Nightly rates, weekly rates as well as "room" for rent for a 3 month period or longer!

Wonderful Condo

Our family enjoyed our stay in Pinehurst. The condo was clean and situated in a great area. The two bedrooms and 2 baths met our needs and offered privacy for our family. We were within a short drive of all the great amenities Pinehurst has to offer. The property manager was very nice and quick to respond. We would highly recommend as a wonderful place to stay.

Pinehurst US Open

We enjoyed our stay at this property. It was close to the Village of Pinehurst and the US Open events. We appreciated the supplies provided, especially the coffee.

We loved the location, the pool, and the host was easy to communicate with. Beautiful condo with a nice open kitchen. It was noisy at times with the people above. Otherwise, I would highly recommend staying here!

Comfortable Condo in a great location

We had a good week at this little condo. It was just the right size, very clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend it if you’re in Pinehurst!

Great stay!

Condo was super clean, great size for our family with 2 bed and 2 bath. Updated and really comfy. Amy was so great, very responsive for any questions we had. We would love to stay again, perfect location for golf at Pinehurst!

Extremely comfortable, easily accessible and newly renovated 2 Bedroom Condo! We loved our stay ! The condo is close to the lake with a great balcony. Also, the condo is close to shopping and the Village of Pinehurst. The property manager is very responsive and helpful with any questions. We will definitely stay again!

I felt respected and trusted in this unit with supplies that weren't locked up. It was spotless and had everything and more that we needed. It was easy access and comfortable. The manager was in touch.

Pinehurst Condo

We recently traveled to Pinehurst for a Grandparent/Grandson golf camp. Our stay was enhanced by our accommodations. The condo was well suited for the three of us and it was easy to get to all the places and events we needed to go to. We were a little challenged with the Firestick TV set up as that is not something we are familiar with. Although all the information about check out was located on the refrigerator I didn't initially think to look there for it. All in all - out stay was comfortable and enjoyable.

Disappointed experience with property manager

We had a very disappointing experience with the property manager who suggested we “attempted to not disclose” we were traveling with our dog. We have traveled with our therapy dog for 10 years staying at VRBO pet friendly properties and always appreciated the willingness of owners and managers permitting us to do so. I always seek such properties when making reservations. I may have accidentally overlooked checking the box when making this reservation. 2 days after checkout I received an additional invoice that had no explanation other then this was the pet fee. When I inquired I was told I was being fined for trying to not disclose we were traveling with our dog. We are very respectful dog owners and gladly pay the extra cleaning fees to allow use of the property. But these acquisitions and what I feel is an unreasonable fine is disappointing. Additionally the porch was in filthy condition that took me an hour to clean before using and carpenter bees that are nesting and drove us away. There are a lot options for short term rentals that are “pet friendly”. This type of an interaction does not bode well for this owners property with experienced VRBO clients.

Disappointed

I’ve never written a bad review on vrbo and hesitated before doing so this time but if I were considering booking this property I would want to know these things. We had several issues during our short two night stay… 1. I was not sent check in details or a key code until a few hours before we were scheduled to arrive and that was only after I requested them. 2. We went to take a shower only to find out that the owner has guests turn off the hot water heater breaker between rentals. Having hot water on demand for your guests is just a cost of doing business. I’ve never been asked to turn on/off a breaker at a rental. 3. We found a coffee cup with mold in it in the microwave l, trash in the trash can and the dishwasher hadn’t been unloaded. I texted the owner about the cleaning issues she just said “sorry”. 4. The refrigerator and freezer have opened food in them (ice cream, condiments, beverages, etc) Some people may love this but when I go to a rental I don’t want to see other peoples food in them. So that’s more of just an FYI. 5. You can hear every step and noise from the unit above. Unfortunately I can’t recommend booking this unit. There are far better options for the money in Pinehurst.

Nice condo

I hesitated to post this but to be fair, I will. First comes the good info that most people will care about. It's a cute condo, very clean, nicely decorated and had just about everything we needed supplied in there. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck when it wasn't raining. There really isn't a lake view except for a small corner of the lake seen between another condo, but the trees are pretty. It was a very good deal for the price. The only thing I'd add is a safety grab bar in the tub showers for us old folks. It's slippery and there are no tub stoppers. Now comes the cautionary tale. We had car trouble on I-95 one day, got stuck in 95 wreck traffic another, and drove through storms all the way up from Florida. We got drenched at the S.C. rest stop and arrived at the condo early, at 1:30 and had been told not to try to go in before 3:00. I had developed a horrible asthma attack on the road and needed a place to plug in my nebulizer. You have to walk around the condo to get to the front door from the parking lot, so my husband walked around to see if we had the right house number. There must be 200 that look just alike. He tried the code to see if that was right and the door opened. It was only 1:30 but it seemed ready, so we stepped in briefly, stepped back out instantly and texted the host to see if we could go in right then. I got an immediate telephone call chastising us for opening that door, accused of breaking and entering (I'm a 79 year old retired professor and my husband an 82 year old retired colonel who was concerned about my breathing.) I was never able to get a word in at all with the angry rant going on to ask for help. I just said, "We're leaving" and left for a few hours. Meanwhile, we got drenched downtown at a cafe again and I wound up in an urgent care center. So let me just use this time to praise the medical care there. They took pity on two very tired and soaked people and a drenched little poodle left in the car, had me in breathing treatments and Covid tested (negative) and on steroids and antibiotics and out in 45 minutes, and they were wonderful. I really appreciated the compassion. From comments made by the host about giving people a chance and having them take advantage of her and about not abiding by rules (I gave up and hung up) I think she has apparently had some pretty bad rental experiences and I understand that. Advice: Follow the rules. Stay and enjoy. It's a nice place.
