Oceanfront Views from you Sliding door onto your oceanfront patio. Sit and enjoy your front row view of the magnificent Oregon sunset over the ocean.
Reclining living room furniture allows you to relax in comfort while you watch your favorite show on the flat screen tv. Spacious Queen beds allow you to stretch out and sleep in style so you can awake refreshed and ready for your day at the beach! There are 2 bathrooms (no waiting) one has a tub shower combo the other has a walk in shower.
Finally we get to the fully stocked kitchen. Stocked with everything needed to prepare a lovely meal for you and 5 guest. Cook and bakeware are provided along with service, flat and glassware. A drip style coffee pot will get your morning started (we supply the filters) you bring your favorite grind or shop at Seaside's famous Seaside Coffee Roasters. They're sure to have what it takes to get your day off on the right foot.
There is a coin op laundry available for all guest on the lower level. The code is in the white binder located in the condo.
Smoking is prohibited on this property (you may not smoke in the room, garage, parking lot, on the grass, on the balcony, patio or common areas.)

Wonderful! A lovely place to spend time. One suggestion… a new coffee maker is in order. Took 2 hours to brew half a pot. There was a kurig available but we were not prepared for that. Otherwise everything was perfect!! Thank you so much!!!

Great location, view of Ocean great, very quiet, did not have to communicate with property management because we had no problems and the only negative was that the floors could have been cleaned. Would stay again.

Amazing beachfront property

This place was just perfect for my boyfriend and I’s stay! The price is unbeatable considering the location and access to nearby state parks. We can’t wait to come back!!!!!

We loved our visit to Seaside!

This was a wonderful location, just a few steps to the beach. It was our first trip to the Pacific and it did not disappoint. We had everything we needed and the view was amazing. Our only complaint was the construction going on while we were there. The workers were respectful but they did leave there equipment on the patio. This was nothing the owners had control over. Great place to stay!

Perfect spot

We loved our stay at 105! Being able to walk right out onto the promenade was such a bonus. We had family one evening for dinner. Our 3 grandkids had so much fun on the lawn. Cool breezes, morning coffee and watching the world go by on our deck. We will return. The unit was fully equipped and very comfy.

On the beach, extremely clean, great place

You can’t beat the price for being on the ground floor and can walk right out to the the prom. Unit was very clean. Had cooking necessities but need to bring your own condiments. No biggie. Has some seasonings. If you’re looking for a modern, posh unit you’ll need to seek elsewhere and prob spend another $200/night. This condo met all of our needs. Beds very comfy. Can sit on the patio and still watch the ocean. Would definitely stay again!
