Compramos esta casa en mayo de 2019 y hemos estado muy ocupados preparándola para la temporada de alquiler. La casa ahora está lista para ser ocupada con camas nuevas, ropa de cama, pintura, algunos muebles nuevos y todo lo que necesitará para disfrutar de Ogunquit.
¡Estamos cerca de todo lo que es Ogunquit!
La casa está ubicada 2 calles detrás de Amoire Breakfast y Admiral's Inn (muy cerca de la casa de juegos Ogunquit). Está a 1/2 milla del centro de Ogunquit, a 8/10 millas de la playa y a 1 milla de Perkins Cove. Hay estacionamiento para 4 a 5 vehículos (no se estacione en la calle, será remolcado). La casa tiene 4 habitaciones, dos de las cuales están en el primer piso, una en el segundo piso y una en el tercer piso (la habitación del tercer piso aún no tiene puerta). El diseño de la casa es diferente, así que agregué un video que muestra dónde están las diferentes habitaciones. Míralo, creo que explicará mucho.
Hay 3 televisores de pantalla grande. TV por cable e internet inalámbrico de alta velocidad están incluidos. Tenemos una computadora más antigua basada en Windows para uso de los huéspedes junto con una impresora / escáner de aire inalámbrico en caso de que deba trabajar. Ropa de cama y una cocina completamente equipada también están incluidos.
El segundo piso tiene una unidad de aire acondicionado dividido y el dormitorio del tercer piso tiene un aire acondicionado rodante.
Un dormitorio en el primer piso tiene una cama queen murphy, el otro tiene una reina sobre reina y literas completas sobre literas. El dormitorio del segundo piso tiene una cama queen y un baño adjunto. La habitación del tercer piso tiene 2 camas queen. Actualmente, si está en el tercer piso, debe ir al baño del primer piso. Arreglaremos este problema, pero no estará listo hasta la temporada 2020. Tenemos una gran terraza con parrilla de gas y asientos para 10. Hay tres televisores de pantalla grande, uno en el estudio del primer piso, uno en la sala de estar principal (segundo piso) y uno en el dormitorio del tercer piso. El patio trasero es pequeño pero presenta una chiminea.

No fumar dentro de la casa. Vamos a entretener a los perros más pequeños que se porten bien (envíe un correo electrónico y pregunte). Los alquileres son de sábado a sábado. Se proporcionan sábanas, almohadas y toallas de baño.

Check in was very easy. The house was clean and had everything you needed. The only thing we didn’t care for was the deck couch as it was uncomfortable with the low back and a lot of stains on cushions. Some plastic chairs that can be washed off or wiped off would have been nicer. Walk to town and beach were doable just a tad far for some people I would think. Tons of beach chairs and beach umbrellas. We brought our own as we weren’t sure if enough and didn’t know about umbrellas. We don’t know about umbrella on deck either. That was nice as it was super hot. Back yard was nice and shaded.

Perfect location

The property owner was very responsive, the home very clean and WELL stocked with everything you may need for dinners, towels, going to the beach, etc.. The home was within walking distance to town and all of the shops, which was a big hit for all ages. Ice cream was near by too :)

Family Vacation

This was our 3rd time rent this property and we had another wonderful vacation. The house is very spacious and gives us plenty of room for everyone. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen is stocked with lots of pans, dishes, etc.. Communication with Kyle was very easy as he always responds quickly. Location is great as it’s an easy walk to town and a little longer to the beach. The only small thing I would suggest is new cushions outside as they are worn and a bit dirty.

Perfect place

The place was amazing. It was walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Was very spacious and great back yard and deck. Also added perk was all the toys and games for the kids and highchair and baby gates. Highly recommend this place for anyone with young or older children. The host has everything you would need and more!

Wonderful Accommodations

I stayed with several family members over a holiday weekend. The house set up was perfect for us. We loved the deck, large family room and couch, extra TV room so we could really spread out and tons of parking. The owner was incredibly responsive and accommodating. The house was well stocked with more than just essentials, including books and toys that my daughter was more than happy to explore. We will definitely book again!

Perfect size and location for our family

Enjoyed the spaciousness of the house and walkable location. We walked to the beach with a beach cart, restaurants and Perkins Cove. Nice and private road. Had one issue with the lock and got an immediate response. Outdoor space was nice to sit and read a book.

