We only had 2 nights to stay, but they were the best most relaxing days we had after a large family trip we completed in the week prior at a different location. The condo was beautiful. The beach was sublime. I mostly loved the direct private access to the beach. The only improvements I can suggest are floor mats in the bathrooms and more towels.

Location. Location. Location. This property provided the best location for a truly magical vacation. Steps away from a gorgeous beach and close enough to everything you would ever need (Publix, Walmart, delicious food ,etc.), I'm so happy with our stay! Fantastic!! The townhome was so comfortable and in the perfect location right on the water! The upstairs balcony view was amazing!!! My daughter and I stayed for a girls trip and she and I both loved everything about this unit!!! The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed . We highly recommend 😊

Excellent Rental

Great remodel on this rental; beautiful view and non-crowded beach. Lots of restaurants w/n minutes of property!! So nice that parking is same level as first floor of rental.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cute, cozy, well decorated with amazing view looking down at the ocean. Back porch is great with a small garden and sea oats making it a great setting for great pictures. Private beach access and being right on 30A makes it a perfect vacation location. I’d give it a 10/10 except the mildew smell and the master bed being way too hard and uncomfortable.

Amazing views, updated, could easily exceed expectations!

This is our third stay here so we obviously love this property. I think the property managers could easily exceed expectations (5 stars) by supplying better quality TP and paper towels. Even inexpensive Sams brand would be a vast upgrade! Also, considering the price point of this rental I would expect better quality pillows and master bed mattress. The master bed mattress is literally hard as a rock. The cleanliness of this unit was better this stay but we still saw an empty water bottle behind the master nightstand and a bottle cap under the guest bed. The views from this property are breathtaking! The landscaping and new outdoor furniture are wonder extra touches!! Another reason we love this property is that the beach is not crowded during the fall at all!!! Lastly, I want to add that the text option for checkin updates was incredibly quick and convenient!

Everything was wonderful!! Beautiful location and as described. May want to consider more frequent pest control; understanding the unit is on ground level and proximity to water and dense dunes attributing to increased presence. Unit itself was ultra tidy and superbly comfortable. Would love to stay again next year. Thank you!

Great location

The property was in a good location with easy access to the beach, shopping and dining . Publix is right around the corner. The beaches are beautiful and I really liked that the property management company used the hospitality app. It was organized and all of the information was easily accessible.

We really enjoyed our stay here…. Location was excellent and the condo seemed to have everything we needed. The key to lock the sliding door to go down to the beach doesn’t work. Overall, we will stay again!

Pros: Too many. Private beach. Small crowd. Not near condos- major plus. Won’t be fighting for space on beach. Nice landscaping at back. Was not aware tubes, boogie boards, etc were kept below stairs. Nice surprise to use. Out of five units you will be on the end. People from other units won’t be constantly walking in front of your back patio. Hose for sandy feet located on patio. Nice addition. Tips: Set out your canopy and chairs by 8 am for preferred seating. Best shaved ice from Hokulia is so good and just down the road. Major thing we learned- Plan eating out for lunch but dinners stay at the unit so you can see the sunset and not fight crowds and extreme wait times. That was the majority of stress first day- two hour plus wait times for dinner at most places. But we flipped plans and lunch was literally walking straight to our table. Would specifically seek to use this unit again.

Great location, needs better management

The location and townhone itself are beautiful. What's not to like.... It's on the beach and has the perfect view. It is also a great location along 30A. My issue is management and supplies. We stay at vrbo multiple times a year. We have seen what others provide and this place was sorely lacking. There wasn't even any salt and pepper shakers. There were two dishwasher tabs and they asked us to run a load before we left. With a half size dishwasher already and a family of four, that is not feasible. They also only gave us two laundry bundles. When I noted this to management, their answer was, Publix is down the street. The response was unprofessional. My point is that Publix doesn't have small sizes of either dishwasher detergent or laundry detergent. I wouldn't mind buying it and leaving it there if I knew it would be paid forward to the next renters. But that doesn't seem to be the case. There also wasn't any starter pack of coffee. This may seem like a small thing but people rent vrbo to not eat out every meal and to cook and wash clothes. It's hard to do that without what you need. I'd prefer you charge me extra then to not provide it. This is constructive criticism and I hope they consider what we are saying. I also think that the main floor carpet needs to be thrown out or washed. Otherwise like I said, it's a heavenly spot. I just want renters to be prepared if they want to wash clothes and do dishes more than once.
