Ocean View

Excellent location right on Ormond Beach, the condo has everything you need to enjoy your stay and more. Beth was an excellent host. This is a quiet, older community so if you are looking for peace and quiet this is your place. The pool is heated, and we never had an issue getting chairs and we felt like to had a private beach because it was never busy. All of the other residents and visitors were extremely nice and treated us like family. Daytona and New Smyrna are only a short drive away along with many restaurants and activities. Rocket launches are visible on a clear day. If I come back to the Atlantic coast for vacation I would absolutely stay here again.

Great Stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was spotless and looked better in person, the owner responsive, and location is right where we wanted it. We thought it was perfect and we will be staying there again!

The Perfect Place

Beth’s condo was the perfect place for our family trip! The unit had everything we needed!! All the supplies for the beach and for cooking anything!! The view of the pool and beach was serene! We will definitely be back!

Summer home

I love this condo. We’ve stayed here for the past several summers and I’m always so pleased. Beth is a wonderful host. She’s always quick to respond if there’s a question or issue. The condo is very well stocked and comfortable. I hope to spend many more summers here.

We love Ormond Beach

The Shoreham is a bit older, but built like a tank! Our unit was nicely kept! Our owner is very personable and easily accessible.

Wonderful!

Shoreham has always been close to my heart, now this room is too. Beth is wonderful to rent from and the room is clean and kept up. We were so comfortable here. Looking forward to staying again in the future.

Spring break

We loved the Shorham and Ormond Beach. Beth is a great host. She was always quick to reply and offered us to stay an additional day when our flight was canceled the day we were supposed to check in. We will definitely try to stay in her condo next time we are in Ormond Beach.

Perfect Spot for a Relaxing & Quiet Stay

This was the perfect spot for my birthday getaway. I wanted something quiet and right on the beach and this spot was it. It was also close to Daytona and other areas to explore. From the time of booking, Beth was a great host. She was easy to communicate with and she responded quickly to questions. Beth even reached out during our stay to make sure all was ok. Check in was easy to follow with the instructions that were sent ahead of time. The condo was in a great location and was clean and well maintained. A perfect spot with the beach just footsteps from the pool. All the guests were mainly owners and were super friendly offering suggestions on places to eat and see. The condo was very clean and stocked with just about everything we needed - even beach chairs & umbrella's. The living area was perfect for watching a movie or just relaxing with the view of the ocean right in site. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed. We felt right at home. The top floor balcony view in the morning was beautiful overlooking the pool and the ocean. I would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable and lovely views of Atlantic

Nice clean, two bedroom condo with great views of Ormond Beach. Loved the chairs on the balcony! My favorite place to sit and enjoy the views! Pool was delightful temperature and nicely maintained.

Something Special

This Condo has everything that you need including an excellent accommodating Owner. The 7th floor location puts you eye to eye with the pelicans gliding by while you have breakfast or a cool drink in the afternoon. The chairs on the balcony are the best that I have ever encountered. The large pool is big enough to swim laps. There are about 9 steps down to the beach and just a few steps to the ocean. The kitchen is well equipped. There are some chairs and umbrellas available. Perfect size and space for our family! We’ve been coming to this area of FL for many years. Being on the beachside of A1A was new and fantastic for us. Beth was a great host!

Great vacation

Our family of four stayed at this property for a week. It is right on the beach and has great ocean views. The pool is heated and clean. The condo is clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. Great location very close to Daytona with an easy commute to Orlando.

Best VRBO ever!

We have stayed at numerous vacation rentals and this was hands down the nicest place we have ever stayed. Beth was amazing in working to get us checked hours later than expected. She was courteous and caring throughout the trip and was quick to respond to any inquiry. The property was immaculate with a million dollar view. There were so many little extras you almost never see at a rental. but meant so much to ensuring we were comfortable and happy. I cannot praise this property and its owner enough. THANK YOU!

Small improvements needed.

There were a few things that weren’t quite right - the balcony only had one chair, there weren’t enough towels, not much water pressure in the unit for the first several days.

Fantastic views and location

This condo was stocked with the basics and we were able to enjoy the beach anytime we wanted. It was clean and modern and the location is close to any grocery or pharmacy you need and makes any day trips to Daytona easy. Ormond Beach is so much quieter and less busy than the beaches south in Dayton so that makes this a gem for my family. When the waves were too much for my mother, a swim in the heated pool was a good fit for her, while my daughter, husband and I could play in the ocean. Great site for a small family and very peaceful.

We love the beach and the water so we bought a place on the beach. We love our condo and we hope you do too. We are from the (frigid) midwest and we simply needed a place to get away when the weather turns.
