Hermosa casa de campo situada en el corazón de la famosa región de Chianti Classico, aprox. 20 km de Siena distancia. Los interiores de las casas están decoradas con una encantadora combinación de materiales antiguos y detalles refinados. Fuera de los huéspedes pueden disfrutar del uso de una, amueblado, jardín panorámico ideal personal para comer al aire libre y de una bonita piscina que se comparte con los invitados de 5 unidades adicionales, cercanas.
Ubicado en el centro de la casa es ideal para visitar los lugares más importantes de la Toscana de interés como Siena, Florencia, San Gimignano y toda la zona de Chianti, con sus característicos pueblos (Castellina, Greve, Radda, Gaiole, etc.) y bodegas.

The village was in a good location for exploring some of the major tourist attractions. On arrival there was a beautiful ( and very large) homemade tart, bottles of water, milk and a few bottles of wine including prosecco and a wonderful display of fruit which lasted the whole week. The most generous arrival pack we have ever experienced. If the ant problem could be sorted it would have been an even better experience. Would still recommend however.

We stayed in this beautiful and well-equiped house for 12 days. We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed it ! Thanks for the very warm welcome of Maria Cecilia. We chose this villa to visit the Chianti area. We had a great time exploring the many medieval villages! We can also recommend the Osteria alla Villa in Villa a Sesta, only a few hundred meters from the villa, where we often had a great diner at very resonable prices.

Sehr empfehlenswert, sehr großräumig, allerdings alles Durchgangszimmer. Die 4. und 5. Person müssen mit der ausziehbaren Couch im Wohnzimmer (auch Durchgangszimmer) vorlieb nehmen. Bett war bei Ankunft gemacht und Handtücher waren auch vorhanden. Alles sehr lieb und aufwändig gestaltet, die Vermieterin (die gute Fee) war zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und hat uns in allen Lagen geholfen. Vielen Dank!

Kann von uns SEHR empfohlen werden!! Das Haus ist TOP ausgestattet, in einem TOP Zustand, sehr modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, es gibt NICHTS was fehlt. Es überstieg alle unsere Erwartungen. Wer die Großzügigkeit eines Hauses auch im Urlaub liebt, ist hier genau richtig. Perfekt für Paar oder Familie mit einem Kind. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen. Man fühlte sich wirklich WILLKOMMEN. Nette Gastgeschenke standen liebevoll ausgewählt im Haus. Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig. Die "Nachbarn" sind fast unsichtbar. Die gesamte Anlage incl. Pool sehr gepflegt. Der Garten ist toll und macht das "Gesamt-Bild" rund. Auch die Küchenkräuter wachsen auf er Terrasse. Es ist einfach an alles gedacht. Die Ansprechpartner vor Ort sind sehr sehr aufmerksam und hilfsbereit ohne aufdringlich zu sein.

Das Haus ist optimal ausgestattet. Fenster bzw. Türen im oberen Schlafzimmer ohne Mückenschutz. Sehr ruhige Lage, tolle Landschaft. Anfang September waren nachts viele Wildschweine unterwegs. Auch unmittelbar ums Haus herum. Betreuung vor Ort sehr nett und stets hilfsbereit.

Amazing property

The property is amazing. Although, upon arriving after a long time travelling, we felt a little out of our element out here in the Italian countryside, we settled in to the place quickly enough to realize that we were blessed to have such accommodations, and in such a tranquil and beautiful landscape. It is well maintained and decorated exquisitely. The pictures do not really do it justice. I usually operate on a belief that the reality of a place will never be as good as the pictures and the promotional spiels, but with this property I felt that it exceeded my expectations, and they were certainly high to begin with. I feel that this property has provided as close to an authentic Tuscan experience as it is possible to give a city-slicker tourist such as myself. The property provides just the right blend of authenticity and luxury. You can feel like you are at one with the natural beauty of the countryside, while at the same time, still being coddled and provided for. Well done Villa Nova, well done. I heartily recommend this place.

