Al ser una de las casas originales frente al mar, disfrutará de la verdadera sensación de la antigua Cambria. Esta espaciosa casa de un solo nivel tiene dos dormitorios, tres baños y se encuentra en el acantilado más alejado de Cambria, lo que brinda vistas sin obstáculos a lo largo de la línea de la costa. Observe a las ballenas, los delfines y otras especies marinas mientras disfruta de una copa de vino en la espaciosa terraza. Magnificent views from this vintage property with the deepest shag carpets I’ve ever met. This house had great energy and was clearly well loved by its owners. Well equipped kitchen and a spacious garage to keep the car. Management was responsive even over the holiday (a storm knocked down a branch onto the power line into the house!). We’d love to come back.

The house itself is just as described , Old. The only real thing going for it is the tremendous view. We will always return to Cambria but maybe a different house next time

So relaxing and fun to cook with friends in the large kitchen and the panoramic window view is a blessing with views of the sunset. This is our 3rd time here and we love it. There are lots of fun things to do in town and the surrounding area. We love to stay here just enjoy the beauty of nature. Outstanding hiking trail close by. The house is vintage but really adds to the charm. Highly recommend.

Thankful to stay here in my favorite house in Cambria once again! Close to walk to Fiscalini as well! It's all about the views if you love the ocean! Clean house + comfortable King bed! So glad the blinds in bedroom were changed to long curtains as they were getting difficult to operate! Breen and Jackie always enjoyable to see and helpful if need anything! Thx for a wonderful stay! Dining on the deck when warm and inside if cool makes no difference, great views either way! We love to pick up sandwiches at Sandys on Main St and sit on deck to eat. Can't wait for next time!

Fabulous view for a wonderful family vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It is hard to put into words how much we loved staying at the Titus Point property. It is literally on top of the water with 180 degrees of direct ocean view. We almost felt like we were looking into an aquarium as we were surrounded by the sounds and sites of the sea.Several reviews mentioned that the place could use a lot of updating. While that is true, none of the old finishes, carpeting, etc. detracted from our extraordinary experience. Needless to say, after 7 nights there, driving back home to Fresno was a big letdown. We are already making plans to return to Titus Point next summer.

Listing was very accurate for description of property. Although older and not updated it was well maintained and clean. Excellent ocean views, better than others we have had in Cambria previously. Viewing of dolphins, sea lions and sea otters the best! Wish the property could accommodate more than 4 people, but will definitely recommend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were two couples looking to escape the hustle and bustle of work and our crazy lives. This home was the answer to all of that. We never looked at our phones, I pads, TV or even picked up a book. We spent all of our time looking out those beautiful windows or out on deck. Took walks and made some incredible meals in the kitchen. We loved it so much that we will be back later in May and bring the kids. To quote my friend who stayed here with us, "This place makes all your childhood traumas disappear". Thank you for opening your home for us. Simply Breathtaking.

Beach House Centrally Located to California Landmarks

We greatly enjoyed our stay at the beach house with its otters and seabirds visiting the cove daily. Shamer Park/Beach and Fiscallini Preserve were each just a walk down the street in opposite directions, and we spotted deer in the neighborhood. The house was comfortable and very clean (except for excessive cobwebs in garage) but could have used some updated furnishings (buzzing bath light bars, ancient lamps, rusted patio chairs, etc.) and replacements for scratched kitchen pans/utensils, worn towels, and a very low-placed showerhead with weak spray in the Master Bath, as well as some home repairs (warped front door/knob, warped front deck/gate, Master Bath window that whistled in the winds, etc.). The house lacked the little niceties of other rentals, such as microwave containers, extra dinnerware (bowls), laundry basket, etc., and instructions for the telescopes. Most of all, the house could use an updated heating system beyond the gas fireplace in the living room. The ancient system worked fine in the bedrooms, but it was too weak to heat the rest of the house. It took awhile for hot water at the sinks (counterintuitive to the "conserve water" signs), but the hot water was plentiful. The laundry center was very appreciated. The property was just a few minutes from Highways 1 & 46, and located only 30 min. or less away from Paso Robles, Morro Bay, San Simeon, elephant seals, etc. Overall, we had a fun and relaxing time and recommend the Titus Point house in Cambria to all.

Plenty of pelicans and a few dolphins, but not many sea otters.The staff at Breen were very helpful, right from start to finish.There were a few things that needed updating or repairing in the property to bring it up to standard (carpet was a bit old and threadbare in places, some of the garden furniture was broken, and a general spruce up of the decoration.General amenities were good, plenty of linen/towels, cookware, places to sit down inside when the weather was not too good. Very good WiFi and internet access. There were reminders in several places not to waste water, but it took a long time for the hot water to run through, thus wasting precious water.But we still loved the place and would return.

We are 4 friends who enjoyed the gorgeous views, walks at Fiscalini State Preserve, happy hour on the deck, shopping in town, Hearst Castle and wine tasting in nearby Paso Robles. The home was retor, but clean and comfortable and a great place to relax and talk while watching the waves crash against the rocks!

vintage wonder

Breathtaking views, well appointed linens and beds, hot hot water. Yes it's dated, yes it's musty but the neighborhood, the history, the architecture, the big old soft couch facing the ocean for morning coffee...we hope to come back every Father's Day as long as it's available.

Titus Point gem

The location is without a doubt the best on the central coast in our opinion. The house was perfectly set up for us. The ocean view was beyond perfect. We are looking forward to our next opportunity to enjoy this amazing location.

Stunning Views

Yes, the views are stunning, along with the sound of the surf. We stayed five nights, and the views never got old! We saw an otter family playing and eating in the coves, many pelicans diving for their meals, and other fishing birds. Located very close to Fiscalini Ranch which I highly recommend. What I can’t recommend is staying there after a rain: it was February and we had to leave all the windows that we could open for fresh air due to the heavy mold/mildew smell. It took about 3 days to dissipate. Having said that, we feel a stay in the spring summer or early non-rainy fall would be PERFECT. Our blood pressure and heart rates went down! The new deck is great, the grill is new, and the kitchen is more than adequate. Overall, I’d give this place a 4.7
