FRENTE AL MAR - Encantador condominio en el cuarto piso, con amplias vistas al océano. Balcón con vista al famoso paseo marítimo y con solo unos pasos del camino de la playa, este condominio es perfecto para una escapada a la playa. Restaurantes y tiendas son 2 cuadras al norte, y por supuesto la playa; sólo pasos hacia adelante.
La cocina está totalmente equipada e incluye lavavajillas. Muebles al aire libre para su disfrute en el balcón para ver las hermosas puestas de sol. Lavadora y secadora en el lugar disponibles para uso de los huéspedes en la planta baja. Estacionamiento para 2 vehículos. A poca distancia de casi cualquier lugar en la ciudad. Sin mascotas. NOTA: ESTA ES UNA PROPIEDAD QUE NO FUMA. NO PUEDE FUMAR EN LAS HABITACIONES, EN BALCONES, ZONAS COMUNES O PATIOS.

This beachfront condo was perfect for us. The Murphy bed was not in the way, the sofa bed was a little tricky to close, the king bed was comfy. Kitchen was well stocked and clean. The view was wonderful!

Fantastic Seaside Location

Perfect condo for Seaside vacation! Great location within walking distance to restaurants, activities, and beach. Beds were firm and perfect. Plenty of linens and towels. Fully stocked kitchen so cooking was a breeze! Great deck with view of sunset over water every evening. We plan to stay here again!

Relaxing

Very nice week with my family. Parking was rough until we called about the overflow parking, then we were golden. Wished there was a pool, but definitely would stay again!!! Thank you!

Everything was great! My only input would be that if you are going to have anyone sleeping in the Murphy bed or in the living room, have them bring some earplugs. The refrigerator is kind of noisy, but you certainly can’t hear it from the bedroom.

This Condo was great! It was our 4th time visiting and this is our favorite place by far. Easy check-in process, very clean and great location! The only reason I gave it a 4 star is that this condo advertised a hideabed, which we were going to use for one of my children. Unfortunately, it needs repair and did not seem safe to use for sleep. We had to rearrange our sleeping plans which made it a lot more uncomfortable for this Mama unfortunately. Other than that, we had no complaints and enjoyed our stay!

Bathrooms could use some updating. The view was amazing.Was really relaxing. Felt like a home not like a hotel. Definitely will stay there again

It’s all about the location

We had a great time. We love the city and you can’t beat the location. The condo is very dated and you could see a lot of wear and tear. The lady we dealt with was so kind and helpful.

Unit needs maintenance

Great location, great views. Unit needs a good cleaning and maintenance- filthy carpets need cleaning, stove display not working properly, cupboard doors falling off.

Beautiful Location

The unit itself is VERY OUTDATED!! It smelled very musty & old. The bed sheets and covers were replaced by management after we called because of stains & smells. Overall if the owners would update this property it would be a wonderful location

Nice view...but

The view was amazing, however this property needs a serious update. It is very worn and very smelly. They have put charcoal fresheners everywhere but does not help. I was very put off by the whole vibe in the place.

Great Location and Great View

The location and the view are worth staying here. The price is reasonable based on the condition of the unit. It is very dated and all furnishings/fixtures are well loved, the pink carpets are stained, smells odd, kitchen stove has an unreadable temperature reading, bed is so hard my arms fell asleep. But overall I felt like the unit was clean enough. The wear and tear definitely shows so you may think it's not clean. We didn't spend much time in the unit except to sleep and eat, so it worked out fine for us.

Not clean

There were crumbs and food on the carpet under the table under the counters in the kitchen, kitchen floor sticky, makeup and stains on the beds, well aware of how many of us were there and not enough towels for our stay, shower door hard to move, the other shower in main bathroom curtain kept falling off the oven when cooking doesnt display the temp or time, cookie sheet we took out to use was covered in food, construction worked blocked the driveway in. At least for the amount of money we paid i would have at least expected it to be clean.

Too bad there was construction going on, otherwise it would have been great

Every trip I take I learn something new. Learning experience this time is to find out - is there any type of construction going on in the building. So, call before actually booking and paying for the rooms, ask about construction. This booking site did not mention any ongoing construction. When I looked up the directions to the condo, I saw a photo of construction on a building. I called the property manager who said Yes construction was going on for the sprinkler system, but probably not over the weekend. Turns out Saturday morning for a few hours the construction crew was hammering away on the roof above my rooms, construction dust fell down off the ceiling on everything. I left and went shopping to get away from the noise. Sunday was great - no construction, so I could actually sit and enjoy the great views with peace and quiet and in an actually really nice condo. But first thing, 8 a.m., Monday morning the hammering started again. So hard in fact the sprinkler coverings fell off of the ceiling. Check out was supposed to be 11, I left at 9:30. Wasn't exactly what I had planned. When I called the property manager, she said she was sorry for the inconvenience to me but sounded as if she could care less. I know the construction workers had a job to do. But it would have been nice if a reduction on the room had been offered because people who book ocean view rooms for a four-day weekend want to get away from noise and construction. We expect peace and quiet. So as much as I really loved the view and condo, I won't be staying there again or with any property managed by Beachhouse Vacation Rentals. It was a very expensive trip for one day out of four for peace and quiet.

Beautiful view, needs work!

Room needs updating, deck is terrible 😫 smells moldy. And as a bonus, we got roof workers for our stay, noisy no warning about this!! Called the office oh they're gonna call me back!! Zero follow up! Nice view, will not be staying in 402 anytime soon. No pillow cases either..

Week long get away.

Traveling from Montana, the condo was homey. Beds were comfortable, linens were clean, had most things we needed. Having a large family and traveling we always look for condos with kitchens, my only real complaint was lack of basic items. No oil, flour, sugar, or anything to help prepare meals. Not a single spice in the house. The location was easy getting to the beach and views were spectacular. We will be staying again.

Best stay

So close to everything you need, can walk to the boardwalk and all shops with a five minute short walk. Condo was perfect and has everything needed even games for rainy days will be for sure returning.

Nice location but needs repairs

This is the second time we've stayed at this unit: nice location, great views. But it is sorely in need of updates on the deferred maintenance. A few things were noteworthy about our stay this time: 1) The in-wall electric heaters barely blow to keep up with keeping the unit comfortable during January's cold temperatures. The fans are just not powerful enough. 2) One of the in-wall electric heaters had a broken temperature control knob so that you could not turn it on or off. Had to use a kitchen knife to turn the knob stem, which made adjusting the setting nigh impossible. 3) Only one of the three in-wall electric heaters has a temperature setting. Thus, you must keep all three running and night time was either too cold or too hot. 4) Hot water heater was only able to accommodate one shower of 10 minutes before running out of hot water. Cold showers are not fun. Otherwise, the unit is clean and neat and well stocked with cookery. Great views of the beach! Just needs a little work on the deferred maintenance to get it back up to snuff. Thank you.
