We thank you for your review and will pass your information along to the owner about it being dated. I'm not sure why or how it could have smelled musty or old as the carpets were literally professionally deep cleaned and the bathrooms and part of the kitchen were painted the day before you checked in.

We are very sorry that you were not happy with your rental. In the event that you should have issues we make sure that we provide our phone numbers, both our office and after hours, just in case you need something, we are available 24/7. It is our expectation that if you would find a home in the condition that you have described that you would call us so we could send over a housekeeper to make it right. Our laundry is sent out to be washed so all of our towels and sheets are replaced after each guest even if they haven't been used. Even if a bed is still made when housekeeping goes in we take the bed apart and replace all of the linens. It simply isn't worth it to us to take any chances with laundry so we clear each condo of all linens and towels before the housekeepers even start cleaning, this ensures no guests accidently gets dirty sheets. Each condo has 8 bath towels 4 hand towels and 10 washcloths. The most a condo is permitted for is 6 guests. That being said, if that wasn't enough we could have switched out dirty towles for some clean ones if you had called and asked.
