I am sorry if the kitchenette amenities were misunderstood. The description states a kitchenette (not full kitchen) and the photos do not advertise a full refrigerator or stove. I am glad you were able to grill in the fresh mountain air. I apologize about the other concerns you had in your unit. We wish you would have contacted us during your stay as we have manager and maintenance staff assistance available through on call 24 hours a day as well as our online Guest Services program where you can share maintenance requests.