Family Vacation

We just love it! This is our third time renting this property. We have everything we need at our fingertips in the house and can walk to the beach and to all the shops in town. Our dog loves it there too!

We had a great stay! We had a few small issues we needed help with, but Kyle was very responsive and helpful in answering all of our questions fast. Big house with tons of space inside and out and an awesome location on a quiet street that’s still close to the beach and downtown.

Perfect Setup and Location

The home was exactly as it is described and was perfect for my family of 4 and a 2nd family. The layout provided each family with their own space/bathroom and common areas to gather and hang out. The proximity to the center, the beach, the Marginal Way and Perkins Cove was phenomenal and we were able to walk everywhere. We would recommend and hope to stay again next summer!

Perfect Maine Getaway!

We had a fabulous stay at Kyle’s property. He was very attentive and responsive to any questions we had. The home was equipped with everything we could have needed (and more! My kids are always pumped to find toys and games they can play with!). The weather was off and on (as is typical in NE) but we were fully stocked for a rainy pizza night indoors and hauling chairs/towels/and sand toys to the beach when the sun came back. This would be a great spot for two families with the dual kitchen setup and also the 3rd floor sanctuary upstairs for peace and quiet. The location is also perfect- walkable to the downtown area and marginal way, though our smaller kids preferred to drive on the hotter days. 5 stars and we’d definitely return!

Great family home off the main road but close to downtown

This house was perfect for our extended family trip to ME. Plenty of space for all. The house was well stocked with towels, linens, paper goods, etc. The weather was brutally hot and the AC really made all the difference. Would definitely book again if we come back to the area.

Family Vacation

This was our second time renting this property and it was wonderful! Everyone had a great time.. We love the space it gives both spread out and come together in the large kitchen, family room and deck. It’s proximity to town and the beach is also ideal. Communication with Kyle was easy and we were happy to be allowed to drop off our food before officially checking in. Hope to rent again in the future!

Great house- Great Location

In 20 summers in Ogunquit this was the best house we have stayed in. The house was in great shape very family friendly beautiful deck and great room for the family to hang out and they provide everything in terms of towels, sheets, paper goods etc. so you don’t have to spend time stocking up. Owner responded immediately and came to fix issue with lock within a day. House is in great location- easy walk to town and beach. Highly recommend this house!!

Wonderful Getaway!

This was the perfect house for our grown family. Everybody (6 adults) felt they had space to be together and some quiet area when needed. The house was immaculate and comfortable. This was by far one of the best houses we have rented as a family! Great location. Walking distance to everything.

Loved the location. Close enough to walk to the Beach & Downtown. Lots of space & amenities.

Enjoyed our stay very much. Everything was provided plus lots of extras. Three floors were challenging with small kids but comfortable. Lots of beach towels, blankets, linens were provided. The only thing missing was grass & a small yard for kids to play. Great setup for a large family with teenagers or college kids. Cooking & grilling were excellent. Air conditioning was great.

Great stay

This property was in a great location for walking to town! Beach was a little far to walk with small kids but could easily be done without. House has EVERYTHING you could need & with a lot of space and well maintained. Only thing there are a lot of steep stairs with older adults and a baby (the baby gates which were provided didn’t quite to the trick) A door at the top of stairs would have made this the absolute perfect stay. We hope to get back again!! Thanks for everything.

What a wonderful place to stay!

My family had an amazing vacation in Ogunquit and this house was perfect for us! Comfortable beds, awesome deck, and so well stocked for everything we needed (toys, books, linens, things for beach, etc). It was so clean and had plenty of room for us too. It was also a great location to get to the beach and restaurants, plus a very quick drive to Perkins Cove. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to all my friends!

Kyle Adamian (my son) manages this property for us but we are from Mass. We live in Westford at present but I grew up in Winchester and my wife was an Arlingtonian for many years. The amazing manager is from Winchester, MA originally but now resides in Groton, MA. He is the father of our first grandchild who is the cutest baby in the history of babies. Don't believe me? Ask his grandmother.

We purchased a condo in Ocean Park back in 2014 but we decided that we'd like a house closer to our home. This property was perfect for us because of the location and because it has a layout that lets us put the (grown) children in the lower level and we can still have our own space. Being 1/2 mile to town and 8/10 to the beach with a relatively flat walk is a huge benefit to us. We looked at homes up Berwick Rd but decided that the hill would get tiring (especially if we are ever graced with grandchildren which we now have been).
