It was a really cute place! Close to many things and easy to locate. Was able to walk to restaurants etc. It was also clean and private as well as cute!

Perfect for our stay! 10 minute walk to the street car through safe and adorable neighborhood. We walked to Tulane’s campus and stadium. Parking was not an issue. The house was neat as a pin. Perfect for 4 folks. Extra half bath made having a single full bath a non-issue. Even though it rained most of the time, we had such a great time visiting Tulane and seeing the sights in New Orleans. Definitely would stay here again!

We stayed here for a week for an art class, and were very glad to have such a clean and comfortable space that welcomes dogs. Having in-unit laundry available was much appreciated. The neighborhood was relatively quiet during our stay, and we didn't have any problems at all with street parking. The host was communicative and pleasant, and if we have the opportunity to come back, we would be glad to book this house again. Thanks, Chris!

Great place close to a ton of restaurants

This is a beutiful place just a few minutes walk to all the great restauaants on Freret street. Inside is big and open with marble counters and crown molding that makes the space pop

Wonderful location

We enjoyed walking around near Tulane. Also the local nearby restaurants and bars were great. The house was just right us. It was clean and comfy.

Destination Tulane

My husband and daughter stayed there for 2 nights and they loved staying there. My husband said the place is beautiful and location is fantastic. They loved walking to the restaurants and to Tulane University. We will be staying there again when we visit her at school.

Fantastic place!

This was such a great place to stay! The home was beautiful, comfortable, and a well laid out space. There was everything we needed to feel right at home. It's very walkable to Freret to grab breakfast, dinner, or coffee. Street parking is easily accessible. The neighbors were also extremely friendly. I would highly recommend staying here.

Lovely home near Tulane

I stayed in this lovely home for 3 nights with my nieces and we all loved it! The home is sparkling clean and had everything we needed to feel at home. It is in a very nice neighborhood within walking distance to cute bars, restaurants and stores and a short hop to Tulane University. I would definitely recommend for your next visit to the Big Easy

Property was mostly as described. While everything was tidy, I wouldn’t say it was clean. The bed linens and towels were dingy and did not smell very fresh. I was going to wash clothes, and changed my mind when I saw all of the mold in the washing machine. They ask renters to wash items when checking out, and I believe that is part of the problem.

Our stay in New Orleans was heightened by the comfort of the rental. Great local food / coffee options, walkable to St Charles street car line. Easy street parking made it great.

Great hospitality I stayed a whole week!

Amazing stay no complications with check in or check out, host was very helpful and kind through the whole process also with any questions or concerns I had as well. The neighborhood itself was very quiet and peaceful. Happy to say this was a great stay the week of Madi gras!

Great for visiting Tulane

Went to visit my daughter at Tulane. This home was clean, well appointed, and perfect for safely walking to campus and many great places to eat. We hosted her and friends for a game night, and there was plenty of space for a small group. Will stay here again!

I moved down to New Orleans from Chicago to attend college in 2007, and fell in love with the city! I moved back to New Orleans in 2015 and started to work on buying a home. When the opportunity to build a new home in the Freret Corridor became available, I jumped on it! I am very proud of my home, and I reside on the other side of the property with my girlfriend and our Golden Retriever, Gus.

I love the developing neighborhood of the Freret Corridor. There are so many restaurants and things to do within walking distance of our home! We love to take Gus on walks along the corridor to get coffee in the morning.

The home is conveniently located so you can get anywhere in the city within 10-15 minutes. You can also walk to the streetcar on St. Charles!