Liebe zukünftige Feriengäste, Wir waren vom 16.-30.September 2017 in der Toskana und haben einen sehr schönen Urlaub verlebt, wozu auf jeden Fall auch die Villa Nova beigetragen hat. Wir wurden von Cecilia (man kann sich gut in Englisch verständigen) herzlich empfangen, mit Geschenken überhäuft (Kuchen, Getränke, Obst, Kaffee, Olivenöl, Honig, Marmelade). In dem Haus und auch im Außenbereich fühlt man sich direkt wohl. Die Villa ist mit Liebe stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Es ist sehr sauber, reichlich Wäsche (Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Decken) vorhanden, in der Küche fehlt wirklich nichts. Auch eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Wenige Schritte vom Haus entfernt ist ein schöner großer Pool (nicht beheizt) vorhanden, an dem für die Feriengäste Liegen reserviert sind. Wir haben uns rundum sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen die Villa Nova auf jeden Fall weiter. Das Ferienhaus ist perfekt ausgestattet, die Bilder der website geben den tatsächlichen Zustand wieder. Die Einrichtung ist modern und komfortabel. Der Blick vom Balkon in der zweiten Etage (Schlafzimmer) ist wunderbar. Wir haben uns hauptsächlich im unteren Bereich (Küche und Terrasse vor dem Eingang aufgehalten). Restaurants gibt es im Dörfchen Villa a Sesta (Empfehlung Osteria alla Villa), in Castelnuovo Berardenga und Pianella. Für Ausflüge ist das Ferienhaus ideal gelegen. Siena ist ca. 25 km entfernt (Parkplatz unterhalb der Basilica di San Francesco mit Rolltreppen zur Altstadt). Florenz etwa 80 km (Parkplatz Piazzale Michelangelo - super Blick auf Florenz, man kann den Parkautomaten für mehrere Stunden füttern). Andere lohnende Ausflugsziele: Castellina, Pienza, Perugia/Assisi. Alles in allem war es ein perfekter Aufenthalt, der Empfang durch Cecilia sehr freundlich, sie hat uns alles ausführlich gezeigt und erklärt. Auf uns haben bei Ankunft Wein, Obst, Saft, Wasser und ein Kuchen erwartet. Tutto ottimo! Grazie mille. The view from the balcony on the second floor (bedroom) is wonderful. We have mainly lived in the lower area (kitchen and terrace in front of the entrance). Restaurants are to be found in the village of Villa a Sesta (recommendation Osteria alla Villa), in Castelnuovo Berardenga and Pianella. The house is ideal for excursions. Siena is about 25 km away (parking under the Basilica di San Francesco with escalators to the old town). Florence about 80 km (parking Piazzale Michelangelo - great view of Florence, you can pay the parking for several hours). Other worthwhile excursion destinations: Castellina, Pienza, Perugia / Assisi. All in all it was a perfect stay, the reception by Cecilia was very friendly, she has shown us and explained everything in detail. On arrival we were welcomed with wine, fruit, juice, water and a cake. Tutto ottimo! Grazie mille.

Das Ferienhaus ist perfekt ausgestattet, die Bilder der website geben den tatsächlichen Zustand wieder. Die Einrichtung ist modern und komfortabel. Der Blick vom Balkon in der zweiten Etage (Schlafzimmer) ist wunderbar. Wir haben uns hauptsächlich im unteren Bereich (Küche und Terrasse vor dem Eingang aufgehalten). Restaurants gibt es im Dörfchen Villa a Sesta (Empfehlung Osteria alla Villa), in Castelnuovo Berardenga und Pianella. Für Ausflüge ist das Ferienhaus ideal gelegen. Siena ist ca. 25 km entfernt (Parkplatz unterhalb der Basilica di San Francesco mit Rolltreppen zur Altstadt). Florenz etwa 80 km (Parkplatz Piazzale Michelangelo - super Blick auf Florenz, man kann den Parkautomaten für mehrere Stunden füttern). Andere lohnende Ausflugsziele: Castellina, Pienza, Perugia/Assisi. Alles in allem war es ein perfekter Aufenthalt, der Empfang durch Cecilia sehr freundlich, sie hat uns alles ausführlich gezeigt und erklärt. Auf uns haben bei Ankunft Wein, Obst, Saft, Wasser und ein Kuchen erwartet. Tutto ottimo! Grazie mille.
