Esta propiedad única tiene una VISTA PANORÁMICA y todo lo que necesitará para unas vacaciones de ensueño para 4 personas. El resort MAUI KAI es el más cercano a la orilla del agua que se puede encontrar en Maui. Estamos a pocos metros del océano y de la playa, que se extiende por kilómetros. Por la noche puede ver las increíbles puestas de sol durante todo el año. De noviembre a abril, el avistamiento de ballenas es un punto culminante desde la lanai y para aquellos que les gusta nadar, a menudo hay tortugas a pocos metros de la costa.

EL EDIFICIO ES UN EDIFICIO NO FUMADOR. Ubicado en el cuarto piso con aproximadamente 860 pies cuadrados de espacio habitable, con aire acondicionado central. Esta unidad tiene una vista panorámica de 180 grados del océano, así como las islas de Molokai y Lanai. El apartamento en sí es moderno e ideal para alojar a una familia, ya que hay dos sofás cama y un futón plegable además de la cama en el dormitorio. El lanai está cerrado con grandes pantallas y ventanas corredizas, que se abren para que pueda disfrutar de la vista y la proximidad a la playa.
Podemos acomodar a 2 adultos y dos niños. No podemos acomodar a cuatro adultos.

El complejo Maui Kai está situado en una ubicación muy conveniente, cerca de tiendas para sus necesidades diarias, ya solo unos minutos en automóvil al sur de la antigua ciudad de Lahaina o al norte de la famosa zona turística de Kapalua. ¡HAY APARCAMIENTO GRATUITO en la propiedad!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo in West Maui. The owners seem to be very detail oriented, and they've done everything possible to make their guests comfortable. The updates to the unit are beautiful and well thought out. We loved the view of the ocean from the lanai and the beach is easy to access to the right of the building. Everything was clean and fresh, and parking was easy. We would definitely stay here again on another trip to Maui.

Fantastic condo and trip!

Great location, quiet, communicative hosts, and an incredibly comfortable bed. The condo was clean and had every amenity you could think of. I liked that it was quaint yet steps away from all the hustle and bustle of the larger properties. I would definitely book again!

Scenic Kaanapili coast retreat

Breathtaking views of the waters from Molokai to Lanai. A comfortable and well equipped condo centrally located for enjoying Maui. During whale season one can see from the lanai of the condo many Humpback whales roaming the area.

Just wow

I can't begin to describe our entire experience at Barry and Rhonda's beautiful condo but I'll try. From the very beginning to the end, communication was exceptional and very thorough. The check in instructions and description of the premises and nearby attractions were the best we've ever experienced at any stay we've had. Nothing was left to chance. The place was stocked with everything anyone could need. I love to cook and the kitchen offered everything necessary to do so at a high level.Now to the best parts. The view and proximity to the shoreline was AMAZING. We saw whales on at least 10 separate occasions over 5 or 6 different days. It was truly magical. The entertainment center is exceptional and very easy to use. The shower head put out a wonderful and plentiful stream. Entry and exit were very easy. The place is very close walking distance to a food truck court, 7-8 great sit down restaurants and a super market (We highly recommend the The Fish Market Maui about a 1/2 mile north for some of the best fish tacos we've ever had).All in all, we don't have anything negative to say. I can't recommend staying here enough. Next time we're in Maui, I hope we have the good fortune of staying here again. Thanks so much Barry and Rhonda. Mahalo!Justin and Nazli

This place is truly amazing, one of a kind - the view alone is worth it! I’ve never seen such a beautiful view, and the lanai was breathtaking! The room was very well taken care of, had everything we needed - from pots and pans, to binoculars and swim gear - we can’t rate this place highly enough!

Our favorite place in Maui

We absolutely loved this immaculate and clean condo in Maui. The screened in lanai was the icing on the cake. We saw so many whales and turtles from the balcony. And the complex had such easy access to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants and a grocery store. I can’t say enough good things about it. Don’t hesitate to book this if it’s available. I so hope we can stay here again one day. Mahalo!!

This is a great property: Very well-equipped, comfy bed, beautiful, fabulous view, and very convenient for all that we enjoyed during our stay. Loved having the spin bike on the lanai. And really had fun watching the whales, dolphins, and turtles right out front! The owners are very responsive and communicative, which was very much appreciated, especially after a lengthy arrival flight delay. We hope to visit Maui again in the future, and this property would be our first pick for booking again.

50th Wedding Anniversary

We came to Maui to celebrate our wedding anniversary and to watch the migration of the humpbacks. The lanai on this property was perfect…we watched mamma and baby whales, turtles and manta rays. Because the lanai could be enclosed, we were able to still sit outside when it was windy and even when it rained. We will return!!!

Perfect Maui Stay

We have stayed at the Maui Kai several times and this was on the back end of a 50th anniversary celebration in July. Without question, Barry and Rhonda's place is absolutely beautiful and they have thought about and included for just about every conceivably need a traveler might have for a stay on Maui, from the kitchen, to the bedroom, to entertainment, to going out and enjoying the beaches and restaurants of Maui, they seem to have anticipated it all. Oh yes, you cannot get any closer to the ocean and have a more spectacular view. From a communication standpoint, Barry and Rhonda were always available both before and during our stay. We could not have enjoyed our visit more and we would most definitely recommend their place to anyone.

First time in Maui

Wife and I celebrated our 30th anniversary. The best part of the trip was waking up every morning sipping coffee and relaxing on the deck looking out at that amazing view. The evening drinks weren't bad either. The condo was very comfortable in every way wouldn't change a thing. Beautifully remodeled. You couldn't ask for better with the ocean one way and the mountains the other. Everything you could think of within walking distance. Loved this place will definitely be back.

Once in a Lifetime Vacation!

This is a must stay condo if visiting the west end of Maui. The views are absolutely spectacular and the property was so quiet. Everything was just as described in the listing and the unit was spotless. Just a wonderful vacation from start to finish and we couldn't be happier with our decision to stay here.

The most amazing and relaxing vacation I have ever had.

The pictures do not do this place justice. I was a little concerned about the square footage of this condo, but once in there, it felt so roomy. The decorations were so nice and the use of mirrors made it look spacious. They have thought of about everything that you would need for your stay. I am not one to sit still for very long, but this place was so relaxing that I didn’t want to leave the lanai and the spectacular view of the ocean. Everything was perfect, except for the day before we arrived, the building management sprayed the whole complex for bugs. Well in doing that we think they chased some into the condo, but Barry was quick to get an exterminator in and that problem was taken care of. The building looks to be about 50 years old on the outside…not really a problem, because the inside is beautiful. In fact, I doubt if current codes would allow anyone to build that close to the water today. This was the first vacation that I have had, where I was sad about leaving. We would certainly come back again.

We had a wonderful stay in Maui. We saw a few whales right from the lanai the minute we arrived! Host, Barry was quick to respond to an issue with the wifi and had it rectified in minutes. We met so many friendly people at the resort.
