Located in Waialua, a neighborhood just a few minutes (by car or bike) from the beautiful ocean and sandy beaches. The home is a short 5 minute drive to Historic Haleiwa town, restaurants and shops, or about 10 min by bike. Close to many attractions, supermarkets, Dole Plantation, jogging-bike trail, and many surfing, snorkeling and kitesurfing locations. The north shore's world-class beaches such as Waimea Bay, Pipeline and Sunset Beach are about 8 to 10 miles up the coast.
This cottage is NEW contruction! It's very cozy, about 400 sq ft. with high ceilings, air conditioning, full bath, kitchen, living room, outdoor patio, and outdoor shower. Outdoor patio adds an additional 160 sq.ft. of living space, furnished with a gas BBQ grill, lounge chair, dining table, and umbrella for shade. The outdoor shower is tiled with Travertine stone and hot water is included for your comfort. The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, large toaster oven, full refrigerator, 4-burner cooktop, coffee maker, and cookware & utensils.
The property is private and completely fenced in. Secured with coded gate and free parking is available on the street. The space is perfect for couples, solo adventurers or friends. Living on the property is just my husband and I, and our 2 (very) friendly dogs (labradors pups) and 1 cat.
