Casa familiar recientemente renovada a 11/2 cuadras de la playa y del centro de la ciudad

Reserve esta casa de bacalao de cabo recientemente renovada que duerme 10 y es un lugar maravilloso para dos familias. Hay dos dormitorios en el primer piso con camas queen y ropa de cama acogedora. El segundo piso es el lugar perfecto para los niños con 6 camas individuales (3 camas son gemelas XL). Proporcionamos todas las sábanas y los colchones son completamente nuevos.

La sala de estar y el comedor son lugares ideales para crear recuerdos. Hay un baño completo con ducha de pie y una gran ducha exterior con vestuario.

La cubierta posterior protegida es un lugar espacioso para tomar un café por la mañana, jugar o tomar un cóctel por la noche.

La cocina está equipada con una estación de café Keurig, lavaplatos, estufa eléctrica de superficie lisa, microondas, olla eléctrica, platos, utensilios, vasos, especias, cuchillos para carne y cubiertos. Ollas y sartenes, jarras de bebidas y tablas de cortar.

Estacionamiento: el patio delantero recién apedreado permite al menos cuatro autos para estacionar sin problema

NOTA: SOLO SE ACEPTAN ALQUILERES DE SEMANA COMPLETA. Solo familias, por favor. Máximo 10 personas. No se permiten mascotas. Casa para no fumadores. La edad mínima requerida es de 30 años para reservar.

Great location & amenities!

We loved our stay at Diana’s place! It was super clean and had all the conveniences of home and then some. (Plus the perk of not having to pack sheets & towels, like you do with standard shore rentals.) Beds were comfy, outside shower was awesome, and the screened porch was a bonus outdoor space. The location was great, with easy access to the beach and shops. Despite the proximity to bars, the house was well-insulated against the weekend noise, which didn’t last too late. Only a live band playing was truly noticeable, but my son’s white noise machine took care of it! Diana’s communication was stellar throughout, and she quickly let us know that we left a set of our keys behind after checkout and offered to mail them. At check-in, she left us some goodies, with special decorations for my son’s 4th birthday! Cannot recommend enough, and we’d certainly go back another year.

Perfect getaway house in Sea Isle City

Great little house in the midst of Sea Isle. The property was impeccably clean. Sheets, pillows, linens and towels all supplied made packing for the trip much easier (absolutely no one else does this). There was even a tray of snacks provided! The screened in back porch was nice for hanging out. The house is a 5 minute walk to everything we like in town - the beach, restaurants, shops and pubs. It doesn't get any better than this. We met and talked with Diane for a few minutes and she is a charming host. Thank you Diane for the wonderful week in Sea Isle.

Perfect house for all our family needs

Our experience was most enjoyable. The kids were so excited with the house and the goodies that Diana left them! She was wonderful with communication and answered any questions we may have. The house was equipped with everything we could need and more! It was more like staying in a hotel (bedding, towels, toiletries included!) The house was very clean and the location was awesome. Super close to the beach and restaurants. Thanks for a wonderful stay and the memories with our kids! They hope you enjoyed the magnets they left for you!

Diana was great. The house was very clean and comfortable. The location is great for walking to the promenade/beach, restaurants and shopping. If you have tall teens the roof is rather low on second story so just be aware.

Family Vacation

we enjoyed our week here in this cozy beach cottage, has everything you could need for a week at the beach, location is amazing right by everything!! Diana is the sweetest host ever!! I cannot wait to make this cozy cottage a family tradition!! we’ll definitely be back!!!

Home away from home!

The home is well maintained and had enough beds for my teens to have friends join us. The room upstairs is split so 3 girls in one and 3 boys in the other. The girls had a trundle drawer underneath that they used for storage. Each bed was made and had a bath towel, hand towel, and washcloth on them for us to us. Downstairs/Main Floor had two rooms with nice sized closets, hangers, extra pillows and blankets. The dining table seats eight and the kitchen has everything you need to cook at home. Plates, bowls, utensils, steak knives. I believe they also had a big pot for those cooking lobster or clam bakes. We received texts from the owner for events such as movie night and there are a few notes on the fridge of places to eat or things to do. Everything was within walking distance that we wanted to do on a daily basis. The grocery store was a bit further and parking wasn't an issue. WiFi, 2 TV's, basketball courts were a block away. The outdoor shower was great to clean the sand off before coming into the house. The have a gas BBQ as well. Enclosed back deck with several chairs, ceiling fan and nighttime lighting, front deck.

Awesome beach cottage!

This property has everything! It’s extremely clean, modern, and fully stocked. The location was perfect for us being right in the heart of Sea Isle. It can be a little loud on the weekend, but noise stops at 11! It’s wondering being able to walk to all of the shops and restaurants. They were adding sand to the beach when we were there, so there was a huge pipe toward the back of the beach but it didn’t bother us at all. It was actually pretty cool to watch the process. We loved our stay in this house! The owner, Diana, is extremely accommodating and was only a text away. You can tell she takes pride in her house and cares about the people who rent it!

Awesome vacation

We enjoyed your house ,it is in the perfect spot. Near everything that we enjoy with exception of the bars but did not hinder us . We would most definitely rent this house again next summer if it is available same time first or second week in August thanks again from the Mignogna family!!!
