This 5 bedroom 2.5 bath house is located just a short walk to Drakes Island Beach! It sits within a beautiful neighborhood and offers a large backyard with not only privacy, but tidal water views. Enjoy the sunroom that overlooks the backyard overlooking the marsh. This house is perfect for a large family or 2 small families who are looking to get away together. This property has parking for a maximum of 4 vehicles. Parking details will be provided in your arrival email after booking. First floor offers a master bedroom with a full bath, a bedroom with 1 twin bed, a half bath in the hallway, dining room, kitchen area, and a game room located in the garage. The second floor has 3 bedrooms with many sleeping arrangements as well as office space in the nook located at the top of the stairs. Linens and towels are provided. All Coastline Vacation Rentals are stocked with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, dish soap, hand soap, sponge, and more essentials! The house offers lots of yard games, bikes, beach chairs, and 2 kayaks! Wells is surrounded by both Kennebunkport and Ogunquit offering a range of beaches, restaurants, shops and more! The house is as pictured. Beautiful sunroom with lots of windows for viewing the backwater. Short walk to the beach (.4 miles). Plenty of space for cooking, eating, playing games etc. very clean. I would stay here again.

Perfect Family Vacation Spot

Our family had another fantastic year at this Drake’s Island home. Coastline Property Management is outstanding—always attentive and ensuring everything is perfect. The house is spacious, fully equipped for a beach vacation, and just a short walk to the beach. Drake’s Island is ideal for families, with biking, running, walking, and a great playground. Highly recommend both the property and Coastline!

The stay for my family far surpassed my expectations!

What a delightful surprise to find a previously sight unseen rental so bright, cheerful, uncluttered & clean. The view from the sunroom, beautiful! It was total relaxation! The home had most everything we needed, and the stores are close enough that it is easy to obtain any further preferences. I personally enjoyed 7 games of pool in the recreation area. Between that and ping pong we all had a delightful time and, even on a bitter cool day, enjoyed a walk to the beach. Honestly, I can’t say enough good things about our stay. The whole experience was made easy by the rental agent who remained accessible through the weekend in case we had questions. I could not have ask for more!! Jackie L

Wonderful stay

The house on Drakes Island is exactly as it is presented in the listing - spacious, clean, and a beautiful setting! The kitchen is well stocked (even has kids plates, silverware, etc). The hosts are very responsive by text, and the check in /check out process is very easy. Would definitely stay here again! Two things: the host does not provide extra toilet paper, and the cleaning fee is very high for the area.

Beautiful House - Great Spot

This was a perfect house for our Christmas Prelude girls weekend. We had five granddaughters, my mother in law and myself. We walked to Drakes Island beach to watch the sunrise. Everyone's favorite spot was the "porch" , out back - we sat and chatted and watched four deer in the back yard, coming out from the marsh.

Drakes Island week of fun

The property was very nice, I especially love the sun room. Kitchen was well stocked with a nice variety of items. There were plenty of towels. Awesome game room in the garage, kayaks, bikes. Can't think of anything I would change besides moving the house to be directly on the beach!

College Reunion

My college friends of 49 years and I had a wonderful time. The house was immaculate and well cared for. Enjoyed watching the deer roaming the yard, the Great Blue Heron feeding in the distance and hearing the owl. And thanks to Nate who provided instructions when we accidentally manually locked the door behind us.

Beautiful property

The house is gorgeous and perfect for large families or groups. 5 bedrooms and 3 baths. Great view of the marsh. Heated garage with ping pong and pool. My only negative is the large cleaning fee and being asked to wash all your towels, strip all the beds, take out all trash, do all dishes. I’d be fine with this if not for the crazy high cleaning fee that makes no sense to me. But we had a great stay and highly recommend. They agreed to a late check out which was really nice to not rush to leave. I highly recommend especially in the summer as the beach is in walking distance.

Beautiful home, even in the winter!

The house is perfect for all ages to enjoy. The game room was one of the reasons we chose this house to rent and it did not disappoint. Love that there is a tv out there too! The beach is a short walk and a great playground in the neighborhood for kids! We rented in January and suggest that the house be stocked with extra blankets, especially throw blankets! The only con is the cleaning fee. It is steep-and though the house was very clean, having the strip beds and wash towels should not be asked of guests (particularly when the dryer takes a very long time!) Excellent correspondence with the property manager and they did grant early check in and late check out!

Beautiful location

House is as advertised. Great for adults and teens. Easy walk to beach. Stores an easy drive away. Owners were helpful and checking in was a breeze.

Beautiful property

Our family enjoyed the comfort of this house and the beautiful grounds. It’s a great location to visit Kennebunk,Ogunquit and Wells. We didn’t need to contact the property manager however all the contact information was available to us.

Location was perfect!

Lovely home with beautiful accents and furniture! Location was the best, a 5 minute walk to the beach! Six adults in our party and we had more than enough room to spread out. Loved having our morning coffee in the sunroom each morning overlooking the marsh. The game room was perfect and a lifesaver as we had a very rainy day one day and enjoyed tournaments of cornhole, ping pong and foosball! Location is about 10 minutes to downtown Kennebunk one way and apprx. 15 minutes to Ogunquit in opposite direction. Would love to stay again at this gorgeous home - you can tell the owners take much pride and have given much thought to all of the amenities. Very happy with our choice!!
