excellent! I would stay again. The views are great and the binoculars are an extra bonus.
